Quick and easy purchase! The furniture was exactly as described and then some! It was a much higher quality than you often get when purchasing furniture online. And the white glove delivery was awesome! The furniture was delivered and set up without me having to do a thing. So much better than ordering furniture only to have a very heavy package delivered with the furniture still needing to be assembled.

We were told by the delivery people that we would be contacted by a Coleman technician to repair an issue with one of the shelves. He took pictures of the issue. No one has ever followed up but I also have not called customer service. Which I will do.
Ordering the couch was a very smooth and easy process. After I placed the order, I had to make a change to the order. Customer service was very prompt in replying back to me and changed my order without any issues. The couch arrived sooner than expected! I appreciate the delivery service giving me constant updates and keeping me posted on the delivery. Looks more beautiful in person

This couch was very reasonably priced and easy to order. Customer service was fast at responding to my questions and delivery was a breeze!
The delivery process was top notch. The couch itself is my favorite piece of furniture in my house. I get so many compliments. It's easy to wash and remove stains.
I do have pets, so I bought the warranty.

My order took about a month but delivery was so smooth and it's exactly what we wanted.
Coleman had the best price and strong reviews. That is why I chose them. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never even had to contact them about anything because they were very proactive. The couch also came sooner than expected which was nice. The delivery company was very easy to work with and courteous as well. I highly recommend purchasing from Coleman.

A little disappointed in the size of the pockets on side. Things I wanted to put there - don't fit. Only complaint.
Delivery company would only deliver on Fridays and wouldn't adjust the time by 2 hours. Took about a month to arrive at the delivery company and then took another couple weeks before delivery could be made when someone was home. I won't use Coleman Furniture ever again.

Took awhile be the customer service was responsive and the delivery team did a terrific job!
I was initially cautious but excited to find the table/chairs I had looked for a long time. Easy to purchase but then silence. Finally got an email that the order was accepted. In fact, I bought the dining table & chairs b/c it said it was IN STOCK. Then the wait began. I finally got in touch with Cust Service who informed me that regardless of it being in stock it would take 6-8 weeks to receive! So I waited yet longer. Two months or so later it was stated it had arrived to the local warehouse. Then waited another two weeks but Cust Service then tells me that the table was damaged and a new one needed to be sent out. Then suddenly a week later I am contacted to tell me that everything was being delivered. Shipping and logistics was a real mess and I am not convinced that Cust Serv really knew what was going on.

I ordered a bar chair to match others that I had purchased previously a couple of years ago. The manufacturer had changed the leather (more of a matte finish), but it was otherwise the same. Coleman followed up with the manufacturer and it was determined that the original finish was no longer being made. I chose to keep the chair because it is still close in appearance but appreciated the follow-up to determine if there were alternatives.
Well, the furniture is excellent… The support the follow up the communication along the journey was lackluster.
My order was exactly as described, was 50% less expensive than competitors and arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected! A great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Coleman to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
