My couch came quicker than expected, the delivery company put it together and was cautious with my new floors, and turned out great!
Never order through this company, ever! It took us 11 months to receive our sectional sofa and ottoman. Once we finally received it, they both came in broken. We had to drill our own holes to get the ottoman put together. Then TWO of the recliners of our couch were not only broken but the fabric was ripped. It has been three months of back and forth with the company and they still are not fixed and no compensation has been offered. Worst company to work with ever. I will never order anything through this horrible site again. It's a joke and should be reported to the better business bureau.

100% do not recommend purchasing from Coleman Furniture. Next time I'll be sure to do my research. Their BBB reviews say it all…I purchased a $5k sectional from them because their website said In Stock where purchasing from Ashley Furniture direct was 6 months out. Well find out so is Coleman. It's not actually in stock…Got it in 5 months. No big deal.
I must have received the sectional that has all the quality defects. Here we are 6 months later and the 3 ring circus continues. The warranty is having a technician come out to "patch up" manufacturing quality defects and best yet, you get to pay out of pocket for them (north of $615 as of today) & who knows when they will actually reimburse you. If you have time for the circus on a weekly basis, give it a whirl!
Not only will their prices beat anyone around but the service was outstanding. My wife and I looked at this in another furniture store. The total price for the set was 1/3 more than what we paid with Coleman furniture. I called the salesperson back to let her know we had found it at Coleman. She told me they were not known for smooth delivery. She said they had a reputation for delivering damaged goods and not standing behind them. Well our experience not only saved us a lot of money but the furniture was delivered in perfect shape. The delivery service was excellent. I will shop at Coleman Furniture again. Don't believe everything thing you read. Shop with them.

Coleman furniture is a dishonest company. We bought a couch from them and expected to wait a couple months. They strung us along for nine months. Month after month they extended the delivery date. When they finally had the couch at their warehouse they lost a piece and did not tell us. Then they set up a delivery date with nothing to deliver and I wasted my entire day waiting for them. This is a terrible company that will have the consumer pay for their own incompetence. Don't waste your time, use another, any other furniture store besides this grossly inconsiderate, disrespectful, and incompetent company.
Always leery of ordering furniture online without touching and feeling the materials. But these items were well made and solid. Very pleased with the purchase.
Very pleased with the set. Cushions are soft but firm. Set offers plenty of back support. The color is a soft mink brown. The fabric is a bit velour and super soft. Lots of pillow options come with it.
We recently received our Coleman Einsgrove Sandstone Sofa, Loveseat, and Ottoman (Order # *******). The entire experience from buying online to the white glove delivery was phenomenal. The order arrived ahead of schedule - 3 weeks instead of the 6 weeks originally estimated. The set pieces themselves are exactly as described: comfortable, durable, and a "richly substantial look". In addition, the throw pillows that come with the sofa and loveseat are big, firm, and modern in appearance. All in all, the Coleman set exceeded our expectations especially given the relative cost.
Very comfortable sofa, came just as advertised. Very easy to move around and redesign your space. Delivery went smooth, took about 3 weeks to get once ordered.
Do yourself a massive favor and don't buy from them.
Yesterday, I ordered a bedroom set—$5200—and I called customer support ahead of the purchase to confirm each piece in my order was in stock. I was assured that was the case, and I was told I'd have my order in four weeks.
Early this morning, I revived an email notifying me my order has been cancelled due to manufacturer issues.
Here's the "fun" part—the 5200 is still either removed from my account or is still "on hold"! Either way, this money is unavailable.
Also, read the reviews for their Guardian furniture protection plan—they are abysmal and I can't believe any reputable company would want to partner with them.
One thing I know for certain is that Coleman will be hearing from my attorney next week if those funds are not released or refunded, and we will seek legal remedy for this upsetting experience.
They are beautiful and we received our end table in less than 10 days. They look like the picture. We love them
I ordered a bedroom set for my son in December of 2021 with an estimated delivery of March. I expected delays because of COVID but nothing like this. There were 4 different attempts to deliver this set starting in May. The 1st time, about 2 hours after my delivery window, they finally called and said actually it was damaged it will not be arriving. After I took off work. The 2nd time, they actually showed up, but again, the headboard was damaged. The 3rd time, they said it would be delivered that Friday. But the night before I realized I hadn't gotten a delivery window. I called and they said actually that was a mistake, it's not coming. I asked why didn't anyone call me? No answer. The 4th time, they said it was coming, but a few days before actually caught that it was damaged again, and cancelled. Today, the 5th attempt, it was actually delivered. 8 months later. But in true Coleman fashion, they did not send instructions for the delivery guys on how to assemble. And the legs for the nightstand were not delivered. So they will be sending those for me to assemble myself. I asked if I could cancel this order, and they said re-stocking fees would apply. On the flip side, they are kind of enough to give me a $75 refund on their second mistake on a $2000 order. Give me a break.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
