Shopping on their site is easy but don't expect them to stand behind what they sell. Purchased the Jaine White 126" Entertainment Wall unit and it was delivered mid afternoon. There is no sunlight that enters the room at that time and we did not notice any issues with the piece. The very next morning while walking across that room the sunlight coming in exposed a malformed, warbled area on the bridge connecting the two towers. I took photos and contacted Coleman. Immediate response was "you signed that all was okay so we have no responsibility". When I told them of the lighting issue and showed them photos, they still denied help other than offering $80 credit to have someone fix it, but gave no help or contacts to get it repaired. No one in my area wants to touch it. I explained that it was a defect in manufacturing, not shipping damage. They had me fill out a warranty claim form saying that they would help me as a go between with the manufacturer. Funny, the website clearly states that Coleman is the manufacturer. Nonetheless, I filled out the form, they supposedly contacted the manufacture who quickly denied any responsibility and Coleman says "case closed". What a joke. Was going to buy more from them, not now. I'd suggest folks stay away from this company as they misrepresent themselves, the products they sell and do not stand behind them.
Horrible customer service. I ordered coach to replace an existing one with exact same dimensions. Took over 10 months for order to come in. When it came in, the delivery service didn't even try to bring it in the house, claiming it would never fit. Mind you, I had already brought in and removed THE. SAME. COUCH. Advice from Coleman was to leave it in the back yard and they also charged me $400 cancellation fee. Bottom line, you are better off buy furniture from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
Do NOT buy Catnapper Furniture from Coleman. The lift chair I bought a lift chair for almost $1000 based on Coleman Sales confirming that it had a warranty. The chair broke in less than a year. The best the warranty department offers is to find someone yourself to fix the chair, provided it is $125 or less and then they will SUPPOSEDLY reimburse the repair costs. The likelihood of a repair service making a house call for $125 is unlikely. So now we are stuck with an expensive chair that does not work properly.
I brought 4 chairs at cost of 2k total. Great quality I wished I'd brought them from the maker TOV vs purchasing them from Colmans. Once you place your order and PAY, you have to wait weeks to get a proposed delivery date. Once you get a delivery date (through a 3rd party) you get complete run-around, chasing your items. The delivery company that Colman used doesn't give you accurate delivery information or date. It was extremely frustrating. I finally received my items and they were of great quality but I will NEVER order from Colman's again.
Ordered a desk from this outfit, delivered incomplete desk, months of shipping the wrong part to complete desk... never got the completed desk so canceled the order when they said they figured out a way "to make it work" without all the correct desk pieces. They had the audacity to charged me a 15% restocking fee and the shipping to the tune of $450. Terrible company and service... buyer beware!
I wish I could do zero stars. They don't deserve one. Also... I tried to put a review on their website, and they didn't print it. No wonder their products have such great reviews.
I liked the Rawcliffe sectional when I went to Ashley furniture. I called Coleman and asked if it was the same couch they were selling or if it's a knock off. They said it is delivered from Ashley and the same couch. So I ordered online since their shipping time was 12 weeks less than Ashley's. I ordered in April. Two days before it was scheduled for delivery they changed the shipping date to September (it was originally May 11). They said the couch was out of stock (didn't they know that when I ordered it in April?). Fast forward to august 11. The couch gets delivered. The first piece the movers bring in has a large piece of fabric patched over the black bottom cover. He pointed to it said it was damaged and they patched it. Ahhh what? This is supposed to be a new couch. Then I notice other issues. Holes in the fabric. No padding between the fabric and wood on the ottoman and arms of the couch where there was definitely foam on the model couch in the warehouse. Rips on the underneath part. Two different colors of fabric on the separate prices of the sectional. Staples coming out. The delivery man said it's the worse couch he has ever had to deliver, that he has never seen one made like that. I called the company, explained what I was seeing and they said if I refused delivery they would talk to an account specialist and return my money within 3-7 days. The movers said good decision and left. Fast forward to two weeks later. No refund. I email customer service to find out what's going on. I'm told I have to agree to a $1788 refund instead of the $2300 I paid for shipping and restock fees. Huh? I have to pay over $500 when they shipped me a lemon of a couch? I said I didn't agree and I filed a bbb report. They then send me an email that they'll be reshipping the couch to me. That it has been sitting in the delivery companies warehouse for three weeks and they will have a third party do more repairs on the couch. Seriously? Their remedy is to fix up a couch that isn't anything like the one on the showroom floor that I already rejected and has now been sitting gathering mildew and god knows what for three weeks and they can't even give me an estimate of when it would be delivered, or award them with over $500? Isn't bait and switch illegal? Showing one product then delivering another? And how can a couch that was patched before ever delivered to me be considered new? What a racket. Wish I had looked at their bbb rating before purchasing from them. They even have a scam alert listed for their company.
My bedside table was well packed and shipped quickly. A good piece of furniture that is not cheaply made. My order number was *******. I did the whole transaction online and there were no glitches. I'm not computer savvy so I was surprised how easy it was. I'll buy from them again.
I'm thinking about buying the matching high boy chest.
I had ordered one recliner and decided on another a couple days later. It was very easy to change to order and make the payment on the remaining balance.
Coleman took my money and over a month later have still not delivered, despite projected delivery dates. A construction project is waiting on this and they refuse to allow me to cancel without a 15% fee for their failure. BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION. They insist that their terms and conditions show that they can have indefinite delays and we as customers have no recourse.

