I was a little nervous about buying a couch online that I had not seen (or sat on) in person but all the furniture places near me did not have what I wanted. My couch came out beautiful and identical to the pictures online.
Product is good, but why it took 4-5 weeks to receive my table is beyond me.

I saw the couch in person at Ashley furniture, but then found it on Coleman for $1000's less. The purchase was smooth and easy and actually came way before customer service had initially estimated! (A big plus for me!)
FYI, make sure the path to carry the furniture is big enough, otherwise you'll be charged a cancelation fee of 15%! I finally persuaded them to try.and VIOLA! BUT I had to hire another company with less restrictions who moved the remaining larger parts of the sectional from the garage to the inside of the house within 15 mins.
In the end - the movers raved about how nice my couch was, and I am extremely satisfied myself. It's just like the one I sat on at Ashley and it makes me happy! My dream couch for "less"!
My order was confirmed and an estimated date sent for delivery. Everything was right on time.
On of my items arrived damaged and it was replaced in a timely manner.

This thing is gorgeous and also huge! It's perfect for our basement and is also really comfortable. I may kick myself for getting a white couch but it looks like the pillow covers all come off and it should be pretty easy to wash. Super happy with our purchase.

This was my first shopping experience with Coleman with 2 orders. They kept me informed during the shipping process and delivery and installation was good. There was a door that had gluing issues. Reached customer support to resolve the issue. They were really good in responding with options, shipping replacement part and keeping me informed. The customer service experienced was beyond my expectation. Would recommend Coleman with this experience.

It was hard to find some details for installation of my desk system. Customer service was able to provide me with instruction manuals so I could review it for my needs. When my items were delivered there were a few issues and their team responds promptly to correct the issue.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
