Probably my favorite way to shop furniture on the internet. Incredible service and a lot of choices. I never had any problems with shipping, and staff there seems to go the extra mile.
I had the same experience as Kristin S. When I ordered on line and then called them within 2 business days to cancel (although their office was closed due to a snow storm according to their phone message). I was also informed a 25% restocking fee even though the furniture is coming from a delivery company out of North Carolina who delivers to NY every 2-3 weeks. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my table I found a large crack in the base after being in my home for exactly 34 days. Coleman furniture asked me to complete a warranty sheet and send pictures which I did that day. After 2 weeks I received an email response which was partially completed. I called to inquire that I did not understand and was told I would receive a call back. Later that day I received another email stating the information was wrong and I would hear back. The following day I received an email stating that the manufacturer believes this can be repaired and is giving me $100 to do that. It is up to me to find a technician to come to my home to fix this piece. Then they will reimburse me once I provide a receipt. I have concerns about that too after this experience. What technician is going to drive out to fix a foreign piece of furniture for $100? The piece that cracked is the base leg and it is my feeling that this is a structural item. Since Coleman Furniture makes a big deal about their costs include assembly and had I ordered on line from another company it was up to me to assembl, I thought they would try to work with the manufacturer to get this one part replaced. I called customer service again today at Coleman Furniture by now a little irate because I have yet to speak to an actual person in customer service. It is now 6:45 pm and I am stewing because the person I was "routed to because Customer service was busy" said she would pass my message to Edwina. I would like a replacement part for this leg but the manufacturer feels it can be repaired and will not supply a replAcement part. Since Coleman Furniture sold me this piece (and yes I know they do not make it but rather Coaster Home Furniture does) I feel they should make good on this request. As I said I have had this table for 34 day. Clearly neither Coleman Furniture nor Coaster furniture care and make no effort to make things right or care that someone will never do business with them Again. I am passing my experience along. From the other reviews it seems that as long as there is not an issue aside from a long wait all is OK. Heaven Forbid something goes wrong.
I really wanted a leather sofa instead of my cheapy vinyl "imitation leather" one. There is no comparing the two as leather just feels so much better. I really like the new damicio one I got.
Our shopping experience was simple and inexpensive. We were able to get the dimensions off the listing and they were accurate.
I already knew which bedroom set I wanted because I founded it on the store. A quick google search yielded me some results showing that online I was going to get it way cheaper than in site. After narrowing down my options it became apparent I was going to go with coleman, both because of the free installation, as well as the fact that they had the best footprint online.
After seemingly endless searching my wife finally settled on a bed. The problem was the local store said they wouldn't be able to get it for another 2 months. We searched online and we were told by Coleman they think they can get it to us within a month. True to their word they came though.
Leather furniture is worth the extra cost. Firstly it is much better looking in my opinion. I also find it more comfortable. It cleans easier as well. Knowing I only wanted leather, I was able to narrow down the selection of sofas down to something workable. I like doing this so I won't be tempted to go over budget being that I won't view anything that is over it. Knowing I had the free shipping make it easier because I knew that the price I saw would be final.
After an exhaustive search online for the best bang for my buck I gave Colemans a try. I am pleased to say that my comforter set arrived, as ordered in about 3 weeks - I saved a signifacnt amount of money and will purchase from them again!

Don't buy- read real yelp reviews first, I wish I did
First of all, it took a month to get it shipped and after it arrived to the shipping company- moderate restrictions for delivery. They are very strict and do not coordinate with you. Future delivery doesn't matter which week- they only deliver certain day. Called colemans " we did our job - we delivered to trucking company" cancel it 25% restocking... No one to talk to, no one to help you, acted like the furniture is crap- we don't want it back, pay us 250. & then we will take it back. Unbelievable. I wish I read year reviews first. Initially, I was ordering from another company, but they had bad reviews. Coleman's page looked good" yeah right" please be a smart consumer- do not give them business. No authority to talk to, customer service is terrible.
Great helpful staff assisted with the ordering process. They walked me through the process and explained with I needed. The delivery came on schedule. Great buying experience. I would do it again.

D553-ROOM - this is what we purchased. In our local store it was $300.00 more - for the exact same items. Delivery time quote was the same in both places.
I had an issue with my ipad and wasn't sure if my order was completed. Called and spoke to Carolyne ( I think this was her name) and she confirmed it. Quick service - and looking forward to delivery - I hope really soon.

Best prices around. Always great deals and fast shipping. Salesperson sound like they have experience in furniture, which is not the way I found other places to be, most places the sales people sound like they are just reading off the screen. I wanted to be comfortable spending $3000 online - and ColemanFurniture gave me this comfort level I needed. They didn't charge anything extra to bring it to the second floor.
Coleman Furniture is the place I love to shop. Purchased a set of lamps, as well as wall clock. Already have my couch chosen - and as soon as I can afford it - I will be ordering.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
