The chair is not what I expected. On the website, the cushion appears neat and fluffy. This chair's fur is messy and raggedy looking.
The bed came in the day it was supposed to and the 2 men put it together and even went to my garage and put the box springs and mattress on the frame. Great job
I ordered my couch and I was regularly provided with updates on when my order would arrive. It is incredibly hard for me to buy online because I have had very bad experiences but I would absolutely buy again from Coleman. 100% very pleased with the service and so in love with my couch.

Coleman called when our bedframe was ready for delivery and I selected a delivery date/time through a link which was very convenient being able to see options. I later had to call to change the date and the rep was very accommodating. Delivery crew texted day before and called morning of. Assembled the bed for us and left instructions. I purchased mattresses though Ashley furniture which was a 30 day disaster (including 2 deliveries with missing & mislabeled/wrong items) so pairing that experience next to Coleman, they were far superior with communication, accuracy and service. The Ritz-Carlton of furniture stores. 100% recommend.
The order took a little longer than expected, but the delivery company made sure to get it to us before Thanksgiving. I was very please. The couches themselves are very comfortable.

The company delivering the furniture was very nice and attentive to the safety of the items delivered. After unwrapping the furniture pieces they helped me look over the furniture for any deffects. They took pictures of the defects and documented them. They told me someone from their company would be calling me with more information. They offered me $100 to take the furniture as is. I was not ready to accept that offer. Since that time, we have been scheduling for the technician to come out and see about repairs needing to be done. That hasn't happened yet? We are awaiting another call as to when we can schedule their visit. I have also found more damage that was not previously found. On one of the table leafs, there was bad scrapping on one of the corners when I unwrapped it from its packaging. I have not discussed this with them as of yet. I was going to show it to their technician when he came to look at the other damages. I am getting concerned as we have not been able to use the buffet and china cabinet yet. In order for any fixes to be done, I believe the buffet will have to be turned upside down to do one of the repairs needed. What ever you can do to mitigate these issues, we would appreciate. I probably should not have accepted the furniture as is but that's on me.

I purchased several dining chairs from Coleman (I had made purchases prior to this buy), however, the quality of the furniture was extremely disappointing. It arrived in boxes from stating the furniture was made in Bangladesh and the arms of the chairs were lower than most dining chairs. One (of two) was damaged - which wasn't hard to understand as the furniture was poor quality. When I expressed my displeasure in the furniture's quality, Coleman Customer Service stated I could return the furniture at my own expense which made the ability to return financially unfeasible. Will never order from Coleman's again and do not recommend their furniture as the quality is substandard and Customer Service is a disappointment when needed.

It appears that our team got in touch with the manufacturer, who agreed to provide replacements for the damaged chairs. We bought a couple batteries for our couch and love seat for the recliner chairs. One battery works great, but the other battery only lasted 2-3 days and they won't replace it. This is their reply...
We reached out to the manufacturer and they advised that the issue is not a manufacturer's defect, hence the claim has been denied.
Given that the items that your recliners has USB ports the power packs still uses its energy hence the 2-3 days use is normal.

We weren't even using the USB ports and yet the other battery does work. Not great customer service and they blame the manufacturer even though the battery has Coleman's name on it on their website.

Purchased a entertainment unit -- the "White glove" delivery team came, set up and left real fast before we could find the damage. When finding it we called but coleman would do nothing, even throuygh the damage we visable in the photos taken by the delivery staff too.
Good prices, easy to find what you want. Delivery was very fast and a great deal.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
