Do not buy from Coleman Furniture! I purchased a recliner from them for $1500 that stated it was 100% top grain leather. Within 4 months of owning the chair, the fake leather started to peel off on the head rest! Found the exact same chair on Nebraska Furniture Mart's website and it started the material is PVC Match which is faux leather. Coleman's website is lying and they refuse to take blame and resolve my issue. My next step is to take legal action with them. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen with a company!
Furniture is not US made but Vietnam
Delivery is still incomplete after 2 months - desk was rejected due to damage. Every week end in the past 3 weeks, a technician is supposed to perform the repairs but I am given the run around every week... STAY AWAY
We were looking to replace our 25 year old entertainment wall unit with something more modern. We ordered the Virginia Entertainment Wall Unit in Charcoal. It was really nice to have the free delivery and setup. We received several complements from friends and family. There is plenty of room for our books and our 55in tv. We love it.
I spent over $700 on an entertainment set from Ashley with this company. They acknowledged my purchase and a week later I had to call them about delivery date. They stated it would be going out soon and it would take a few days after that for delivery. All over their site they advertise drlivery and set up so I thought they would be contacting me for set up. Nope Fedex delivered to my porch with no ptior warning in rainy weather. I called a out installation and was told wasn't covered. I paid Handy to come put together the set. It was defective. Now they are giving me a hard time about replacement. Just find anoyher place, not worth it.
Lately, I have furnished dining room, living room and bedroom with Coleman Furniture items. I liked the free delivery and assembly every time as well as the quality and value of the purchased furniture pieces. However, my review will be revised after testing the insurance coverage and how they wear out.

Order # *******. This was hands down the best online furniture transaction from start to finish. The price I found at Coleman was several hundred dollars less than what I would have paid at the local military exchange for the EXACT same furniture. The white glove delivery (included in the purchase price) was seamless and the appointment setup was simple. I was even given an additional $100 off my purchase at checkout. Coleman is now my go-to for any future furniture purchases.

Ordered a bedroom set (*******) on 9/8. I was moving into my new home on 9/26, and was told i would receive by the middle of October. Much to my surprise, the order was received and shipped to my new home the week I moved in. I was very pleased as I didn't have to sleep on the floor on a mattress.:-) Very pleased with service and the delivery. Furniture is beautiful, looks great in my new home.
This is the worst Company I've dealt with. Our bedroom furniture was 5 months late and came with a damaged dresser. They refused to replace and offer us only $50 compensation. Actually claimed the repairman was able to restore it to it's original condition which is totally untrue and false.
I will never recommend anyone to purchase from this Company! They do not stand behind their products and will never make sure customers are satisfied and will never deliver quality furniture the way it should be 100% not defective with issues.
Our dresser has water damage and they refuse to replace. Offer us $50 compensation what a joke!
We purchased a king size sleigh bed from Coleman. Each rail, as typical, has a metal bracket that hooks over two bolts on the footboard/headboard end. Unfortunately, this metal bracket is only held in place with the rail by four very small (less than 1/2") screws. The second time I laid down on the bed (gently, I'm 65!), the rail ripped off the metal bracket. We contacted them the next day and they had us take pictures of it and send in a warranty claim. Two days later, it happened to the other side. They will not return the bed... they just want us to take more pictures. After two weeks, they have not yet notified the manufacturer to start the warranty process. I've had the bed for over two weeks now, and have been able to sleep on it for three nights. Poor manufacturing techniques for a $1200+ bed. It should have been replaced or taken back, yet neither was offered. Still awaiting an update on if they are going to fix it or not! I'll update this in two more weeks with another review on their support. So far: SLOW!
Received two medicine cabinets and they are beautiful. One does have a small dent in the frame, but is hireable since it is on top and no one will see it. But the quality seems to be well-made. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with hangers, but that's easily done.
I bought a sleeper couch on February 6,2022, was delivered on May 26,2022. I used the sleeper twice and when putting the bed back down, a metal bar came off the hinge that operates the lift of the bed. I contacted Coleman Furniture since it had only been 4 months since I received the couch. They said they would get a hold of the manufacturer to see what they will do for me. When they got back to me, they said that the manufacturer denied it was a defective part but will give me $ 125.00 towards fixing it. Well, I contacted someone and they said it will cost me $265.00 for them to fix and I need to buy the sleeper mechanism too. Coleman said that is the best that they can do and if I wanted to, I could contact the manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, myself. I still owe $1400 for this couch and can't even use it for the main reason for purchasing it in the first place. The customer service reps at Coleman Furniture are rude and not helpful at all and someone needs to do something about their practices. I am waiting for Ashley Furniture Rep to get back to me to see what they are going to do. Still, if nothing happens, I am contacting the Attorney General's office and see what they can do since I am not the only one that is getting ripped off by this company that is located in the United States. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and see what happens there too.
I was in need of a desk with more storage. I was happy to find this desk at Colman's Furniture. I order it online and had it delivered in 3 weeks. I love that they bring it in your house and put it together for you for free!
So pretty! It is lower than expected, but that makes it super modern looking! I got white dressers with gold legs to match. I love it!
I purchased a patio set in April. It had an original ship date of May. They called the day of delivery and said that one of the barstools did not pass inspection so the set would not be shipped. It is now October: I have been paying for the set since May. It was delivered yesterday. 4 bar stools and the table in a box. It was supposed to be assembled. All of the stools are missing hardware. They look like they were assembled by a two year old. Parts missing, no bolts, parts improperly installed. There is no packaging for the chairs…who knows what's in the box? I now have to contact Ashley furniture direct to find pets for my $3000 patio set. I have to disassemble the stools and find instructions online. The customer service for Coleman was AWFUL! Lots of."we aren't responsible for delivery", "we never said it would come assembled".
So I was just lucky someone decided to assemble a portion of my order incorrectly? Never use them. Not to be trusted. Still paying on a unit I can't yet use. Also, when I attempted to cancel months into "waiting" I was told there would be fees. Fees for what? I have no product and I have been paying you!

We have ordered 2 bedrooms sets from Coleman and have been very pleased. The white glove service is wonderful. They just come in and set it up. Both furniture sets were the same ones we saw at our local furniture store but at a much better price. I would shop here again for any furniture needs.
This tv stand is BEAUTIFUL! I wasn't sure with ordering online but the color, size, and quality are perfect. The delivery was faster than expected and extremely easy.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
