We are having a house built and decided to get some new furniture for it. We purchased a lift-top coffee table, 3 end tables and a sofa table from Coleman Furniture. Of course they are all of the same set. It was easy to order the furniture from the website and it arrived without incident. The furniture required minimal assembly. Coleman had a huge variety to choose from on their website and helpful descriptions of each piece of furniture and reasonable prices. We will look to Coleman Furniture in the future should we decide to get more furniture for the new house. We would recommend them without hesitation.
We got our modular Ashley power reclining sofa just over a week ago. The in-home delivery and setup was great! We still can't believe how beautiful and comfortable it is! My son and I agree that they're literally the most comfortable chairs we've ever sat in! And they're beautiful!
The amazing function, quality and looks at the price each piece cost is a phenomenal value. I was very skeptical buying it online, not having seen or sat on it first, but it exceeded my expectations by a mile!
I also did a lot of research and it's rare to find something that's modular where you can build whatever configuration you need for your house with each piece being at a good price. Add the exceptional in-house delivery and setup and it's the best deal out there!

The delivery was right on time. The couch was the perfect green little more firm than expected but still comfy.
The bed is a beautiful blue with gems embedded in the headboard. I don't think I new that when I bought the set. It feels like a Queen bed meant for a queen.

We were so happy to learn about Coleman when we were shopping for outdoor furniture. The products are great quality. The pricing, website, customer service, and white glove delivery service were top notch! No photos yet because we have it all covered until the season starts.
Ordered a bedroom suite on 5/2021, delivered BROKEN bed twice broken in pieces 12/2021&3/2022 said now they canceled order. No delivery company available they say…. Patiently waited 11 months, paid men to move furniture for new furniture twice and move back and took 2 days off, I paid aprox $3600 for this. After I refused delivery Coleman/Renegade furniture said the company Diamond Co. That they have on contract to deliver no longer services my area and canceled my order.
I said there were other transportation companies available and that was their responsibility not mine. They still canceled my order. I am so disappointed I really wanted that bedroom suite
I am so upset with this company as I have purchased a $2,400 outside furniture set and there was a missing back cushion on delivery. I reached out to the delivery service and Coleman Furniture and they did not do anything about it. I would not recommend them at all if you are looking at buying furniture. If something is missing in your order, they will not replace it!
Even with all the crazy Covid delays, the desk we ordered did not take very long to get here. There were some manufacturing flaws, but that is not Coleman's fault.

We received 1 box a few days after our order was placed. When we went to put it together we realized it was only half of the frame. I called customer service and they were very nice and helpful. Bed frame was 2 boxes. Second box will ship by end of week. It was received on Saturday.
We were disappointed in how some of the boards looked but bc we waited to get the second box we didn't want to wait for replacement pieces.
WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY-This is the most unhelpful, disorganized, "don't give a dam" companies I have ever deal with! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - Delivery, if they show... no money back, without HIDDEN FEE"S, plus 15% restocking fee. DISGUSTING, and they don't care! You get a 3rd party helpdesk to help you, Coleman doesn't even contact you. I tried to get them to help me and nothing, I called and was guaranteed delivery by a must have date, or I would have ordered from a vendor that could have delivered (still can) but I am unable to get my money back, with all these hidden fee's and my event will be ruined now. Thank you Coleman for absolutely nothing! This is my exact email to them for full disclosure: This is disgusting service and you have ruined my event! Karma will catch up to you and Coleman Furniture. Thank you for nothing, I have no choice but to wait for this order!

Have not purchased furniture online previously, I was very happy & surprised about the quality, price and delivery of the items. Everything was better than expectations. The items came faster than expected and the delivery was very smooth. Received updates as to when to expect. Will definitely be ordering from Coleman Furniture again as well will go to them first when shopping for furniture both indoor and outdoor. Order# *******
I ordered 4 dining chairs. 3 were delivered within a timely manner. However, the 4th chairs was not delivered. I received a notice from Fedex that it was damaged and could not be delivered. I heard nothing from Coleman Furniture so I contacted them. They said they will be filing a claim with the carrier, and I have to wait until that's completed. It's now been well over a week and they still refuse to ship me the 4th chair. Seems ludicrous that I have to wait until supplier resolves an issue with the carrier, while my order remains delayed! Will update this review again in the future.

This company is a scam and I'll be writing reviews about this company in every platform to make people aware of this company scam. They deliver damaged furniture and you can't return. They have hidden term and conditions to fool people. They are operating somewhere in Asia to scam people. Even for damaged on arrival furnitures, they charge 15% and shipping fee and you end up keeping damaged items. Some needs to sue these people for running daylight robbery on people's hard earned money. Customer support is terrible.

In such a case, a replacement part or unit is issued or a professional furniture technician remedies the situation. I ordered my couches in early January and now it is the middle of December. The latest update is that they will ship next June. I am not holding my breath. They also informed me the five year warranty I purchased started 5 months ago... what a joke.
This place is horrible with delivery time, and probably the worst tracking updates I've seen and I shop online alot. Its been 3 months since I been waiting on my couch and the status currently is still on just "confirmed" when I reach out to customer service I got a reply that basically said " you should have known when you placed an order that it can take forever". How are you telling me that its been 3 months ( ordered it in October) and that you plan to ship it in Jan of 2022?!
If I knew this do you think I would actually order from here as if no couches exist on earth else where? Not to mention I spent a hefty amount so its not even like I found a great deal. Also I regret only looking at reviews on their website and not a third party where I can actually see the Wales of delivery delay before hand.
Buyer Beware is a real and true statement. Hope this can help someone else avoid this situation! Unless your ok for waiting for half a year don't do it.
This is the first and last time we will ever purchase from your company as all of the legal action you took on my 87 year old grandmother could have simply been avoided had your company responded to her several emails in the first place requesting an update on delivery. After no response for months she had no choice but to file a claim. The cost of the discontinued bed was close to $900 which is pretty much her monthly check. Your lawyer contacted her today and in her current state this did not help her at all. We contacted the bank again as the previous rep never closed her initial claim. The claim has now been closed and your payment is being processed today and your lawyer said we had until today to fix it or she faces legal action and will be forced to pay legal fees of $500 and up along with paying for the bed. It's insane your company dropped the ball and expected my grandma to pay for something she had no delivery date for and did not have a bed for months but when you have your money taken and held you threaten her with legal action when she did everything that was asked and the bank representative who is going to be counseled due to all this escalating and not doing her job. My grandma has to pay the price. I know you guys could care less but I will be writing reviews on every single platform because this is wrong and people need to know what kind of company you are as I advised you numerous times I handled everything for her, told you her age and medical condition and you hounded her and threatened her and only reached out to me when you're lawyer was involved. Her health is deteriorating and that phone call today did not help one bit. This company is the worst avoid it like the plague. Word of advice put your customers first.
Bought a recliner an am very satisfied with the product. When I had a question there return answer was very fast. Yes the shipping was a bit slow but whose isn't these days. The employees I worked with were very pleasant an helpful. Would use them again

I bought 2 nightstands from them that came preassembled. They were put together as cheaply as possible. They didn't use screws but staples to keep pieces of wood together. I exchanged one for a new one after it cracked. The new one had the drawer slides cracked and outside of the drawer. I asked to return both of them and they told me that because I did not have the original box, I could not return it. They then took two days to give me an offer of a $15 store credit on their website for each nightstand if I kept it. I started a credit card dispute and they offered me a $100 credit. I looked at the nightstand that I had for 3 weeks and it already developing 2 large cracks and will start falling apart soon. Avoid them at all costs!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
