I bought this sectional online after a month of shopping around. I was scared of not seeing in person, after reading reviews I decided to buy. I'm very happy I did! It's so soft, big, and cozy. The description and reviews were spot on.

Service was tremendous. I knew when and where the product was every step of the way. Delivery was great, they fully assembled it and brought in directly to the location. It was difficult to watch someone else put something together. I like to do that myself but I let it go, lol.
DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! They sent me a damaged (completely broken in half) item and refused to give me my money back for it. Then they proceeded to harass me for the damaged item back after not giving me my refund. They send a replacement I never even wanted. I just wanted my money back. They sent a damaged item with torn packaging and request that it must be picked up in its ORIGINAL packaging which I emailed and shown them is completely unable to be reused. I told them if they want the item they must provide new packaging but instead they send people to pick up the item even though it has no packaging. After months they are still emailing me. Can't believe they are refusing to provide packaging for the damaged THEY sent. This isn't a reasonable. The item wasn't even good quality either.
I wish I came across Coleman Furniture along time ago! Delivery is super with polite friendly men who set up the furniture where you want it!

I was a little leery ordering furniture online that I had not previously seen in person. The Brayton Manor Jr Executive Credenza with Hutch exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, and my 27" monitor and printer fit perfectly. It was delivered in four weeks, when my local furniture store wouldn't be able to deliver a similar product for 2-4 months. The delivery service was very prompt and polite, again exceeding my expectations. I will definitely purchase from Coleman again.
The sofa set is well worth the money. It is so comfortable to sit on and watch TV, read a book or use your phone. One of the features is a plug for your phone. Love it.
Love the new sectional! Plenty of space for a large family and super comfortable! Came 2 weeks faster than originally scheduled and made me one happy lady! Thanks so much Coleman's!

I spend a lot of time searching for furniture, looking at deals, etc. I see a living room set but best deal was at Colemans. I order it. Few days later, I get a cancellation email. I contact them. They tell me it will be too long on backorder, possibly may not come, so they cancelled. I cant begin to describe how angry I am. I said leave on backorder! I passed up on deals I can't get now! Your company had a sale and even sent me a text saying "hey, noticed you checking this out, get it NOW while supplies last" blah blah, one of those BS text's. I go right on and order. I pay. I'm told it will be 4-5 weeks. Cool, no rush. Then you F me over and cancel my order?! Have to wait for my refund to be returned to my account so I cant even buy anything now even if I found a good deal?! How dare you! That is complete garbage! They have no respect for my time or money.

Ordered this table from two other companies and got nothing but run arounds. Coleman answered my questions immediately, processed the order and shipped it within the time they estimated on the phone call. The table arrived in perfect condition and the directions to put it together were fine! Thanks for the super service! The wife is 100% happy!
I had a pretty good experience with Coleman. The only issue was my original order was not in stock but I was able to speak to a very helpful associate to help me pick out something similar. From there everything went perfectly. I was updated on the status of my shipment and the delivery team was excellent and available to contact which is something you can't say about a lot of these other shipping companies.
After purchasing a dining table from another company 9 months ago, and dealing with them pushing the delivery back yet another 7 months, I finally cancelled that order and bought a dining table from Coleman Furniture. I have purchased from them before and had a very positive experience. It's been very challenging to find a table that is 120" long and doesn't have a lead time of 6-12 months. Found one on Coleman Furniture's website with a 7-8 week lead time. The table was delivered in 4 weeks…a whole month early! As someone who has furnished a whole house over the last several months, I can assure you that never happens with all the "supply chain issues" we have been dealing with the last two years. Coleman kept me informed of the delivery every step of the way. The delivery crew was very professional, friendly, and came right on time. They had no issues brining they table upstairs and putting it together. The table received was exactly how it was described on the website. Will definitely go to Coleman for future furniture purchases. They have a lot of the same items as popular brand furniture stores, but without the ridiculous shipping charges. Their pricing is better as well. So happy to finally have a dining table and very happy with this purchase. Order *******.
Canceled order after they tried to deliver an entertainment center that was broken in several places and messed up areas just painted over to fix. Told to keep item and they would replace what's broken and damaged, it was the entire unit! We refused! They then charged a restocking fee and a delivery fee and said we agreed to those term's. Almost $500.00 worth what are they nuts! No one would agree to those terms. The customer service rep was the worst I have ever dealt with in all my life. I am 59 years old! That says a lot! I would never ever buy anything from Coleman and I would definitely not believe the so called 4.7 ratings. Liars! Item was not even taken off the truck so unable to get any pictures of it.
Very happy with Coleman Furniture! The couches arrived on time and in very pristine condition! The sofa/loveseat set we purchased is so comfy. Can't wait to actually break it in!
Good product, but I understood that the chair would be assembled when it arrived. However, that service wasn't provided. I paid to have someone assemble it.
Could not have been better. Fantastic outside loveseat at a great price with easy communications and easy delivery. Amazing, actually, these days. Will definitely buy from them again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
