Coleman's furniture has been a nightmare. This was my first and last time purchasing anything from their website. They have a way better customer service staff and managers that actually care about the customer and do not argue with the customer.
I placed an order back in October receive partial order in November, because my bed broke in transit. I received a bed in December. The bed wasn't delivered in November because the leg broke in transit. Once it arrived the bed was still missing parts. I call Coleman's furniture to speak to a manager. When I got to speak to * (Manager) she was the most rude customer service manager I've ever spoken to. I asked her about her day when I greeted her and to my surprise she said I can't wait til it's over. I'll explain my situation, and she only offered me 50- 75$ gift card to their website. I declined that offer because it is nowhere near the amount that I spend on my bedroom set. I shared that had been sleeping on the floor for over 3 weeks because my bed was suppose to arrive in November. I asked for compensation she said no because it is clearly stated in the terms and condition under no circumstances do they offer any conversation. I said OK well that's an awful way to treat your customers. That shows that you don't care. Her response was if we didn't care about our customers we wouldn't be sending you your missing part. I said no you have to send me my missing part because I paid for it already. You're obligated to send me my missing part. Then she argued the definition of caring I explain to her. The definition of caring is being kind and taking others' into consideration, which is something that Coleman's furniture has shown to lack. If you can avoid purchasing anything please do. As for * she needs to be retrained or fired.

Do not trust with this company says for delivery information, they lie, lie, and lie again regarding delivery dates. If you attempt to request a refund, they charge a restock fee for items they say have shipped with approx delivery dates, and then told something completely different when getting status requests. Stated furniture was in stock, 2-3 weeks for door delivery. Thats been a month ago, and now being told another month. They will gladly take your money, but dont expect a refund or to get your furniture in a reasonable time.

I ordered a TV stand with a fireplace insert and everything showed up much quicker than expected! I love the center and the fireplace is very realistic and easy to use. I would highly recomend!
Absolute worst company to deal with. Completely got over on me and my wife after they dropped the ball and shipped faulty furniture to the delivery company. The company offered no help after you made our lives hard every which way possible. And after being given the opportunity to do right by us we experienced the absolute worst customer service imaginable. The first male manager hung up on my wife. Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service. Was not willing to help with the matter whatsoever. I will be continuing to blast this company on every possible platform until this situation is made right.
I bought a sofa with a chaise and enlisted the help of a sales agent. One week before Thanksgiving they send the wrong sofa. Now they are reviewing calls and want to charge over $700 in fees when it was not my fault. I will have no furniture for family and friends this holiday thanks to the horrible customer service at Colemans. Horrible experience, I had to get the BBB involved just to be treated some what human.
If I could give below zero stars I would. This place is the worst place ever to buy furniture from. From the Customer service to the furniture. I waited over a year for them to correct these issues. Each time it's been a failure after failure. They keep asking me to take pictures, then the part would have to be ordered. 5months later the parts are still not right. For someone spending over 9k you would think they would aim to please to continue the business. My daughter has been missing parts to her bed set for over a year. I called numerus times to speak to a manager. They refuse to allow you to talk to a manager or supervisor. At this point they could simple come get this disaster of a so call Funiture and refund my money. I have left my number time and time again for a manager ( NO call back). If I was them, I was be embarrassed I hired such ppl to provide that type of customer service. This business should be shut down to practice customer service. For it is the customers that keep such a business going.
Ordered a love seat and chair and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It showed up before the estimated arrival date and exactly as ordered. Can't wait to order again!

We had ordered two black outdoor umbrellas for the pool and not only is the quality amazing but the color and size perfect! Will definitely be ordering from here again! The shipping time was even earlier than stated!
We found a sectional and recliner we really liked at an Ashley store here in town but they were asking way too much money. We found the exact same set on Coleman for a pretty big discount so we were excited. At first our experience was great because of the discount and because communication with coleman was really good BUT after they held the funds in our bank account for five days I contacted them by chat on their website to see the status of my order and they told me my order was in the final stages of processing. An hour later I got an email that my order had been canceled because they don't know when they would be able to get my furniture from the manufacturer! Then they said I would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days after held nearly $3000 from my bank account for four days already! 1) why do they hold your money for so long before they process? 2) why do they have furniture on their website that they don't even know they can provide? 3) why did they keep telling me everything was fine and then I suddenly get an email five days later that it was canceled? Save yourself from a stress headache and don't order from Coleman furniture. There's just too many unknowns with this place. I was going to give one star but I decided to give two just because their communication was really good. Of course good communication doesn't get you anywhere if they can't provide the product you order!

We purchased the rechargeable battery pack for our power reclining sofa & loveseat. (a $149 item+ tax & shipping.) The battery power pack came two weeks ahead of the furniture being delivered. So there was no way to test it. Once the furniture was delivered and signed for the power pack was plugged in and was tested on the furniture two weeks later. It's dead. The green light says it's fully charged. They asked me to send them videos of it not working. I did that. They said since I didn't show it was not working when the furniture was delivered, it's not their problem.
So they send out a defective battery, and now they want me to pay for the return shipping and they will determine if it's a bad/defective unit. They make it out to be my problem and they have nothing to do with it. I asked if I get reimbursed for the shipping if I return it and it is found to be defective (which I know it is and sent the videos to prove it). I was told no reimbursement. Why should I pay shipping for a defective power pack?
Their "customer service" is appalling! Every time I call or email them and ask for the person who I was talking too, they give me someone different. I have had correspondence with four different people on this matter. It's obvious that they are trained to not respond to the customer's issues, only look out for the company's bottom line. If you want to buy from a company that participated in deceptive business practices, then this is the company for you.
Received our table and chairs on Monday. Assembled well. Guys had it in place in 15 minutes. Thank you!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
