The salesman was a real gentleman and called me back right away after researching my questions. Although I saw a cheaper price on another site and ordered, they later called me to tell me there would be a $125 fuel surcharge as I'm outside their normal delivery zone. I was very unimpressed and cancelled on the spot. Called back coleman and asked them if there will be any other fees or gimmicks and they said there would not. I ordered and they didn't charge any surcharges as promised. My lesson is, don't always believe the prices you see. I prefer a company that will be all inclusive and not try to nickel and dime you later (similar to how spirit airlines tends to do). The coleman rep did ell me this practice is common and warned me to be aware and I didn't listen to him. Overall about a week and now I have to wait a week longer for my stuff.
Just got our media center and the guys are in middle of putting it together. It's been about 30mins but they are staying as long as it takes. It's not something most people would have an easy time setting up and I can't overstate how valuable delivery and free assembly service is. This is absolutely a game changer in the furniture industry.
I ordered a bed and a dresser. I did need to call the company to get the cheaper set price as the website didn't offer me it being that I wasn't taking the nightstand, but they were able to accommodate me over the phone. So my end result is a good one.
I really was dreading shopping for a new sofa being that I hate having to haul the new one in. They are big and heavy and I hate asking favors of neighbors to help me get in. I finally found coleman who said their delivery guys would do that for me. It's a no bargainer for me. All future furniture purchases will only be bought being that most dreadful part of getting new furniture has just been removed from the entire process.
I wanted an outdoor table that was not like those wicker type ones you see everywhere. For one I didn't want the glass top they all seem to carry, being that I find they always will look dirty being that they are outside after all. In the end I found a nice option with a rugged stone stack look and we are thrilled. We didn't need something mobile and really wanted it near the pool so we can eat there right off the grill. If you want a mobile lightweight table that is not it. Being that the delivery guys were able to set it up, I wasn't worried about the weight. I am glad I found something I like.
The oversized swivel chair is perfect for our living room being that we can have it either face of the TV, or you can just have it swivel around and face the window which has a nice view of our street. It swivels really easily and smoothly and wouldn't have thought about how handy of a feature it is, had I not spotted a similar one over at my neighbour's place.
The sleeper sofa does what I need it to do. It was inexpensive and I finally have an option to host a guest in my small apartment.
In order to expand our modest office, we needed to order 2 marching cubicles. These we purchased online and the delivery was free of charge. That was handy as it was probably a few hundred pounds in total and I'm sure if I would have been paying it would have come out as a big surcharge.
What an upgrade it is to have these barstolls for our small bar in Soho. It has a very trendy handles attached to the back that give it the perfect unique look you need around here. It helps add in to the decor of the place.
Delivery team called a few hours before they would come deliver as they promised they would. They had a bit of difficulty getting the truck backed into the driveway. Once they did however the rest of the delivery went smoothly.
What a lovely living room set! The antique look is actually very in style these days and we love it.
My wife's grandmother gave us a beautiful set of china. The problem is we had no where to display it. We found a nice little curio with built in touch lighting you can activate from the hinge which I think is cool. More importantly it looks good and we know have the space needed to keep the set.
I wasn't enthused with our ancient bed with their odd peaked headboards that look like they fell out of a castle ruin. I guess that was in style when we bought in the mid 80's. Either way our new replacement is refreshing and sleek. It adds alot of youth to our otherwise somewhat dated home.
We have a lovely view of our park located just across the street. I wanted to get a nice chaise to sit on while enjoying the view from our home. I am enjoying it so far.

I didn't want not do I even like those modern plushy types of sofas. I like the antique with woodwork styled pieces. Found one that I like in ashley and went online and bought it for cheap.

While shopping for a new curio, I knew it would have to be narrow. Then I found out about corner curio units It saved me space in my tiny dining room and yet still displays a fair amount of items.
The desk is sturdy, spacious, durable and very much sleek. I used a dual screen setup and it looks great on my new desk. Impressions matter and I think I have a winner. However, I am having trouble finding a matching chair...
Our new sofa is larger then it looks in the picture (note to self, check dimensions next time), but I don't mind as we have a large living room. It is a very good value for the price.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
