Every part of our experience with Coleman Furniture was perfect. It was easy to view and select the furniture that we wanted on the website, The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The delivery was exactly as arranged and the white glove service at delivery was excellent.
The furniture arrived in perfect condition and we saved hundreds of dollars over the price of the very same piece in the local Ashley store.
Simple, straightforward ordering process
Coleman representatives were outstanding. The furniture is of excellent quality and design. The only issue was with the delivery company, Diverse Logistics. Their representative was only able to communicate on the least basic level. The furniture arrived a couple of weeks late, but this would not have been an issue if Diverse Logistics had communicated with me in a clearer manner. Even so, Coleman intervened and resolved all issues.
Good although need to navigate through the other "offers" before you can check out
Your website was easy to navigate and very clear on what was included. The chat was a real human who answered all my questions leading to my purchase. The White Glove Delivery was amazing and the product turned out far better than I hoped for. I just love my new living room set!
Coleman website states 3-4 day shipping on the cabinet I ordered. It took 6 weeks and then arrived very damaged. It took over a week to get the approval to have another one shipped and now 1.5 months since my original order, I received the replacement and it is also damaged.
I mostly chose this sectional because it was blue. Whenever I had questions regarding ordering & delivery times, Coleman's was ready with answers & helped me to make an informed decision when purchasing.
When I purchased the furniture from the Coleman web site they clearly stated delivery might take 6 to 8 weeks and it did.
The white glove service was also as described. All furniture was unpacked and assembled in less than an hour thank you to your courteous and very helpful delivery team at CBC.

Great search option and order was easy to make
Everything was great but I have one issue. The material (fake leather?) on the chairs has a very strong chemical odor. I had to put them in the garage after a couple hours of being in my home. The smell is overpowering and I am hoping that with time that will dissipate so I can use them with the table. I really should have reached out to you but I didn't think it would go on this long.
Good information on the product and easy to process
Communication was on point from the time I placed my order to delivery. The guys were professional and did a great job assembling my couch! No complains.
Service and delivery were both extremely well done. The product, however, was somewhat disappointing. Fabric on the chairs looks and is listed as light gray. They chairs I received are definitely beige. I love the table and server so I kept the set, but will not be buying any more furniture through the internet.
Delivery drivers brought it up to the third floor, unpacked, set up, and threw the trash away. Also they were conscious of taking their shoes off. Experience with buying and scheduling was a different story. Not great customer service and rescheduled me two times before the final one.
My order was received quickly and the ottomans were exactly as pictured/described. Very happy and highly recommend this site!
It is difficult to deal with ordering furniture, sight unseen and not consider innocent mistakes or dissatisfaction with quality. You are stuck unless much more money is spent to return items. Delivery of the correct item was unbelievable. Getting phone calls and texts that vary in date made it difficult to plan.
I was very skeptical, ordering online, not knowing this company, but I took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. I received the furniture I wanted and the timeframe that was quoted. The only issue is one day notice of delivery, however, I just had to pick another date.
We will be buying from Coleman again in the future. We worked closely with Christine and she was wonderful. Post-sale we worked with a few other members either in customer service or sales, but she stood out. Very personable approach to a remote sell, which is difficult to land and stick. We liked Christine so much that we will be asking for her personally on our next purchase. Coleman's buying experience was smooth and easy.
While my furniture showed no outward damage when delivered, i noticed after the delivery people left that the broke the spanner and the drawer rail. (should have opened all the drawers i suppose. Customer service refused to send a replacement unit, gave me a shady option of calling my own furniture repair tech and submitting the bill to them. Do no recommend
Online order great, customer support great. You order though seems like they have everything, but they don't. So can take months to get. I had to follow up on delays. No follow up email on delay. Delivery communication was great as was delivery and set up. I bought the warranty but that warranty company sounds HORRIBLE if you ever need itl
The original server was damaged when it revived at the warehouse from the factory. I felt the damage was too great to be repaired and requested new replacement server. Coleman did a good job of keeping me in the loop until the replacement server arrived.
I ordered the sectional giving myself time before the warm weather. The couch came within 2 weeks, way before the estimated time. It's covered in snow now but it looks beautiful and we can't wait to use it!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
