I never heard of Coleman before from where I'm from. I'm located in CA. We wanted a nursery chair that fit our needs and we found this online. We never heard of Coleman but we took the chance and glad we did! Shipping notifications were sent and the delivery guys handled our chair with care up the stairs. Timing could have been better as they were only offering delivery M-F during work hours, but I understand I guess. Chair came protected with no stains and the recliner works great. It is as described and we are happy.
I was very impressed with the delivery of my desk. The order came quickly. At first I wasn't sure if I got the desk I ordered. The picture online looked like there was roping around the edge of the desk but it was more of a bevel edge. I was a bit disappointed but I still liked it and it works in my space. There were a couple of very minor dings but not enough to bother me. The piece is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
Horrible customer service. Their 5-day return policy is a way to ensure they keep your money. Five days is not sufficient time to assess a product as big as a piece of furniture. Then they claim, "There's nothing we can do." Yes, there is. You just don't want to.

Coleman has beautiful furniture for reasonable prices.
I placed order on morning of April 27 and hours later, I unfortunately had to cancel the order. I'm hoping to re-order this fall. I sent an email following the instructions on their website. I also reached out via contact form and via chat. Hey, it's a lot of $$ I'm dealing with. Coleman responded and cancelled the order as I was within the 24 hr cancel window. My complaint is that, the transaction via the bank is completely PROCESSED as in DEBITED. This hurts! They recommend waiting up to 10 business days for a full refund. I'm upset bc in my case, there is no furniture that needs to wait to be returned or inspected or shipped back. I spoke with a Cade this morning at Coleman, who didn't even ask for details, he simply abruptly blurted the general, wait the days for the refund. That rubbed me the wrong way. All I want is a quick refund. All I wanted was a real status. I thought temporary Authorization meant TEMPORARY. I'm considering not patronizing this company in the fall when we remodel our home.

COLEMAN FURNITURE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I recommend anyone who has anything delivered from this company to immediately indicate on the delivery slip there is an issue until you've had an opportunity to inspect the merchandise within their 5 day return policy window! Long story short, purchased a lovely couch from Coleman Furniture. Couch was delivered on a Thursday. By Saturday I discovered the couch had a weird squeaky noise on the Right Arm Facing Chair. Basically the couch sounded as if I had it for years when I sat down on one particular side. I immediately reported the defect to Coleman's, since there is a 5 day return window. I took pictures as they requested, and even sent video's of the noise. Thinking maybe something came apart during shipping? They too confirmed they heard the noise upon receiving my video and would reach out to the manufacturer. About 2 weeks later their resolution was there was nothing the manufacturer will do because I signed the delivery slip, that the couch was in good condition upon delivery. They then offered me a $100 dollar voucher if I could find someone to repair the noise and then send them a copy of the invoice and they'd pay the $100 dollars. Immediately I realized COLEMAN FURNITURE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I honestly thought I was going to get an opportunity to exchange the corner chair for a new one that doesn't squeak. All I wanted was to get what I paid for, a non defective couch! The issue was at no fault of my own. There was no way for me to know the couch made any kind of noise upon delivery! The fact that Coleman's even suggested for me (the consumer) to find a carpenter for $100 dollars who would repair the noise is absurd. How did the issue become my problem! Its an unfortunate situation and a bad experience. But as I mentioned, anyone buying from this company, I recommend you indicate on the delivery slip that there is an issue, even if there appears to not be one, until you've had a chance to evaluate your merchandise within the 5 day return policy window!

Very pleased with my table and the shipping company was very helpful. They had to go get some parts to fix a chair and were very nice about it.
This is the couch of my DREAMS! It literally looks and feels like a cloud. Don't think, just buy! Perfect for my little beach apartment. Please don't ever discontinue this model bc I'm already planning on purchasing the middle section when I move to a bigger home! *******% recommend.

Terrible Service! I bought the Virginia Hampton gray entertainment center for up to 65 inch TVs and the light never worked. As soon as I finally turned it on or attempted to and contacted Coleman Furniture I was met with disrespectful and rude people. Highly suggest you don't buy out of state. They shockingly wanted me to service my own entertainment center that I nearly paid $2,000 for with a local handyman and then send them the bill absolutely unacceptable. So unless you're able to be 100% responsible for every little working detail of your brand new entertainment center I highly suggest you buy somewhere in state where they can send somebody out to service it. Here I sit with a pile of garbage and no working light. 15 emails later I get sent a brochure with instructions that an electrician needs to follow. Totally disgusted I wouldn't buy anything from here ever ever again and I suggest you don't either. If they wanted a better story to tell maybe they should have it come with better customer service and a better story for me to tell.

I ordered a loveseat from this company and two weeks later the bottom of the right hand side broke down when I was reclining forward. I contact the company and they offered to send me $100 dollars to hire a repair man to fix the completely broken bottom! A repair man won't even start a repair for a $100 so the so-called warranty they claim they have is a lie!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.
