I have a switch that was not working upon delivery but the customer service team has been very helpful so far.

I custom ordered my couch from this website because I wanted the couch of my dreams for me new small home. The couch was around $1700 for an all reclining 3- seater (one being a chase lounge) with console and upon the delivery I loved it. After about a week I noticed it was kind of thrown together, a couple tacks poking out that are supposed to be holding the fabric to the frame. I leaned on the console and something under the fabric popped sounding like something may have broke. Definitely not worth the money that I paid for a custom build.

Placed my order November 11 and was delivered December 18. I was notified every step of the way where my order was. Delivery people were great! As for the couch, it fits perfectly in my weird-shaped living room. The fabric is soft with the cushions still being a bit firm (I've only had it 2 weeks now). Overall my experience has been great!

I Purchased a media center made of solid wood
and received free shipping and set up. The company that came to do set up were careful with the product, installed it very quickly and provide me with instructions. The men were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings. Overall the product is of excellent quality and has added so much character to my living space. I would definitely recommend Coleman Funiture products to anyone looking for solid wood furniture.

I really like this couch nice been looking for a sectional for a long time and was considering lots of way more expensive couches. I ended up choosing this couch because it was so much more affordable and looks great in my living room. I've only had it a month so I can't say anything about its durability or having to do anything with the warranty, but so far we love it! It's huge and we can all cuddle up and be very comfortable for a movie night. I hope this couch lasts a very long time, but if it doesn't, it was so affordable that I don't think I would mind buying another couch in five years.

Shipment came much quicker than expected! Delivery and set up was quick and professional.

My experience with the company was amazing, the table is absolutely beautiful the only issue I have is that crumbs get stuck in the very small cracks and with 4 little little ones at home that happens often.

I ordered a kitchen island and two stools. It took a few weeks for the order to arrive. I received a text to contact the delivery service and schedule a delivery date and time, which I did. Delivery was prompt, efficient, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Coleman had a great price on a modular couch that fit well in our basement. They were able to get it delivered in a timely manner. They had good communication along the way. The furniture was moved in and set up by the delivery team.

The bedroom set is beautiful and had additional touches/features that we didn't expect. Delivery was simple and high quality. They were consciences of our home walls and low stair ceiling. Set up and cleaned all materials. We are so happy and in love with our bedroom!

The couch I bought is a family favorite and very comfortable. The site doesn't provide enough specifics with shipping and a lot of the communication had to be done via email to get a more specific timeline. Customer service was prompt and polite. The delivery company drop my furniture off in an awkward location and exposed to the box to bring rained on after telling me it wasn't delivered.

The guys showed up before time, they were professional. They put the furniture together in no time and they was careful bringing the furniture in.
