Everything was great. From placing the order to receiving the delivery. Using the site and making the payment were easy. We recieved it so much faster than expected and the delivery guys were great.
Beds have 3 slats to hold the mattress up. Headboard was damaged and looks like the spray painted over it to cover it up. We had to buy brackets to secure the sides to the headboards and foot boards due the them not staying connected. First and last time shopping with Coleman.
Easy to order exactly what I wanted online. Great prices - very competitive. Delivery service was great - quick and efficient. Only complaint is how LONG it took for my order to arrive. A month and a half! Order #*******
I really love this patio set & have already gotten a ton of compliments! Delivery experience was excellent although I would have liked the option to pay extra for the delivery driver to remove the huge cardboard boxes

I purchased my first couch from Coleman in 2017 and it was a steal of a deal. Not only that, but the delivery company they used was awesome. The guys went out of their way to squeeze it through a tight spot with no damage. I ordered another couch from them this month, and it was delivered well before estimated, and by the same delivery company (Renegade) who once again had great guys. I will continue to recommend Coleman to friends and use them myself!
The table was of better quality than we hoped for given the modest price. Well constructed and without blemishes. The delivery team was polite and cheerful and took the time to adjust the latches where the leaf opens for a tight fit when the table is closed. They took the time to position the table to our liking and carefully reviewed for any damaged. All cheerfully. Truly white glove service as advertised.
I am delighted with the table and chairs I purchased. The process was smooth from start to finish. Excellent service. Received the items faster than expected. Delivery was timely and setup was quick. Would definitely order from Coleman again.
They sent me a broken bed. Refused to replace the part for months. Now refuse to take the bed back. Read their T&C. They say you can only return if the box is unopened AND you have to pay to ship it back which would cost more than the purchase price. AVOID at all costs!

This is the second time I have ordered from Coleman furniture, the first being several years ago. Both experiences were excellent, the orders were delivered on time and packaged very well. With this most recent order, I thought I had ordered the incorrect pieces for the dining set and customer service was most helpful. Turned out I had ordered correctly after all!:-) Would definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience and great furniture.

Love this new couch! It is a perfect fit & very comfortable to sit on. The seats recline farther back than most couches.
I purchased an espresso night table which came within 5 business days and is very well made. No scratches, dents or issues with the USB port outlet. I was ambivalent because I am not used to buying furniture online but I was pleasantly surprised, and impressed with the quality of the table.
To start off the sofa itself is nice, it looks nice in person and has a great color (Natural color) but the quality of the sofa I am unsure about. I just received this sofa about two weeks ago and there are already feathers poking out the top of the couch seats. It feels uncomfortable when they poke out plus it looks bad and as the days go by I'm noticing more come out which makes me feel uneasy. I hope this couch will last at least a few years and not look like total crap from all the feathers from the inside of the couch poking out but I can't say that will happen. Also, nothing to do with the sofa itself but the delivery process and the charge to have the sofa delivered inside my second-floor apartment ($125 extra) is ridiculous and the delivery people were very rude.

I stumbled upon Coleman furniture while looking for the perfect dresser for my bedroom. I have been looking for almost a year. I am so glad that I found them because not only did I find my perfect dresser, the service and accommodations were excellent. Colemans offers free delivery, as well as a free warranty package. I had not seen this in the many online furniture companies that I have reviewed. My order was ready quickly and was delivered within two weeks to my home, white glove service, which again is unheard of for Free. The delivery company, William and Sonoma, took great care in delivering my furniture and placing it in to my home. I will definitely be using Colemans again and I highly recommend them.

Based on reviews, we took a chance and ordered a beautiful hutch from Coleman. The day it was delivered there was a crack in the wood at the top of hutch by the lights and quite a few nicks in the wood. When we took the tape off glass panes, we noticed the glass was scratched. Customer Service sent a repair technician (4 weeks later) who found the same issues. It took another 3 weeks to get a call from Coleman who advised they were willing to provide a ridiculously insulting credit amount for me to keep as is. She advised that the manufacturer said the scratches were not scratches but part of the wood (tho clearly not stained) and they were not addressing the glass as it was not reported when delivery men still present (even tho not seen until tape taken off). Are you kidding me! The delivery man showed me his pics but conveniently did not submit them all and I found this out when I called about a big scratch and the glass right after they left. I submitted all my photos to the customer service rep.
So the piece is delivered damaged, tge delivery man doesnot submit all the photos, I wait 4 weeks for someone to come check out piece and now another almost 3 weeks to be told I am past the return window, they will not fix all the issues and that they will credit me $100. Really?
Needless to say, this does not sit right with me and as I wait for further word from Coleman after speaking to the manufacturer, I will be looking into legal options of my own!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
