I ordered this couch because my brother has the same one and it was so comfy I had to get my own! So far, so good. Great experience with shipping. I contacted the carrier on my own to upgrade delivery to White Glove since Coleman offered threshold on their website. Extremely easy setup and again I love this couch.
The table top has some seems which makes it not as nice as a wooden farm table.
Placed my order about a month before I moved to a new state. Customer service was super helpful in placing my order and making sure it would not ship until I fully moved in. It came about a week into me moving to my new home and it was all set up, all trash taken out, and is beautiful! The couch was a bit stiff to start, but had gotten comfortable with more use!
The installers were fantastic and it arrived quicker than expected.

Coleman Furniture had a fantastic deal on an Ashley sectional couch that my wife and I were looking at in retail locations by Ashley and other furniture providers. Coleman had the best price and best add-ons, like free delivery and assembly, so it was an easy choice. We had to push our deliver date due to a trip overseas and their customer support team seamlessly handled our request. The 3rd party that handled delivery also did a great job. We will be shopping here again!
We knew this was the couch we wanted but put it off for years. It's amazing though! Only regret is we didn't get it sooner. If you're on the fence, just get it! Way better price than the other store than sells it. Great delivery experience. My wife is hot natured and it's not too hot. Highly recommend!

I I saw a dining room set from Ashley but it was out stock. So I searched the internet to learn where else I could find it. I found it with Coleman. It was also cheaper! It shipped across the country so it took while to arrive but the whole process of delivery was wonderful!

The delivery was on time and once the delivery team arrived at the house it was a very quick setup. Only thing is I missed that one piece (dresser) was defective. The unit itself was built with a sliding door not level. There is a noticeable gap when the sliding door is closed that can't level with the opening. I sent pictures and a video of the issue but was told I need to fix on my own but will be reimbursed. Unfortunately I haven't found a company able to fix, as the two that saw the issue said I would be better off with a new piece.
Coleman had many different types of reclining sofas to choose from and everything from ordering to delivery was easy and customer-friendly.
I took pictures of my $1600 damaged cabinet. I told the delivery person and he said contact the store. I sent the photos, customer service response was, I was supposed to call while the delivery men were in my house. Basically their answer is "too bad".

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
