I really like my table and chairs. It is just the right size and is very pretty. The delivery was when promised. The only complaint I have is the set went on sale before it was delivered but Coleman wouldn't give me the sale price.

Very much disappointment with customer care team, the company need to keep into their words to their customers to avoid unnecessary confusion and delays

The order, shipping, and delivery process is easy and Coleman is so communicative. The delivery team is always very conscientious and the furniture quality is amazing. I've furnished three houses via Coleman and have never had anything less than a stellar experience.

Coleman had the moss green leather recliner we were searching for. The delivery went well and we are very happy with our new recliner.

The "white glove" delivery service was very good, on-time and efficient.

Delivery company decided to show up a day early with a 30 minute heads up and no one was home so they rescheduled for another 3 week wait and tried to charge me a re delivery fee!

It is large furniture, so the delivery did take a while, but everything matched ETAs provided and white glove delivery was good!

Wasn't too thrilled that a wait time was 4-6 weeks for furniture, but I suppose it comes with the territory. Was extremely dissatisfied with the "white glove" delivery process; I was told it would be delivered on a Friday, was given no choice, and it couldn't be changed unless I wanted to wait another month (and whoever I spoke to couldn't even guarantee they would be on this route again) so I wasn't able to reschedule my delivery. A day prior to delivery, I was told it would be pushed back a day, and I was given a 3-6pm time slot. I hasn't received a text like I was supposed to throughout that time frame, and the TWO phone numbers I was told to call for questions or concerns both went to an automated message stating they were closed. I wasn't able to speak to anyone. The delivery team did not show up until 8:00, and I was given a 15 minute warning. They then sat in front of the wrong apartment for about 45 minutes before I called them to see what was going on that they weren't there still. Overall a very disappointing and stressful experience.

We ordered a chest of drawers online from Coleman. It was shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition and we could not find a better price anywhere else! We will be ordering from them again for any of our other furniture needs.

I've had this couch for about a month, and unfortunately, the spot where I usually sit with my dog has already started to sink noticeably. Many of the reviews mentioned that the couch is firm and built to last, but based on my experience so far, I'm not confident in its long-term durability. For the price, I expected much better support and longevity. That said, it is a beautiful couch and feels great overall — very comfortable in most areas. Just disappointing how quickly it's wearing down, especially since I'm not a heavy person.
