We love the furniture we purchased from Coleman, however, the delivery service was less than desirable. The two young men who delivered the furniture did not seem to possess any common sense or the ability to determine right from wrong. We ordered a 6-pc. Sectional so there was lots of packing materials to be disposed of, including a lot of foam pieces. Instead of bringing a trash bag into the house to dispose of the packing materials they decided to carry as much as they could through the front door. This decision led to them opening up the front door on our brand new house with their feet, leaving dirt marks on the door and peeling off some of the paint. It also left tiny foam pieces everywhere as they pushed pieces larger than the door frame out the door, so that it broke into more pieces and left bits everywhere.

Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
The entire process from online ordering, to adding warranty, to customer service answering questions, to having input on delivery date due to a remodel, and the delivery was truly "white glove" they actually wore white gloves! Took off their shoes, put everything together perfectly, even fluffed all the pillows and cushions and took all the packaging back with them. Perfect! From A to Z
The delivery time frame listed next to our product indicated less than two weeks at time of purchase, when that was not accurate at all. It took six weeks to receive our items.

Coleman did a great job of bringing in furniture. The dresser is beautiful and cost less than most of the dressers I priced. The drawers could be stronger but they work.
I had high expectations and the hype is all lies
There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them.
But who is being punished me. The customer.
I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers!
I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE!
How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability?
Nope!
I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
