I love the couch I ordered! The delivery people were earlier then the appointment time block and they left but they were able to be reached and came back to deliver!
I ordered a recliner for my nursery and received it on the expected delivery date. I didn't actually open the box until weeks later when were ready to set up our nursery.
Upon opening and putting together the recliner we noticed the underside of the recliner has broken off pieces of wood and looks like the fabric was stapled back to the wood unevenly. As much as I paid for this recliner, it's truly unfortunate to see this is how it was delivered.
Delivery was quick and precise. I'm very please with this gray modular sofa. It's comfortable and my family loves it.
I was able to find two pieces that were exactly what I was looking for and at a cheaper price than other furniture stores! Check out was easy, scheduling deliveries was easy, and delivery was seamless. Will definitely check out Coleman Furniture for future furniture needs!
I love the color of this bed - the oyster coloring is subtle and I love the design on the headboard. Also very happy with the bed delivery and the communication with the delivery crew.
I had an issue with one of the pieces of furniture and the company was not willing to try and fix it or send a replacement drawer
I was very hesitant to buy furniture online sight-unseen. I have never done that before. But the furniture stores in my area are limited, and many people suggested I check out online vendors.Coleman had a set that was very similar to one made by Kincaid. I've had Kincaid furniture before and I know it's high quality, but it was very expensive and the Brewgan set seemed to have the same overall look and built- in plugs on the night tables, which is great. So I bought it.
As I mentioned in a previous review, the dimensions written on your website for both the king and queen beds were incorrect! The first person I spoke with told me that it was the size with the storage drawers at the footboard open. I didn't think that was correct. The second time I called, I asked specifically about the Queen bed dimensions not being correct, and they told me that the dimensions listed must be for a king size bed. I didn't think that is correct either, so the person transferred me to the sales department and I spoke with someone who said they would research it and get back to me in an email within 24 hours. That did not happen. Finally, I called again and spoke with Maxine Martine, who actually looked it up on the Ashley website ( the set's manufacturer) and read to me the correct dimensions, then sent me two emails with quotes for king and queen packages with the correct dimensions, as I had asked her to do. I got them within minutes. She was very helpful. Also, I spoke with May to ask her about cancellation policies, and she was also very helpful. I almost did not go with Coleman to order my furniture-- if it had not been for Maxine and May, I would not have ordered from Coleman! Kudos to these employees!
The delivery process was very smooth! The delivery personnel kept to the window I was given and called or texted when they were close to my house. They were efficient and neat and cleaned up all the packaging.
I'm very happy with the set. I had been worried that the "distressed white" color would not look nice, as I have seen others in showrooms that look more fake, but this one looks really good! And with the dresser and 2 night tables, I have plenty of drawer space for my needs! The coordinating taupe/gray accents really make this set special!

The couch is very big and comfortable but I am noticing that it might get flat pretty quickly, but we will see.

Sofa came right on time. Excellent delivery team. It is still off gassing a bit but hopefully that will dissipate soon. Supremely comfortable sectional.

The original order was delayed since one component arrived broken. Had to reschedule delivery. Once the item was finally delivered and assembled, we discovered it was missing an entire package of parts. Still waiting on those to be delivered so we can finish assembly. Would not recommend.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
