I started my order from Nov 26, I made an offer and I received a counter offer on the 27th. We miss the deadline to avoid the new state tax that was in effect on Dec 1 for the state of Maryland.
I discuss with Jill who was helping me on the online offer, to talk to her manager on the price, since missing the deadline was not my fault. It was from the delay communication from Coleman. She said we are sorry, that there was a delay in communication. She then offers to give me 50 dollars compensation and on top of that add their 5-year warranty on my sale.

This is a bad company and they do not care about their customer. Because I did not find it clear on their website that I was ordering only a table and not the set when it was finally delivered I only had the table. So I asked if they would send the chairs and I would pay the difference for the set, they said they can't - but they chose not too because it costs more. The first gal I spoke with was very rude so I asked to speak with her manager. She said the manager would call back within the hour. The next day I had to send an email asking for a call because I still have not received the call from the manager. Then at least an hour later the manager called and would not do anything... just said she would return the item for a $250. Charge for shipping and a 15% restocking charge. She would not give the price difference for the set if I ordered the chairs. She just wanted to talk and not listen. I had to say her name 4 times to get her to stop to listen. Then I asked to talk to her manager and she said that is the owner and he won't talk with any customers. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY! You can get the same furniture from other companies online and they are cheaper. I then ordered the chairs from another company who had the courtesy to call and ask me if I had made an error because I ordered only chairs and not the table. You will also notice there is not availability to leave a review on facebook or their website.

Website amazing. Easy navigation and selection process
I tried to order the bench that comes with this set for $135 but it keeps removing it from my cart at checkout. They need to remove items that are no longer available.

I placed the order for my sofa set September 3rd. The email I received said most orders are delivered in 2-4 weeks, so I figured I would have it way before the holidays.
Two weeks after placing my order, on Sept. 17th, I received an email stating it would be 8-9 weeks before my furniture would be delivered. Unbelievable. If I had known it would take that long I would never have ordered from this company.
It is Nov. 26th now and I have not received a thing. I called and they sent me a number to contact the third party delivery company. Call the delivery company and it turns out they have had my sofa since the 7th of November. I never received a call or anything about it.
The delivery company still doesn't expect to deliver until next week, so it will have been 13 weeks since I placed my order. Hopefully. If it ever arrives. I will never order from this company again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to wait months for it to arrive.

Your address verification did not accept my card - the card that I have literally used 1000's of times on other websites in the past few years. This cost me 1.5% in cash-back-rebate = $18. I am NOT happy about that!
If I could give them a zero star rating I would! When we ordered our hall server buffet piece during the checkout process it stated an ETA of 2 weeks. Other suppliers stated 10-days, but we went with Coleman for their pricing and reputation. Unfortunately 2 weeks went by no communication. After almost 3 weeks we get a notification that its with our local delivery partner. Then we wait another few days for a call from them. They are in Chino and we are in San Diego. They said the soonest they can deliver would be another 20 days from contact. So now my ETA of 2 weeks went to 40 days or almost 6 weeks. Spoke with Connie, account manager, and there was nothing they could do about the shipper that they subcontract, regardless what their website stated. I had explained we needed this piece to finish off our décor for TG party we had upcoming. That is why we purchased it on 10/17 to allow plenty of time past the 2 weeks in case of delay. So even with this misinformation, they still want to charge me a restocking fee of 15% to cover their shipping. If you can't honor an ETA, don't publish it on the order form prior to checkout and completion of the sale. Next time I will just go to Overstock.com or another online retailer that operates their business truthfully (may cost a bit more) and honors their customer relationships. I will pass this on to the CC company to handle. Save your $$$ and time and google your piece and search for another retailer.
I purchased our bedroom, living room, dining, and patio set for MORE than half of what the local store quoted us. The experience was great, the furniture was beautiful. And the customer service team is responsive and on top of any actions needed after the fact. The delivery service of white glove did amazing, fast and efficient. I recommend this purchase experience to all.
What a night mare! Don't ever deal with this company! Terrible. Experience. Worst. Costumer service! We Try to cancel order. They still charge the credit company for the full amount for something we never receive 2.100.00 $ for something you don't have Now try to talk to a person, so they can make the REFUND to the Credit company. We have no purchase from them
I ordered white bedroom set for my daughter's bedroom and it was delivered in YELLOW & DARK beige color. We paid $1433 for this JUNK that they shipped to us. I tried to call them and waited for an hour and no-one pick up the phone. I have call many times already. This is a VERY BAD company. I chat with them and the people on chat keep refer me to their phone, but no-one answer the phone. After only a few seconds of chat, the chat person then quickly flash up that chat isn't available anymore... they have done that twice to me for both times I tried to talk to them. DON'T buy anything from this website, I got duped buying from them. The bedroom set they delivered to me isn't looking close to the pictures I saw on their website, totally 2 different bedroom set. And the WORST IS I CAN'T EVEN TALK TO THEM, they won't answer my call or chat...
Would not let me make m purchase using paypal...Unacceptable.
We ordered a Buffet with Hutch from Coleman furniture and found a scratch on the glass from some shart knife(utility I guess), we reached out to them the second day of delivery and they declined to repair glasses when we noticed during cleaning, we ordered full furniture from them but were disappointed by there response for damage (after 10+ calls they refunded little amount to get new furniture repaired by someone)
I will not recommend buying from them

1. Late shipping, almost 2 months for the first order
2. No support if item arrive damaged ( recommend to inspect for 20 minutes + in detail and clean glasses to see the scratch on them in front of the delivery truck)
Ordered from this company. They are internet based and I do not believe they are located in the USA. The delivery dates online when I ordered were not based in reality, subsequent emails kept moving delivery dates all over the place and eventually the 2 huge packages, which were supposed to have white glove delivery service were just left on my porch with no warning. I wasn't ready for them yet (remodel) so had to leave in my living room for a couple of weeks. When I finally opened them, one of the items was damaged. Coleman only allows 5 days to report an item damaged, which is definitely not in line with competitors. They finally offered $50 off a $450 item which is damaged on the front where clearly visible due to packaging being terrible. I would not order from this place again. Go with a more reliable furniture shipper with better customer service like Wayfair.
Don't make the same mistake I made. I bought a dining room set with chairs and a china cabinet from Coleman. Pieces of the furniture were delivered damaged and weeks later, I'm still trying to get pieces that aren't damaged. Their customer service is horrible as I have made call after call about the set. The brand new table I have looks like someone put white out in all the crevasse's. I will NEVER EVER BUY another item from them again. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
I ordered a leather sofa & love seat that I saw at Ashley on line in August 21 and I got a call from them stating the furniture was out of stock and manufacturer will not be making any tell late Sept or early Oct on Aug 24 so I told them to cancel the order. They took the money out of my account and then returned it so I thought that the ordered was cancelled. So I get a e-mail stating that the furniture was on it's way. On Oct 1 I get a phone call from the delivery person stating he had the furniture on his truck and was here in Springfield to deliver it. I told the driver that order was cancelled and I had already purchase furniture some where else. Which I had called the office when I got their email but they were closed for a Jewish holiday. Then they took the money out of my account again. I feel it was their fault and I should not have to pay for the restocking fee with them not calling me back after 3 days to say that merchandise is out of stock. Especially they say you have 24 hrs to cancel. I am still waiting over dispute.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
