This was the first time I ordered from this company. My item arrived when I was away and when I tried to return it they told me that the 5-day return windown had closed. FIVE DAYS. That's all they give you to return an item. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude. The worst part was that I found the stool on several other sites for $100 whereas Coleman charged me $150. Do not order from this company. They are just out for your money.
I give a one star review because of the color of table was not what I expected. It was supposed to be dark oak but the base of the table was two tones. The quality and craftsmanship of the table is beautiful. If the color was right I would have given a 5 star review. Order *******

Love the entertainment center and received it rather quickly with a preference of scheduled delivery. They set it up within 30 minutes and we couldn't be more happier with it!
I was looking for a round cocktail table to match my Hammary end tables. I purchased them from Colemans 2 years earlier and unfortunately that line was discontinued by Hammary. Colemans had one that was the finish and design that would work. It was much less than a similar Hammary brand. The quality is great and it's beautiful!
The delivery went smoothly and soon I was sitting on my nice new beautiful couch. Order number *******
Stay away from this place. I wish I had researched the reviews before making a purchase with them. Check out the Better Business Bureau and you will find 600 complaints file against them for bad merchandise quality. They ship damaged merchandise and make you pay for the return shipping.
This is IF you even get the merchandise. I have experienced both with this company. They made me send them photos to prove the box was not damaged in shipping then made me pay all the return shipping! I was told this is their policy even if the damage was not my fault! I'm still waiting for another item for weeks now they told me was shipped but can't provide tracking. I will call my credit card company to dispute this item and have them refund me for the merchandise that has not been delivered.

There is a reason Coleman has been around so long. Excellent pricing for my home office chair order #*******, easy to use website, prompt delivery and package handled professionally. Plus comfortable chair has inspired me to work more on my writing! This was my first order and they will be the first place I shop going forward.
I ordered a $1,200 dollar dresser from this place hoping to receive something worth that amount of money. The dresser arrived to my house wrapped in plastic so at the time, so of course no damage was visible. As I unwrapped it I noticed 3 imperfections. And also noticed the drawer was not working as it should. I immediately called the store but they were not available so I put in a claim with photos. Well, since then they have been absolutely unwilling to be helpful and keep stating that they can't do anything to help me with the damage even though I keep asking to return. The only thing they offered to do was send a replacement drawer, however do not say anything in regards to the very obvious damage on the dresser. You call the business and they just redirect you and say oh your account person will get back to you, or or they are out of the day. This is incredibly poor customer service. They need to rewrite their website because it explicitly states "customer satisfaction is our top priority". What a joke! Not an offer of a discount for the damage, not an offer to send a replacement dresser, not even the offer to return. They just keep saying you signed at time of deliver so there is nothing we will do about it, even though the damage was not visible becaise it was wrapped in plastic when delivered! Do not do business with these people! Now I'm finding many reviews with the same experience.

I ordered a dining room table set. It was delivered with only TWO legs. It's been sitting upside down in my kitchen for all the month of January. They say the other two legs are out of stock and will be shipped mid February! Unacceptable!

I ordered a household bar on Oct 4,2022 and at the time I did not know that it was not in stock, they never said anything to me and I kept checking on the status of this product and eventually they stated the bar was requested to when you order it, like build upon demand. This item was not in stock and that would have been fine if they told me that in the beginning and not to months later. I kept calling and they kept saying I don't know when it will be available, we will let you know but I paid for this in Oct 2022. Eventually it was supposed to be delivered in the local manufacturing area on Dec 23,2022 and it was damaged on delivery. They said they would re-order the item and then after two weeks of me complaining which then was in January 2023, they have ordered me a new bar and it should be delivered to the local receiving area on approximately February 23,2023. Then, I would have to wait for them to inspect it and schedule for delivery in March 2023 and this whole process would be in its 5th month. At this time, I canceled the order because do to no fault of my own because they could not deliver a product in a timely manner, they charged me 15% of my order stating that was in the contract which I never had a contract, I just ordered a product off-line. This company is very un-professional and I would never order anything from them again and I hope you dont either. Why should I lose $100.00 because your product was damaged and delayed for over 5 months. Please bannish this company from sales and ordering. Waste of time and they will cost you money.

The ordering process was easy, and we absolutely love our new sectional! The only issue we had was the ship date changing several times. White Glove Delivery experience was top quality!

I bought a sofa and loveseat at half the sale price that Ashley Furniture was advertising. The loveseat arm rest was missing some padding, Coleman had repairmen come out and fix it. I love my new furniture!
Refused to repair damage on a desk that was delivered with damage in 2 places. Noted on paperwork that was signed and magically was no longer on paperwork when we requested repair on a $1,500 desk. We are now stuck with a new, damaged desk. This company does not take accountability for their delivery company. I would give zero stars if possible.

Everything was as described. Couch was brand new in mint condition and delivered in a reasonable time frame.
This was a genuine Ashley leather recliner that was hundreds less than buying in the brick and mortar Ashley store.
I will definitely check Coleman in the future when it's time to look at new furniture.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The piece they delivered to me hada huge piece of wood gashed out of it. About 5 minutes after the delivery people left, I saw it, called, was promised a new piece. 11 days later they say they are giving me a replacement top and I have to hire someone to install it? That is so unacceptable. The wood is gashed out of the furniture and needs to be replaced. They strung me along for 11+ days! Do not do business with this company. I have never met a bigger bunch of scammers in my life.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
