I absolutely love the living room set I ordered. I am a little sad it didn't arrive as originally promised - it came a week later and the company didn't compensate me for the inconvenience. It was an error on their part because the delivery truck broke down. Otherwise the furniture was reasonably priced and quality and comfort is great!
My bed from Coleman Furniture was delivered a week ago and I love it. It is beautiful and stately. Ordering from Coleman Furniture was quick and easy. The bed was delivered much quicker than I expected. The delivery team was friendly and efficient. They installed the bed right where I asked.
Bed was just as advertised with quick shipment and delivery. The people that delivered the bed were friendly and professional and arrived right on time. Would do this again without hesitation.

I ordered an entertainment center and once I ordered they dropped the price 260.00. Then wanted to charge me 800.00 plus pickup fee to restock. Would not correct the price and were not nice at all. I still question if I really talked to a manger!

This was our second experience and it was as good as the first. Pricing beat everyone else, delivery was perfect. Everything was just as promised and have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend.
My order was cancelled. On your website, I did not find any information that stated you have limited delivery locations. I would of NEVER wasted my time going through the order process if that was written on your site.

We waited patiently ( over 9m) for our furniture. Then the delivery co. Failed to deliver on date and we had to wait over a month (sleeping in living room chair with newborn because we'd broken down and removed old bed) for new date. Coleman was no help.Furniture arrived damaged - almost every piece and some poor craftsmanship on painting details ( gold paint in many places it shouldn't be). Their delivery co. Said they'd report and asked husband who'd just walked in to sign delivery while i was inspecting, photographing and tending to baby. I reported incident to Coleman myself within hours of delivery. Well delivery co. Lied and denied knowing of damages. Yet admitted taIking to me during delivery(about what one wonders if not about damage!) I had timed photos that after much back and forth Coleman finally compensated for damages not as much as it should have been but i was an exhausted mom with newborn and the added stress was unhealthy Flash forward- we add pillow wedge to end of bed and a guard rail as baby has grown and moves when sleeping with us. The bed footboard separates from the side rails! Even the bolts came through the wood! Contacted Coleman for replacement. Manufacturer Warranty was only 90 days ( i figured it would not be covered) but thought Coleman's would help obtain suitable replacement pieces. Coleman's help: find a local furniture doctor. So they think repairing a clearly weak piece of wood will be satisfactory? So much for helpful customer service. My advice- stay local and stay away from this company at all costs! Their customer service was abysmal, and the quality of furniture we received was mediocre and dangerous!

I spent a long time looking for a sectional that was reasonably priced, aesthetically pleasing, and durable. I found this one, and decided it was the one after reading reviews. I haven't tried the pull out bed, but the couch itself is bigger than I expected and comfortable! The value of this sectional is very good in my opinion.
The set looks beautiful! The cover of the gaming table weighs a ton! You need 2 stong persons to remove it and play!the chairs are the most uncomfortable! They have a poor cushion and the arm rests are too low!If you want comfort, save your money and get something else, because if you return it you only get partial refund. I was told that they don't sell comfort!

I ordered a couch in March and expected the 7-8 week delivery. When they called to schedule delivery in the beginning of May I was so excited. The night before delivery I was told that they sent the wrong one, and they did not deliver it. How does it take 7-8 weeks to send the wrong couch? Is there no inspection?
After that I was told a replacement would be expedited. "Expedited" to them meant it would take another 4 weeks to ship. I have to continually ask for updates and they responded today and said it would be another month. They gave absolutely no reasoning and have made no effort to make this right. When I asked they offered me $50 credit or refund. That is nothing when it comes to the purchase of a COUCH. Doesn't even make a dent.
You are better off ordering from any other company, do not get scammed and lied to like I have.

This sectional is just so beautiful and calming. The white is truly white as it should be. The cushions are soft and easy to re-fluff as occasionally needed. I read all the other reviews which helped me make this purchase. Don't hesitate! It looks exactly as pictured! I wake up everyday to this beautiful piece and it brings me so much joy!

I ordered a sofa February 8th of this year. I still have yet to receive it (today is June 1st). And I still have not gotten a definite answer of when we will actually receive it.
I called before I even placed the order and asked how long it would be before we received delivery. I was told 8 wks. I figured that was fine and decided to order it.
I was just told today it wouldn't even ship out to my local delivery company until 06/09. And we were just told a couple of weeks ago that it was supposed to be ready and shipped 05/26.
I wouldn't have had such a problem waiting if they were upfront and honest from the beginning that it would be 4+ months.
Beyond aggravated. I will absolutely never purchase anything here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Despite my negative experience with my sofa customer service does respond very quickly.

The order process was easy. I was able to do it online. Product availability was quick. Was quicker than originally quoted. Delivery process was perfect! Very happy with the whole process! Would highly recommend!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
