Received timely messages and phone calls from Coleman and their delivery service. Very organized and my sofa arrived earlier than expected (a good thing!).
Delivery was great, the couch came in about 2 months from when I ordered it. Very comfortable. I love the deep/large seats, that's exactly what I was looking for. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that we are noticing feathers coming out, but we can't find any obvious tears and we've only had this for a little over a week.
Styrofoam blocks of packing were wedged tightly inside the cabinet on both sides and were very difficult to remove. I had to tear them apart to get them out then made a huge mess of styrofoam crumbs everywhere. The dining room set otherwise exceeded my expectations of quality. It's super nice!
Absolutely loved the product, delivery was smooth. Item was in perfect condition. The only thing is I feel like it should not have taken as long as it did to arrive. I admit it did say that it could take several weeks. Communication was good. They did reply to me when I asked where my product was. Unfortunately there was no way to actually track it. So they would just tell me that it was in route and that they had no tracking ability. In this day and age I feel like there should be some sort of tracking especially for such a big purchase. Even if it's just telling me what city it's at and the expected arrival date. I felt like I kept being told "we don't know, but it will eventually arrive and someone will contact you when it does". Other than that, it was a great delivery experience. To be honest, I would not order from them again just because I do not want to wait four or five weeks for a piece of furniture. In hindsight, I should've paid the $200 higher price tag to receive the same product and white glove delivery service from another company who could've gotten it to me in 2 to 3 days.
Everything went smoothly. Would recommend buying from here. Loved my bar and stools as well.

The experience was as good as it can be with online shopping. There is nothing better than being able to see and touch furniture when buying but we had this same piece before and knew exactly what to expect.
This company was great to deal with. Any questions I had, they were quick to respond. The loveseat I bought was top notch.
I was surprised the pieces had gold on them because it is hard to see that on the phone when I ordered them. But I love them and the quality is terrific. Thank you!
Dining table with 8 chairs arrived almost a month after they were ordered. At the time of ordering I had no clue that the item was going to take that long to arrive.
Once the item was assembled, all but 1 chair was wobbly so had to ask the delivery folks to fix them all. The remaining one chair has a damage, so requested for a replacement.
I was a long wait. Took over a month n a half for me to get the product.
This couch is everything I imagined it to be. Definitely save your money and screw the leg pieces on yourself. Seemless delivery and setup. I've gotten poked by a feather once or twice but nothing too concerning. Just pushed it back in.
The cabinet came when it was supposed to, the delivery men did a great job setting it up in our house, and the cabinet is beautiful. Very satisfied for ordering with this company.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
