Coleman has a good selection of pieces, ordering was user friendly, the piece came in a timely manner.

The original order was delayed since one component arrived broken. Had to reschedule delivery. Once the item was finally delivered and assembled, we discovered it was missing an entire package of parts. Still waiting on those to be delivered so we can finish assembly. Would not recommend.

Our wall of bookshelves was missing a light switch. I contacted you, and you rectified the situation. Thank you.

Received the couch on time and it's is beautiful! Service was great and I would definitely buy again from Coleman.

Only downside is you have to special order the corner piece if you do not get it in your initial order. If you do get it with your initial set, you get it for 300 less. If you don't it will cost more. Not ideal.

Professional and timely delivery of sectional couch

The purchase was excellent. The price was good. The amount of time it took to arrive would get a 1 star rating. It took an entire month and had I known it, I probably would NOT have ordered from here.

It took me a year of researching and what seemed like an endless search for comfort and quality without an out of this world price tag. Extremely nervous about making an online purchase without having the ability to sit on a couch and truly evaluate its comfort level, I took a chance and ordered the Cali and I am so glad that I did! This is hands down, THE BEST couch for the money. It's so comfy and it will elevate the aesthetic of any room! I'm now convinced I will never buy any other. My ONLY complaint and it's not really a complaint, rather an observation, is that the new couch came with a funky smell that I've been trying to eliminate with some smell good spray. I'm hoping this will dissipate soon. Other than that, the couch is perfect and their customer service is outstanding, very quick to respond to inquiries. (Also, when the product says it will ship in 2-4 weeks, expect that to mean closer to 10 weeks. The 2-4 weeks only means that the product will leave one location to be sent to another, before being sent to your home).

I researched all over the internet for a quality couch for a great price. I came across Coleman Furniture's website and found this couch. Honestly, I was a little nervous making such a big purchase without seeing or sitting on it. It is one of the BEST purchases I've made. From the ease of the ordering to the communication from the company through the whole process has been amazing. The delivery was seamless, even being in the middle of January when it's cold and snow on the ground. I would highly recommend not only the couch but buying from this company. The couch itself is so comfortable. It's modular so each piece can be moved. It's heavy enough to stay in place but light enough to move around. We purchased the chaise lounge, end, corner, armless chair, and ottoman. The pieces are so deep and big. I feel like I'm laying in a bed. Definitely don't hesitate if you are considering purchasing this! Well worth it!

Amazing variety of entertainment center wall units. Found a very classy one. Website easy to navigate. Lots to see...Fantastic that they not only deliver but assemble and install. It takes some time to get but it's more than worth it. Quality is over the top... Bought a beautiful white entertainment center for about half the price of Wayfair. And a lot less than the other furniture websites. So pleased. Shopping for more pieces to add to my new livingroom.
