I really like this new sofa. The smell of new leather... ahhhh. Anywhere to buy some sprat that make that smell last forever? I'd pay for that...
I upgraded my current desk with he hutch and the matching file cabinet as well as 2 bookshelves (law office, need space for the books). The biggest plus was that they mounted the hutch for me without me having to pay a dime extra for this service. They quickly put together the rest of the furniture as well and went on their way. Start to finish it took about a half hour.
I finished paying the living room set I had on layaway after about 6 weeks. Coleman didn't delay in sending it and I was put in touch with the delivery company who delivered it about 2 weeks later. I was told this is a pretty standard time frame.
Sofa and chair took a while to come but they are comfortable and we did save a lot by ordering it online instead of at the shop. We were fine to use our old ones for another few weeks to save a few hundred bucks.
We ordered a sectional with photos & diagram labeled as RAF sectional in their website. Waited for 6 weeks for order to arrive. When we finally got the order, it was the wrong configuration and its missing 2 nail heads accent. The delivery people were so in a rush that I can get to inspect my furniture. We contacted Coleman Furniture right away and told them the problem. They insist that we got the correct configuration but changed the photos in their website with the correct ones after we communicated with them. We want to return the furniture but they want us to pay for restocking fee & shipping fee. After we filed a complaint with BBB, they said they will waive the restocking fee but we have to pay for shipping fee. It's been over a month & we still have not return the furniture because they will not issue us a return authorization # unless we pay for shipping fee. Why would I pay for something that is not our fault? They have a return policy but if its a mistake in their part, they should cover all the cost & refund us in full. The customer service is so poor. Doesn't respond to email right away, it takes couple of days or weeks. When we call, they will say they will call us back but never got a call back.
We ordered the RAF sectional as labeled in their website but they delivered the LAF. We sent the photos to Coleman & still deny it & says that we received the right configuration.
We purchased our safe online having seen it for more expensive in the local security store already. True to their word, despite the heavy weight shipping was truly free.
We purchased furniture from Coleman after finding that the pieces we were looking for were not carried by our local furniture stores.
We placed our order online at the beginning of April. Customer service in the beginning was fine. I received an initial call from someone at Coleman acknowledging my order and the person informed me that I would receive frequent updates from them regarding my order. After that initial call, I did not hear anything else, unless I called them!
I called Coleman Furniture sometime in late April and was told that I should expect my furniture by mid-May. Mid-May, no furniture, no updates. I called and they told me my furniture was on back order until end of June. After expressing my frustration with the long wait, ultimately, I decided to not cancel my order and just wait a few more weeks. Finally, my order was scheduled for delivery 6/16, but, that's not the end of the story.
When my furniture (power-recliners) was delivered, they did not have the electrical base needed to operate my recliners! The driver and I called Coleman Furniture to let them know and I was told that they would send me the power unit right away and email me with confirmation of the shipment.
I received a call from someone at Coleman that same day and they left me a message needing to "verify shipping address". I called the rep back several times last week and left messages to return my call, but, no response. Why would you need to verify my shipping address when you should have all of my information?! Didn't you just send me some furniture?!
So, now I'm still waiting on my power unit... It's been almost 3 months now since I placed my order online. WORST online shopping experience I've had in a while and I'm surprised this company hasn't gone out of business yet.
They have some bogus customer satisfaction rating on their website indicating a 4.9/5 customer satisfaction rating! WHAT A JOKE! If you read most of the other Coleman Furniture reviews on Yelp and other sites, you'll see what I mean.
I wanted a modern styled bed and found a few options The rep helped direct me to certain features that he said were worth the extra cost and we found a model together. I'm very happy I went with it as the cheaper one I originally wanted is actually cheapy particle board.
Our sectional is now here and I'm sitting on it now. We ordered a power recliner chair to go next to it but we opted for the regular sectional. We only had one wall plug in the living room and it's a pity I couldn't work the sectional on that side of the room because the power function is awesome.
Ordered over the phone - and paid secure;y with paypal (and chose bill me later). Items were easy to find - and staff were friendly. Good experience!
I've been a long time coleman customer. They have always shipped quickly and been here to answer questions. Be afraid of the fly by night outfits on ebay or amazon, I've purchased furniture from a couple of them and when I had problems there was no one to answer questions or take care of the issue. Coleman answers their phones and emails - every time.
Sofa and loveseat came. We like it and are gonna order the matching recliner as well as soon as we can afford it.
Chair cam in the time frame promised. Quality is fine for my needs.
I was confused as to how the Maier sectional was able to have a L shape without a wedge. Thankfully the website showed me clear pictures of the separate pieces so I could understand what I was buying and therefore measure the doorways properly.
The sales rep was helpful and actually gave us information the store had been incorrect with. The store had said the upholstered be we wanted could not work with the storage but the sales rep here said it would work. We were nervous but ordered anyhow and when it showed up everything worked just fine as promised.
Delivery team came a bit later than they promised but aside from that all is fine. Furniture is well uilt and the price was fairly inexpensive.
The desk has a nice keyboard drawer that handily flips up to act as a regular drawer if you so wish. Delivery guys set it up as promised. Overall a good experience. Only down side was it took the delivery guys about a half hour to figure out how to properly get the desk up the steps.
I called because I wanted only certain parts of a sectional and configured differently than was available on the website. I was sent a quote that had the items I wanted and I was able able to use that to checkout. Very helpful and handy.
The desk arrived and it looks to be in perfect condition as promised. I have not seen anything wrong in it.
We received out furniture yesterday. As they say, alls well that end well. I can now confirm alls well.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
