I placed my order online because the loveseat was not on the floor of any furniture store. Of course I was concerned. I chose Coleman Furniture because the value given for the price was good and reviews were good as well. This was the best decision ever! Upon receipt of my order, I received an acknowledgement and shortly thereafter I was given periodic status reports as to when I could expect the delivery. Delivery was excellent! The warehouse called with a date and the next day called with a time frame. When the delivery men arrived, they spent a total of 10 minutes in my home even after putting the loveseat together! The whole experience was seamless and I am very happy that I chose Coleman.
I had purchased sofa and loveseat a month ago. A sofa showed up, cut in leather. I called and they asked how I can be compensated. Really, how about a new sofa. The loveseat never showed up and was forgotten at some warehouse.
A week went by an no word of my order. I had to call and they told me the same thing they did a week ago. If I wanted to cancel my order, $395 for shipping (one defective item and another that didn't show up) also $485 or 15% of the cost, again for nothing that showed up.
PRICE: I found the Deznee bookcase on another site and did a search which returned a better price at Coleman Furniture.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The site was rejecting my credit card so I phoned and reached a call center who could not help, but transferred me a local customer service rep who immediately found my order in system and processed payment very quickly and efficiently.
DELIVERY: Estimated delivery was 5 - 6 days, which is fast for furniture, and it arrived in less than 3 days! I place order Monday night and it was delivered Thursday afternoon. I was surprised and delighted.
QUALITY: I have assembled one of two bookcases that I purchased. It is as pictured, good quality, no assembly pieces missing.
The bed is as described, arrived quickly and easy to assemble. Our son loves his new bed. Would recommend.

The product is fine as far as damage is concerned. You need to send delivery people who can speak English beyond hello. The two guys who delivered our product needed an interpreter, and I am not trying to be funny.
The finish of the expensive chest of drawers has very thin paint apparently ( not stained) as comes on the kind of product that comes in a box with assembly instructions. Not what we were expecting.
It will be functional but I am not excited about seeing the results on the finish the first time it is bumped. It did have some places the finish was knocked off where the delivery people had a little difficulty sliding in one of the drawers.
I don't think we will be spending this kind of money for furniture on line ever again.
This was the first time we have purchased from Coleman Furniture, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The free shipping was faster than advertised and the packaging was extremely good. Assembly was easy and we love the way it looks in our newly refurnished bedroom. The match to the furniture we purchased at American Furniture is perfect. Our 65" Samsung easily fits the opening, and the fireplace adds an ambiance that my wife and I enjoy while relaxing in the evening. Great purchase!
I ordered my sofa and was thinking it was going to take a while but no delivered in 3 weeks! The material is amazing and delivery was spot on too with the white glove delivery, definitely will buy more furniture from this place, & yes it's legit, I was wondering the same thing. Hope this helps someone with making the decision.
The entire experience with Coleman was smooth. The price was great, the couch came when expected, and delivery was fantastic. Would definitely recommend buying from them!
It was great dealing with Coleman. I received my night stands very fast and I'm glad I ordered. I bases it just on the picture and the furniture was very solid and looks pretty good. Also very affordable! Very happy.
I placed an order with Coleman Furniture on 11/28, order #*******. Where the furniture was listed as in stock However, immediately After placing my order I received an email informing me "items ordered include free delivery via but will need to be brought into your home on your own and may require assembly. Please reply back to this email confirming that we can move forward. You will receive an ETA notification once your order is processed." I replied "yes" and then received an email stating that my order had an expected ship date of 12/31! While I was disappointed with the long lead time and considered cancelling my order I decided to let my order stand in hopes it would arrive sooner! On 12/9 I got an update that my order is still expected to ship 12/31. And again a email on 12/20 stating 12/31. On 1/8 after not receiving my order or any update I emailed coleman about my order. Their response was "will ship once production is finished in the week of 1/9 or 1/16. The ETA for you to receive delivery is 1-2 weeks once it ships out from the warehouse". On 1/10, after emailing on 1/8 about my order status, I got an email saying my new expected ship date is 1/13. Finally on 1/19 I received an email saying my order shipped…well beyond my original expected ship date of 12/31. Delivery was not made until 1/31 at 9:33pm! PM 2 boxes weighed well over 85 Ibs and the other about 40 lbs… I weigh 120 lbs, it was nearly impossible for me to move the boxes inside alone so I just slid them inside my front door! I needed help! I asked my sister to come over to help me and on 2/10 she did and we unboxed the items. Upon unboxing the items all 3 items had sustained visible damage, cracking, bruising, dents and were unusable. I quickly called Coleman to make them aware of the situation. They informed me that they have a policy that all damages must be reported within 24 hours. 24 hours! I could barely move the boxes, let alone unbox them in 24 hrs not only is this not standard industry practices/timeframe, These policies are sexist, unjust and unfair practice. It is absolutely ridiculous to say that damage must be reported within 24 hours as if jo one has a life, family, other responsibilities other than opening late deliveries

