Beautiful and comfortable patio furniture. Received email next day with information on my order. Delivery team called with delivery times, and one damaged item that would not be delivered and replacement on its way. All went smoothly, as I was nervous about online buying and unseen items, but was a pleasant experience. I did make a call to Coleman's to check on the re-ordered chair situation.
Perfect sectional for our media room. Everyone compliments the look, feel, and size. I was a little nervous because the fabric texture appears different than anything we have ever bought but the color still makes it appear neutral. My 6ft 200lbs husband fell asleep on it watching football the first day. Fells like an amazing snuggle blanket. We love it!
I got excellent service from start to finish. They had good prices and when it came to delivery, the delivery company was easy to work with.
Great from start to finish. Was notified through every step of the process regarding purchase and delivery. The cherry on top was having the furniture installed by professionals which was a great addition to the overall experience. The quality of the furniture is nice and I have zero complaints. Would and will be buying from Coleman again.

Have been waiting on my entertainment center for over a month. I finally got a delivery date - 10/19 - only to get a call the day before saying the delivery was canceled because they spotted "minor issues" with it during inspection. They didn't tell me what the issues are, nor did they give me a new delivery date. I have never in my life waited this long for a piece of furniture. Do NOT order from here.
The white sleigh bed is absolutely beautiful. Could mot believe how I could purchase a high end bed for the price. Coleman was very attentive to my needs, with feedback and delivery. Good value and good company v

All good- The first delivery individual was dishonest with your staff when he advised that using the second elevator in our building would take 30 minutes. The number 1 elevator was not operating so we advised to use the 2nd elevator. We spoke with the "company" staff on the phone and they advised that the delivery individual had been advised that the 2nd elevator was approved to use. He then turned right around and told us that the company had advised him not to use the 2nd elevator. He then left without any further attempt to deliver the entertainment center. That ended up costing us the additional delivery fee. The second delivery individuals were great.
Yes love my furniture. Took quite awhile to get it,but worth it. To me every step of the way means going to let you know every step. I had to ask several times status. Pretty much only complaint. Delivery and set up good.

Easy and efficient and sales persons over the phone were great too! They answered all my questions. I was very nervous about the delivery of such a large piece of furniture but it went very smoothly. I didn't have the budget for customized built-ins and this worked perfectly.

Found exactly what I was looking for, and bought it
Coleman doesn't allow you to leave bad reviews. Unfortunately you only see positive. Within a month of having my couch, it was so dirty and stained from dust and then my jeans. This is a $3000 couch. It shouldn't be staining. My hair also stained the couch! It's hard to clean. They offer a warranty and the warranty basically pays for nothing.
The couch was a bad investment and I've had it for just a year. I called Coleman and they did nothing to help me either. The couch itself isn't bad. I should have chosen another color. But be very careful buying anything from them. Also I referred my cousin to them and she purchased some bedroom sets. They didn't deliver the entire set but wanted her to sign for it saying they would deliver the rest later. She just refused to accept the order. I won't recommend this site to anyone else!

I have used Coleman furniture several times, and have always been pleased. This time, however, I guess I was surprised that the barstools did not come pre-assembled. One of the appeals for Coleman furniture was free assembly. I'm not sure if things changed after the pandemic or what the situation is now.

While many of our pieces include free setup, your barstools were eligible for free delivery but not setup. In the future, you can locate this information on the right-hand side of our product pages for all our furniture pieces. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is not transparent at all. They initially informed us that we would have to arrange for our own freight company to pick up a 300lb couch if we wanted to return it. On top of that, they insisted on charging a 15% restocking fee. They even claimed that we had agreed to these terms during our purchase, but later backtracked and said that their return policy is just a "general" policy and does not apply to our specific case.
When we pointed out that it is illegal to not have a clear and transparent return policy, they suddenly offered to find a company to pick up the couch, but at our own expense, of course. It simply wasn't worth losing 20% of our money. We decided that we would be better off selling the couch ourselves.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that we had to wait over 8 weeks for this couch, only to find out that the color was much more yellow in person than it appeared online. Additionally, the lack of support on the arms caused the fabric to dent and ripple, making it look cheap and poorly made.
I felt compelled to share this review so that others can be aware of the risks involved in purchasing from this company. Proceed with caution and make sure you are well-informed before making a decision.

Regarding the return fees, we typically have fees associated with returns, and we apologize if this was not made clear to you during the ordering process. We appreciate you sharing your experience so that we can make the policy more clear in the future.
Service representative was snarky in responses. Attempted to change an order before step 3 of the delivery process. There are 5 steps to the delivery process from order placed to delivery. Can only edit an order at step 1 of process. Otherwise, you will be paying to cancel the order. They will NOT work with you after that regardless of site malfunction during the order. I suggest customers double check the order email as soon as an order is placed to make sure what you paid for is being shipped. Or just go with another supplier.

Delivery was great. Three men brought the 275 pound dual recliner up a flight of stairs and set it up exactly were we wanted it. Very professional delivery team. The recliners are great.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
