I spent a long time looking for a sectional that was reasonably priced, aesthetically pleasing, and durable. I found this one, and decided it was the one after reading reviews. I haven't tried the pull out bed, but the couch itself is bigger than I expected and comfortable! The value of this sectional is very good in my opinion.
The set looks beautiful! The cover of the gaming table weighs a ton! You need 2 stong persons to remove it and play!the chairs are the most uncomfortable! They have a poor cushion and the arm rests are too low!If you want comfort, save your money and get something else, because if you return it you only get partial refund. I was told that they don't sell comfort!
I ordered a couch in March and expected the 7-8 week delivery. When they called to schedule delivery in the beginning of May I was so excited. The night before delivery I was told that they sent the wrong one, and they did not deliver it. How does it take 7-8 weeks to send the wrong couch? Is there no inspection?
After that I was told a replacement would be expedited. "Expedited" to them meant it would take another 4 weeks to ship. I have to continually ask for updates and they responded today and said it would be another month. They gave absolutely no reasoning and have made no effort to make this right. When I asked they offered me $50 credit or refund. That is nothing when it comes to the purchase of a COUCH. Doesn't even make a dent.
You are better off ordering from any other company, do not get scammed and lied to like I have.

This sectional is just so beautiful and calming. The white is truly white as it should be. The cushions are soft and easy to re-fluff as occasionally needed. I read all the other reviews which helped me make this purchase. Don't hesitate! It looks exactly as pictured! I wake up everyday to this beautiful piece and it brings me so much joy!

I ordered a sofa February 8th of this year. I still have yet to receive it (today is June 1st). And I still have not gotten a definite answer of when we will actually receive it.
I called before I even placed the order and asked how long it would be before we received delivery. I was told 8 wks. I figured that was fine and decided to order it.
I was just told today it wouldn't even ship out to my local delivery company until 06/09. And we were just told a couple of weeks ago that it was supposed to be ready and shipped 05/26.
I wouldn't have had such a problem waiting if they were upfront and honest from the beginning that it would be 4+ months.
Beyond aggravated. I will absolutely never purchase anything here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Despite my negative experience with my sofa customer service does respond very quickly.

The order process was easy. I was able to do it online. Product availability was quick. Was quicker than originally quoted. Delivery process was perfect! Very happy with the whole process! Would highly recommend!

This company is a scam and a fraud do not do business with them. Whatever you do. They charge my credit card $2399. I called them to cancel the order and issue a refund and they charged me $700 in cancellation fees, even though the item was fraud. I was threatened bullied, and harassed by their sales lead *. Who demanded that I send her money via Venmo to cancel the order.

Damaged furniture upon DELIVERY that they won't replace, putting your order on hold so you can verify the order yourself. Why the hell did I click "PLACE ORDER?" I hate this place. Never again.

Proceed with this company with caution. I ordered a sectional and then decided I wanted to add another piece. I was told I am not able to add pieces after the fact so I had to cancel the order and then reorder. Because of this, the delivery date was now pushed back over a month. We are now approaching the delivery date and they have told us that it's ready to be shipped but are waiting on other orders to send a truck our way. Our delivery should not be dependent on other people. We ordered the couch in MARCH. It's not almost JUNE. I am very disappointed with the lack of help from this company when we have spent over $4k on a couch, already been charged for the couch and have no ETA in site. I highly regret giving my money to this company

Love the couch! Great set up and delivery. I have a puppy who's had a few accidents on the couch and it's been easy to clean up without staining.

Received no notification that item was delivered so I have no ides how long it sat in the mail room. Never informed that item required assembly; website states many items would be set up upon delivery which is very misleading

I bought a beautiful bedroom set from coleman furniture in 2020 At a reasonable price got it delivered and setup within 4 weeks except for the 2 delivery guys having problems putting my bed together wrong the 1st time things were good.So 2 years later I ordered a black laquer dining room table that costs almost $2000 without the chairs the delivery men couldn't set it up parts were missing and the bottom base was damaged after weeks I got parts delivered to my house and after a few weeks someone came back to assemble some parts were still missing and the guy that came from Nashville was just upset he had to drive so far well he couldn't assemble either and then after 3 more weeks got the rest of the parts but no one to assemble.I called coleman a dozen times with little to no help so I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they credited my account well now coleman got ready to send someone to assemble my table but my base was still damaged they finally agreeded to knock off 300 for the damaged base and another 100 for taking so long so after 4 months I finally got my table assembled! I had got the guardian 5 year warranty and filed a claim recently for some scratches on my tabletop which they denied after reading reviews I found out they also were rip offs so I filed to get a refund the Warranty didn't help if they never approve a claim.I can honestly say I will never buy anything else from coleman furniture or Guardian furniture protection!@! Don't waste your time or money!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
