My husband and I were a bit nervous ordering from Coleman furniture after reading the reviews, and how many negative reviews there were. We even tried to find the sectional we wanted through other furniture stores with no luck. After lots of discussion we decided to order from Coleman and hope for the best. (Which made us nervous buying an expensive leather sectional...)
We custom ordered the sectional adding additional pieces to make it larger and "u" shaped in our living room. The next day my husband talked to customer service through their online chat support. We found that our furniture was not in stock and they were going to have to order it in, and that it could take up to 4-6 weeks before they received it, inspected it, and shipped it to us. We were ok with that - especially since we knew up front.
Only about 3 weeks later we got an email from Coleman saying they had received our sectional and that it was on the way to us. We were very excited to get it earlier than expected. When it was delivered to my house I made sure to inspect every piece as it was getting installed. (I had read a lot of complaints from people receiving damaged furniture) The furniture was beautiful. I checked the leather for scratches and found none, and the legs of the couch we perfect as well. The people who did the delivery and set up were very polite and helpful. I am 100% happy with our order and experience with Coleman Furniture!
Our new tov dining chairs were functional, beautiful and unique. I was happy that the sales gal suggested it to me.
Our barstools were peeling so we knwe it was time to change them up. We have a retro built in bar and needed something similar to fit the style. I found that there were very few options on the market. Once I found one I liked I was googling to find more information on it and was surprised to find it much cheaper

As our children were older now we decided our new dining set could be counter height as the higher stools wouldn't pose a danger. I really like it! I find it so much more contemporary and have been the receiving end of many a compliment.
I wasn't thrilled at first with the idea of having to wait a few weeks to get the products ordered but the fact that it was cheapest here did win out. End of the day I was willing to wait longer to save some green.

The rubbed finish on this desk is slick. Not exactly the matte finish I had in mind but it still looks and feels good. Overll happy and this was somewhat expected as I ordered online.

The walworth series recliner is as good in reality as it stated on many reviews online. Looks and feels great and leather is supple. Our delivery service was free of charge but I did leave a tip for the delivery guys as they were pleasure to deal with.
The office chair has lumbar support but I don't live the cushioning feed. Overall I gave a good review as the transaction portion was great.

Honestly, if you decide to order from this place after all of the bad reviews, well... you are doing so at your own risk. I have two experiences with this company, both bad. First, I ordered a chair which I received damaged. It was a white linen wing chair and had a huge rip in it when it was delivered. I had the delivery guys take it right back and then notified Coleman's. It seemed like it would be handled correctly. It wasn't. It took weeks to get a refund, like 16 weeks! That was with me constantly calling after the first month. Then they kept a 15% restock fee, which I had to dispute. About a year later, I was trying to find a leather chair that was sold out everywhere... except Coleman's. So I decided to call them and talk to them about my last experience and see what they could do. They assured me everything had been handled improperly, but it would not happen again. Well, it did. About 2 weeks after I ordered the chair, I was informed it was no longer available. The chair was expensive, almost 2k. Coleman's offered to substitute a blue denim chair for the leather one. Well, of course I turned it down and asked for a refund. After about a month, still no refund. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank. Do yourself a big favor, look elsewhere.
I love how easy it was to order.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