From the initial online shopping to placing the order with an agent was painless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them based on the professionalism of the representative. My order actually arrived 4 days earlier than what I thought, which was GREAT! We are placing the entertainment center in our great room, but we have not assembled yet; however the pkgs were not damaged and sealed really well.
I purchased a wall unit for my home for $1,049 on 12/16/22, was delivered 2/15/23, and currently selling for $479! The shipping company was an absolute nightmare, and come to find out so is Coleman Furniture. The delivery company damaged my wall when delivering my furniture after arriving two weeks late and in the middle of my workday. The was poorly constructed and of extremely cheap material. The side pillars and top shelf to dot even connect to the tv stand or stand up straight. The delivery company damaged a section of the PARTICLEBOARD when putting a shelf on it and hid it. When I contacted the company to return, they charge 15% plus $738 in delivery fees! If you complain, they'll edit their website to fit their narrative. This company is conducting poor and deceptive business practices, and I would advise any potential buyer to stay away from this online retailer! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money and time. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau.

We have been searching for a sectional and one of our daighter' a new bedroom suit for a while and I came upon Coleman's website. With multiple great reviews we found one we liked and went for it. I love the email updates on manufacturer to shipping to scheduling delivery. Everyone was so helpful and nice and did a great job and we absolutely love our sectional and bedroom set! We will definitely use them again.

Coleman Furniture is a great online retailer for anyone in the market for high-quality furniture. The website is easy to navigate and has a wide variety of options for every room in the house. The prices are also reasonable and competitive.
On December 5,2022, I placed an order for a bedroom set with Coleman Furniture, costing $3,336.99. The furniture arrived in late December 2022 or early January 2023. When the items arrived: 1) the wood was more distressed than shown on the website photos; 2) the dresser had a hole in the rear panel, the two chests had chunks missing from the veneer, the headboard had a ding and chipped paint; and, 3) the two night stands, and one chest, wobbled heavily.
I immediately contacted Coleman and explained the aforementioned. Not wanting to wait another several weeks for poor bedroom furniture, I requested an immediate return and refund. Coleman insisted that according to their return policy, I was only entitled to repairs, that "[f]inishes and colors online may not accurately represent the true color or pattern", and that the customer accepts liability in the eventuality that such misrepresentation takes place. You read that right. Your furniture could arrive neon pink and Coleman would have no obligation for that. And, even if your items are all damaged/defective, after a month of waiting, you have to wait longer for them to try and fix them? How much longer, and how many times? Uncertain.
This unreasonably policy is not on the item page itself, but in a separate return page, with other unfair policies that absolve them of all responsibility to their customers. Coleman picked up their damaged furniture and deducted a 15% restock fee from the refund, totaling over $500. Apparently, according to their policies, they could also have charged return shipping.
The response from the Director of Customer Service, Rachel Shapiro? "You chose to place your order and agree to the terms and conditions when you placed your order. We did not force you to do that." And she's right. They didn't force me. They just created the single worst warranty/return policy I have ever heard of, put it in a separate page, away from the actual item information, and then charged me a "restock fee" presumably to sell their defective items to someone else to whom they owe no obligation.
Avoid this company like the plague and if they pull this with you, do what I did and file a consumer protection complaint with your state.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
