When the couch was delivered, it was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. Shipment and delivery is very slow, but I think that's across-the-board with any company you would go with…. In the end, Service was wonderful and I love the desk and bookcase I received.
It took about 2 months for me to receive my couch. When requested to return, the return fees were almost the same cost as the couch.
Ordering was easy, but the delivery timeframe was long. Just because it ships on a certain date, it still takes 3-4 weeks to receive. Once received, the drivers did a great job setting the desk up. Also, the desk had several scratches on it from the move, but never received a response from Coleman. Wanted to find out what they recommended (stain finish color or whatever) to repaid the scratches.

I was a little nervous about purchasing the table that I did. The price was great but there weren't many pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the table looked even better in person.
The delivery guys did a great job getting it set up too.
Great Experience, furniture came when it was suppose to and easy assembly
Delivery took a couple weeks longer than we hoped and the delivery truck was overbooked so our delivery which was originally scheduled between 1-5 pm didn't occur until 11 pm that night. Crew was very kind and apologetic.
We love the sectional, its soft warm and cozy and very comfortable and roomy.
Delivered early which I was happy about. They delivery men k ew exactly what they were doing which made me pleased. I was asked where did I want the furniture and it was placed where I wanted it. My needs were met
It was very frustrating. The delivery service was extremely deceptive. They knew my item was damaged and had me stand in a spot away from the damage and took the proof of delivery from the same side. I had to call Coleman more than once to file a claim and was presumed guilty until I explained I had time stamped photos. Ugh. I read online that the repairs for this were not good, but I was pleasantly surprised by the veteran that was able to fix my broken table. For all the money I paid this was not a fun experience.

Customer service was very prompt returning emails when I inquired on the status of my order.
I was very pleased with my choice of finish for the table because it matched perfectly with my existing hutch and chairs. The table is exactly what I was wanting. I needed more seating than my round table allowed.

The couch we ordered is great. The photos, especially of the swatches, were accurate. Service was good and customer service helpful. The only thing is that the folks who delivered the couch forgot to install the stabilizing legs, but we were able to do it ourselves.
Received couch in the time promised. They set it up quickly. Great experience overall. I've had it now for about 3 weeks. Very comfy, so far so good

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
