I've ordered night stand online (Order# *******). Item description provided all necessary information to make a decision. Ordering process was smooth. Item arrived directly from manufacture and it was perfectly packaged and no damage. The only downside is that I was not able to see tracking info on Coleman Furniture.

I recently had a delivery of a table and chairs that came on my lunch hour from work. After the delivery team put the table together one of the guys asked me to initial delivery on his phone. They were in and out in 15 mins. I drove back to work. When I came home and was moving the chairs I saw a puncture in the leather. I got in touch with Massimo Logistics who handled the delivery and they told me to contact the seller. When I contacted Coleman they told me it was my fault for signing. That ultimately I signed for good furniture. I didn't read anything. It was a signature on a phone. A line to initial. To begin with Coleman screwed mere because after they took the order the bench came from another party. Now they refuse to make anything right. Be very wary of this company. They are a third party who could not care one iota about the truth. It was within hours I got in touch to say I missed the tear and they put it on me as if I did it. Never buy from them again. Will tell no one to buy from them. Whoever dealt with me PASSED THE BUCK. Terrible customer service on her part!
When putting one of the chairs together, the screw was stripped and the wood split in the back of the chair! I haven't recieved the whoe set yet and am quite disappointed with the wait time.
Ordered a bed frame and nightstand from Coleman. They shipped using Blue Truck, to make a long story short, my items were delayed due to not having enough to ship to Tulsa, followed by needing to reschedule because a truck broke down, and then they lost my order. Two days were spent looking for it on the third day. I received an email stating that they would be doing a dock search, this would take another 3- 5 business days. If my order was located they would tentatively be able to have it shipped out in 8 days, not arrived but shipped out. If they are not able to find my order a new order would be placed with the manufacturer. They offered direct shipping from the manufacturer however I would have to assemble it myself. I then asked to cancel my order and was informed that I would be charged the cancellation fee of $171.00 How nice of them? Although I am not at fault I am supposed to get hit with a fee. Made the choice to eat the cancellation fee, and I will not do business with them again.
I love it, but 2 months was a very long time to wait for it. My patience was at an end by the time it arrived. Also, when ordering it i was not given the option of white glove delivery (an additional $200 by the way).
I wish I had checked with BBB before purchase. There are 548 Complaints in the last 3 years. I spent my hard earned money on one of their sectionals with a chaise on each end and it is horrible! They have offered me $85! The photos are how the furniture appeared after delivery. I spent almost $2700 for this crap! STAY AWAY! They would receive 0 stars if available!
I was hesitant to purchase a couch fully online without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person. However, the reviews were remarkable with plenty of in-home pictures showing off how beautiful and well made their items are. I bit the bullet and do not regret it. Coleman was extremely communicative about shipping delays and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Delivery was about 2 weeks earlier than anticipated and was very quick. My only complaint is that I was told "white glove delivery" was included in my purchase. However there were no gloves worn by the 2 delivery men and they actually left several greasy marks on the couch which I noticed upon their departure and documented with photographs. Luckily I was able to clean those spots easily but it was frustrating. Bottom line- we all love our new couch and have already shared the link to purchase with a couple friends looking! Ordered furniture from them, although the furniture is of good quality, it service and support does not exist after the sale, took over 3 months to receive the furniture. I will never...never...do business with them again!

My order number is *******. Placing the order was easy. The couch arrived in less than 4 weeks. The delivery people were friendly and did a good job. The couch arrived as expected and undamaged. Happy with my experience.
Quality furniture! Only unsatisfaction was with the shipping company changing delivery days after confirming, no showing up on delivery day because verbally "they forgot your couch at the main office" after I took the day off to accept the delivery. Not calling before they arrived on the 3rd delivery day after scheduled delivery timeframe. That said, it was delivered within the same week as originally scheduled. Upon delivery, the gentlemen was very kind and attentive. The product is very nice especially for the price paid.
The white glove service was excellent. One of the bookshelves arrived with the frame damaged (a large chunk was out). The White Gloves pointed it out, documented it, and provided a marker to cover it up. When we unloaded the shelves, we were disappointed to discover that one of the shelves had a badly-damaged corner that had been "repaired" with light beige epoxy-like material, then carefully concealed among the stacked and bolted-down shelves. While I disappointed to discover that some of the construction was stapled (for these prices, I expected sturdier fasteners), the overall look is pleasing.
Coleman was so easy to work with. We'd shopped the retail stores and then discovered them online. They had the very best price of all AND provided exceptional white glove delivery service at no additional charge. We prefer phone contact and they answered our questions completely and took our order over the phone. They continued to keep in contact with updates on delivery. Delivery was very fast and on time, with constant updates - so appreciated. We purchased an Ashley double power recliner which is serving us well. I would go back to Coleman in the future for any additional purchases. Totally satisfied with their company.
This couch is amazing and the delivery went well! I wasn't home but it was easy for one person to move the boxes into my house from the patio. I had to move them when I got home. Also it is the most comfortable couch I have ever had. The fabric is soft and very durable! *******

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
