I searched many places for the specific table that I wanted and finally found it at Coleman. Ordering was easy. I was kept informed on the progress on my order. When the table arrived, it was carefully unwrapped and set up. All packing materials were promptly removed. The only problem was delivery. It showed up 7 hours after when it was promised (9pm)

We ordered an expensive bedroom set from Coleman Furniture because their website stated "delivery in 3–4 weeks," which suited our timeline. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a 5-month ordeal. The first delivery (after about a month) arrived with a badly damaged dresser and missing hardware to assemble the bed. We declined to accept the broken pieces, and the entire set was taken back. When I contacted Coleman Furniture to cancel the order, I was told that by clicking "purchase," I had agreed to their terms and conditions, which allow extended resolution times and offer no compensation for delays. They also said canceling would result in a 15-20% fee, even though the furniture had never been successfully delivered. Another two months passed (three months total), and a second delivery attempt was made — again without hardware and with more broken bed parts. The damaged pieces were taken back, and the rest of the furniture was left unassembled in our bedroom for two more months. During this time, we had to purchase another bedroom set (which we hadn't planned to buy) just to accommodate our relatives who were visiting during the holidays. Finally, five months after the original purchase, Coleman attempted a third delivery. Hardware was shipped separately, and although we paid for white glove delivery, we were expected to assemble the bed ourselves. Eventually, the bed rails were replaced and the bed was put together — but the entire process was exhausting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. The delays caused both financial strain and unnecessary stress. I recommend reading Coleman Furniture's terms carefully before ordering — and being prepared for long delays and limited support if anything goes wrong.
Everything from order processing to customer service was well handled by all parties involved. Would not hesitate to use Coleman Furniture in the future and recommend to friends and family, or anyone looking for furniture at a good price. Was quoted 30 days to delivery and item delivered in about 2 weeks. Good job.

Despite our furniture not being delivered the first time because it was discovered they were damaged in transit. Coleman expedited a new set and they were received in two weeks. They were very attentive to everything.

My first delivery was coming earlier than promised, so I had to reschedule. I was unexpectedly charged a $200 fee. Then my second delivery came 30 minutes early while I wasn't home. Overall difficult experience.

Thank you for your feedback! The original delivery was scheduled for the morning of March 21, but the delivery team reported that no one was home at the time of arrival. Typically, a $200 redelivery fee is charged by the delivery company for a second attempt. However, as a valued customer, Coleman Furniture covered half of this cost to help offset the inconvenience.

Beautiful furniture and easy to order
Couch is beautiful and very comfortable. I washed the covers and it wasn't too hard to put back on. There is an area on the side of the couch that has some kinda stain or spot which is why I gave 4 stars. The delivery service was great. I did have to wait awhile before my couch was delivered, maybe like a month. But they came and set it up with no problem

Coleman delivered our ordered furniture in about 10 days. Unfortunately, there was a small tear on the love seat portion of our sectional. They called dispatch immediately, and we were told they would have to take this piece back to their warehouse to fix. This was the only disappointing part of our experience because it took an additional 4 weeks to receive the missing part of our couch back. However, they were very professional overall and definitely worked to make sure we were satisfied. We love our couch and wouldn't hesitate to order from Coleman again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
