Worst delivery time

I bought a sofa on Coleman's website about 1 month ago (I still haven't received it). I received 1 email with the deadline of the 20th of August, and now I received another one from the 25th of August, that is, until when will they change? Do i buy another sofa elsewhere or wait?

LIARS...they changed the date again.

I love the couch, I do wish the overall height of the couch to include the back and arms were four inches higher. But love the size and the 'cloud' ness.

The delivery was a nightmare. They gave me 12 hours notice of delivery. I called to reschedule as I'm in the Army and I cannot take off with such short notice. I was told they couldn't give me more than 12-hours notice but would deliver the following.

The following day, the couch was delivered and left in the lobby of my condominium building. 6 MASSIVE BOXES left for ME to move up 5 flights, unpack assemble, and dispose of. Not sure why I even paid for shipping and handling!

I recommend Coleman Furniture find a different delivery company in the DC, VA and MD area. I would not purchase again as I'd hate to have to deal with mess again.

Worst customer service ever
July 7, 2023

WORST customer service ever! Ordered a sofa and it took literally 7 weeks only for it to arrive damaged and dirty! They only have option for "white glove" which means they deliver and unpack for you. You will not get anything back if it's damaged bc they make you sign off on all this paperwork before they leave. Even when they delivered it with the shrink wrap still in tact! We opted to unpack it ourselves and later found out that it was damaged and dirty. Immediately I sent pictures of before (in shrink wrap) and after (unwrapped and set up) to customer service of the damages and us believing it was a used piece, they refused to help because we signed off saying everything was in good condition. I will NEVER recommend coleman furniture to any of my family or friends and strongly urge them not to purchase though coleman even though it is slightly cheaper. I paid for a brand new piece of furniture, I should get a brand new piece.

Beautiful Furniture

We ordered a dining set and matching buffet table. Not only are the pieces stunning, customer service was impeccable. I had a lot of questions prior to ordering and customer service reps contacted the manufacturer for me to get my Qs answered. We also needed this furniture in a different state, as we were moving to a new home, and customer service helped me coordinate the delivery so it wouldn't arrive to the house before we did.
Once delivered the men set up our dining set for us pretty quickly and it's just beautiful. We've gotten many compliments! We also got the warranty in case of any rips/spills etc and that gave us a lot of peace of mind.

I am actually flabbergasted. In a world where it feels like nothing is done properly the first time… I've been blown away by Coleman Furniture! I was searching for a luxurious and affordable sectional sofa online and just happened upon them. I'm sure you're like me and expect to be disappointed when dealing with a new-to-you merchant via the Internet. That was the ANTITHESIS of my experience with CF! These folks are just spectacular. Their communication and detailed updates were beautifully done, diligently timed and very much appreciated. In fact, CF was careful to "under promise" and my sofa arrived weeks early and in absolutely perfect condition. The fact that they included white glove service with the delivery really separates them from the pack - talk about VALUE! This couch is exactly what I was hoping for. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks and it was about 5 weeks! It's like a cloud couch dupe but the color is even better. It's very comfortable and big. The guys that delivered it were very nice and placed it exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely recommend this couch to a friend.

Initially skeptical but pleasantly surprised

We recently relocated and needed to furnish our entire house as we didn't bring any furniture with us. I did lots of comparison shopping and bought as much as I could locally. I needed a sideboard for my living room but I didn't want just any sideboard. I wanted something unique that would stand out. I found exactly what I was looking for at Coleman. The piece was less expensive than another site and Coleman had great reviews. This was my first experience buying furniture online without first seeing it in person. I read all of the terms and conditions because I was spending a lot of money for something I'd only seen online. After contemplating for weeks, I bit the bullet and made the purchase. It took about 4 weeks to get it, but I LOVE IT. They delivered the piece, set it up, and hauled away all the trash! A couple days after the delivery I noticed an imperfection that I didn't catch when it was delivered. I reached out to Coleman and they remedied the situation within 2 business days. Aside from the wait (which I've come to expect post-COVID), this was a great buying experience both before and after the sale. If you're on the fence, don't be. I'm super impressed with their customer service, the quality of the furniture and the entire buying experience.
