I had never heard of Coleman furniture before and wanted to order an end table. I was nervous to order because I hadn't heard of this company and was hoping it wasn't a scam. I ordered the table and I was so pleasantly surprised and totally impressed with this company. They sent me emails every step of the way letting me know the status of my table and when it would be shipped along with the tracking information. The table arrived a few days ago and it is the prettiest piece of furniture I own in my home. It is just gorgeous. I will be ordering from Coleman again and recommend this company highly.
The bar set is amazing. Was delivered and set up 5 weeks after ordering. Coleman Furniture Customer service kept contact throughout every step of the process.
This was my second order from Coleman's & everything went perfectly when bringing in heavy items. A+
I bought a chest of drawers off of this company. I was called by the delivery company and told the day of delivery. They showed up early so I was still at work. They stated that they had drove from Tampa and needed to get back so they asked if I could get a neighbor to come and accept delivery. I did get a neighbor to do this. When I got home, I could see that the chest of drawers was the wrong color. I have the same furniture in my bedroom but mistakenly picked the wrong color when I was ordering. If I was home, I could have seen this and declined delivery.
I called the company soon after, which was within the return time. I told them that I made the mistake and that I knew I would have to pay some kind of penalty. I paid a total of 1063.58 with free shipping. When I called to get a resolution the customer service reps were not helpful at all and appeared to try to want to upset me. I can deal with that since it is hard to get good employees these days and it is obvious this company has horrible employees.
The problem that I have is that I paid a total of 1063.58. Coleman Furniture wants to charge a 149.10 restocking fee and then 618.00 for shipping. So out of the 1063.58 that I paid for this chest of drawers, they only want to refund 296.48. I made the mistake and knew I would have to pay a penalty but to only get 296.48 back is a total rip off. I tried to reason with them and stated that I would be buying the correct color so they would make money off of that transaction as well as they would be delivering the new chest of drawers so they could pick up the return item so not to make a special trip to just pick up the returned item. They would not accommodate me at all.

After doing a lot of searching online I found the dining set that was not only a perfect choice for my kitchen, it also was a great price and included shipping AND setup! It was also delivered ahead of schedule! The delivery team did a great job and made sure all was to my satisfaction before leaving. I'd certainly shop with them again.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered the Parker-House Tempe Bookcase and Writing Desk and it was handled by multiple businesses before it was delivered to our house. When they opened the back of the delivery truck we were in total disbelief at what we saw. At some point the furniture had been unboxed and the contracted delivery company had not strapped it down inside the truck. It had not been wrapped in furniture pads or shrink wrapped and had no protection around it at all. It was literally lying in a pile in the bed of the truck. Coleman states that is too bad and isn't their fault and that we have to accept the delivery or be charged for shipping and a 15% return fee. Luckily, our credit card company has stopped payment and the charges are being disputed. The customer service at Coleman is pathetic. Please see the attached photos of what we saw when they opened the back of the delivery truck. No one in their right mind would have accepted this delivery after paying over $4300.00 for this furniture.

Price dropped before I received shipment and unfortunately they were not able to match price. Customer care was great when resolving a battery issue with recliner. Quality of furniture is superb.
We bought a white couch and they shipped me a grey couch. When contacting customer service they said sorry we can't help you. They told me I could return it but it would cost 1k to return it. They sent me the wrong color couch and refused to fix the color. Customer service supervisor told me that the customer is not always right and refused to help me any further. Don't buy anything from this company otherwise you will be stuck with it.

Nothing but stress since I purchased a couch from these thieves! 1000's of dollars thrown away on a couch that basically crumbled before our eyes. The customer service o my goodness what a nightmare! Do not buy from Coleman!

Love my wall unit. Fills the wall perfectly, looks like much higher quality than the price would suggest. It's perfect!
Clear communication and good service. Delivery was rescheduled once. One day notice. Delivery was a bit earlier than the expected window. Pleased with the new couch.
Coleman nor thw insurance will honor their warranty or insurance. Within 2 months of buying a furniture set it's started falling apart at the seams then the deck straight ripped and gave out with 3 small teens sitting on the couch which is pose to be able to hold more than 300lbs and it couldn't. And it had only been sat on by 4 people maybe 5 times and the 5 time 3 was together and bam ruined. So if u look at a couch check the style of deck it has if it's like trampoline material run dont buy it. They have no insides and the deck is all that holds u up and if it gets damaged it's trash, it costs more to fix than the price of the couch. Guardian is a scam 100% it claims it covers everything but clearly a manufacturers defect isn't covered.

Would love to give them no stars. I ordered a bar set and waited over a year to receive. Because I waited over a year, I received a new bank card that needed updated. I did so within 3 days of being notified via email. In the mean time Coleman Furniture canceled my order. The item has of course increased in price and I would have to reorder the Furniture to start the process completely over! All the company would offer is, sorry about that.

I had ordered a master bed set for my house in March. The set was said to arrive within 8 weeks. The first estimate comes in via email saying May. What's the problem? I got an update every two weeks with the new estimate. Every two weeks pass, a new update with a date that shifts around a dramatic amount. When it became May, suddenly the estimate was June. Then it was July, August, September, October, November... Why am I waiting for 8 months for an item that at most should have taken 8 weeks!?!? I felt lied to and deceived... and no this was not during the pandemic. I got sick and tired of waiting... but I hoped after 8 months the product would arrive. It came to their warehouses damaged! Oh boy! I get to wait even more time! So I decided to cancel and get something else... and I got charged $500 for cancelling! $500 for 8 months of grief and pain? Gee, thanks.
Make sure when you order that what you're getting is in the country. These guys could not give a decent eta to save their lives. Who knows when they would actually get their items. Save yourself the time and pain.

Nice looking product, assembly was straightforward. Love the usb plugs. Love that the shelving is there, it is great for a small room or room with a small closet, as you can expand storage options
The couch is beautiful and fits perfectly in my space. I went with the "natural color" and so glad I did. It's so comfy and spacious. Delivery was faster than expected.
Great solid chairs. They came very fast within 3 days. Packed well. Everything was in the box. They sit really well with my dinning table. Great company. Will buy from them again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