Watch out from buying from this place. Their furniture is cheap… They sold me a defective leather chair, that was damaged in transit or something and then spray painted it to cover it up. Tried to return it and they won't let me. Their "Customer Service" is a joke Make sure you do massive research before you buy. I posted similar comments on IG and they blocked me. They used to be named Renegade Furniture and changed their name because of their bad reviews and deceptive business practices. They have almost 600 complaints in the last 3 years and a C+ rating. Buyer beware! Spend your money elsewhere!
Fantastic communication, incredibly fast shipping, and when I opened up the box to look over the product I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly, the bench looks much better in person. The online photo does not truly do it justice. My order number is ******* for reference.

This company is a scam and will take your money for cheap products. On the two items I purchased (manufacturer TOV furniture) was damaged and broke after a weeks use. Coleman Furniture accused me that I built the bed wrong even though I used the tools and followed the instructions that was provided with the bed. The side table I got arrived scratched up on the brass legs and the drawer won't close unless you press firmly on it. For the price this is not something you'd want to invest in, IKEA is better quality.
Lastly, what was most disappointing was the rude and inconsiderate customer service. I slept on my mattress in another room for over a week because the company refused to compensate for their damages. They're also a nightmare when it comes to claims and false promises. Don't shop here, go elsewhere. This was a horrific month of stress and disappointment.
Coleman furniture is great! They keep me informed the whole time of the status of my package. It arrived exactly as the predicted date and the people who came to set it up in our room were very quick and efficient. I would shop here again and recommend it to friends.
This company is ridiculous with their 5 day return policy! No one these days gives such an aggressive demand! I got my shipment two days late because the box went to my neighbors house (happens all the time unfortunately) and when I requested an RA number they said I was at 7 days and I'm out of luck. Aside from the chair being so stiff, uncomfortable and awkwardly high, the fact that they couldn't offer a return based on my reasons is such pure mean! They also demand that you pay for shipping back, so what is their loss exactly, 2 days off and at no cost or bother to them? These guys are bullies and you should not buy their items!
We ordered a outdoor sectional that was delivered on 6/10/2021. We discovered 2 hours after delivery that one of the pieces was damaged. The delivery people opened the box with a box cutter. We discovered three pieces of cut wicker that they had thrown into flower bed next to the sectional. When we signed for the order the delivery people just said " sign here" not telling us once we signed we have no recourse. We called Colemans Furniture the next day and were told that once we sign they can't do much. Their solution was to send us some wicker pieces that we could glue on. This is not acceptable as we did not buy a used sectional. I have called and left 3 messages for our account rep with no return call. We are very disappointed with the level of service and follow up. We have ordered items in the past from them and never had a problem until now. Please do the right thing and send us a new replacement piece that is not damaged. 6/28/2021. They finally called and addressed my concerns. They are acting like they're doing me a favor sending me the 4 additional pillows that were supposed to come with the sectional. As for the damage they basically told me I had to live with it. The sectional was $2,100.00 they offered me a credit of only $75.00. I told them to keep it because it looks like they need the money more than I do. You have lost a customer for life. I would advise Colemans customers to check your items for damage before you sign. Once you accept it they tell there is very little they can do.
Ordered a couch in January. It keeps getting pushed back every month. It is now showing August and will likely get pushed back again. They still have the couch listed for sale, but have been unable to fulfill current orders or give me a firm date for delivery. It is ridiculous
I purchase 2 sets of sofa furniture however; they arrived late and it's was demaged on side of sofa. I contacted the Coleman furniture immediately as well as my credit card's company. They are not willing to fix the problem so I decided to refund my money and returned my sofas however; they indicated that I am NOT allow to returning. All the reader out there, please DO NOT SHOW for this company. They are liar, dishonest and not trust worthy! Yes, the furniture are cheap deal however; it's a rip off!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

Thanks for reaching out! As discussed with our customer service team, all damage must be reported at the time of delivery and notated on the Proof of Delivery. We understand you are not happy with the resolution that was provided to you for the post-delivery issue that you are reporting, however, since the delivery paperwork (POD) was signed indicating that you inspected all the pieces of your order and confirmed that it was delivered in good condition, we are very limited with the resolution option. Yet, Coleman Furniture offered you the courtesy credit allocation so you can contact a technician to address this issue.
