The pieces of furniture is nice and seem to be well made. We were notified prior to delivery that a piece had failed inspection and would ship at a later date. At this time we have not received. Also we did not notice until pieces were put together and shippers were gone that the back of the credenza top was damaged.

I had a decent experience dealing with COLEMAN's except for the delivery portion of the order. They forgot one of my chairs and took a week to return with it. Other than that, everything looks good so far.

Got my couch it did take a month but I love it. It's huge they don't tell you it's waaaay bigger than the pics. It's so big I couldn't fit all of it in my house had to take a piece out. Very nice couch. Nothing like those boneless couches Amazon and wayfair are selling.

Coleman has already surpassed our expectations with our previous purchase of a bedroom suite, and now again their white glove delivery service has made our Thanksgiving! The Rawcliffe sectional and ottoman are stunning, high quality pieces. Incredible firmness, yet soft enough to feel luxurious. Enormous sectional and the ottoman is also huge! Love this purchase and we love Coleman furniture!

Shopping was good
Prior to arrival i was told white glove service.
When they arrived they planned on leaving it at loading dock at my condo.
Had to call just to get it brought up to my unit/ with no setup. Thats the negative.
On a positive note. Setup was easy so thanks.
