In a local store for January 60% off sale. Living room set was $9,998.00. Reclining couch, love seat and recliner. All electric reclining seats. Sale price from store, $3,998.00 plus tax and delivery. Same living room suite from Coleman on sale was $2,398.00. No delivery cost, no tax. Men came and set everything up today, three weeks total to get the order. Customer service called ahead of delivery and after delivery.
The Chat option answered all my questions and influenced me to make my purchase here instead of Wayfair or Walmart

Like other reviewers here, I am totally disappointed with Coleman Furniture. Expect extreme long delays in delivery and ridiculous customer service experience. This was my first order (and still trying to clean up the mess) and will be the last. Just wanted to warn others. Do NOT bother doing business with this company.
The reason I ordered from Coleman (my first order from the company) is somewhat lower price and the promise of reasonably fast ( 2 to 4 weeks) white glove delivery. In practice, things are very different. This is week 11, and I am still waiting. Customer service can't provide a delivery ETA and won't cancel the order and provide refund (unless you pay 15% restocking fee). I ended up disputing the transaction with my credit card.
Ordered a desk 11-7, was promised it would be delivered by Xmas easily. Called 12-27 and was told it was getting ready to ship from manufacturer, on the same call I asked to cancel order, then was told it had already shipped from the manufacturer so I needed to pay the restocking charge.
Don't care for Customer Service Reps that lie to you.
Don't know if I ever would have gotten the desk, but I doubt I'll ever do business with them again.
We ordered an entertainment unit November 12 and were told four weeks... received December 26. Customer service said it was supposed to be picked up but was not for over a week. No compensation offered. Then in December, they blamed Christmas when it should have been delivered by mid-December. Find a company with better service all the way around. We sure will!
PLEASE I am warning you, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a bed from them and it's been over 2 months and I have not received the merchandise. Now, they have told me that it has been damaged AGAIN, so it will take another month. It's NO trying to please the customer or offer anything for such an inconvenience. I've asked to cancel the purchase but I has told that they will change me a Cancellation fee: $115.80... I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. This should not be acceptable! I am warning you
We ordered this and it was to be delivered in 3 weeks. 3 weeks turned into 6 turned into 8. We tried to cancel this order when we learned that it was going to take longer than 3 weeks and are still trying to cancel this order and get a refund. Their support seems to be located in India and they are trained to read a script, even if that script has no relation to the problem you have and are describing. It's incredibly ignorant and shows the company's priorities are not customers or their experience. Save yourself the frustration and find a local place to buy furniture. You'll get much better service.
I purchased a kitchen table, 6 chairs, and a server on 06/05/2017 from Coleman Furniture and received it on 08/15/2017. Not even a couple months later I noticed that the side of the server warped, both the doors on the server starting bowing, and the paint was coming off the top of the kitchen table. These are in my formal dining area are so are barley used. All of the pieces of furniture I received had "guarantee tags" on them, which I thought they would honor, but was I wrong! I had been looking several months for an all black dining room set which was hard to find. So I was excited to find this set I bought from Coleman Furniture. It was more than I budgeted to spend, I am a single mom on a budget, but liked it so much I decided to save a few more months so I could afford it. I contacted Coleman Furniture in November of 2017 to make them aware of the poor quality of the materials the dining set was made of and that I was unsatisfied because of the cost of it. (Cheap furniture I have bought for a few hundred dollars from IKEA has lasted longer than this dining set has) The customer service I received was horrendous! I was hung up on, it took me several phone calls to be able to speak to anyone, and it is obvious they respond to their customers with templates when communicating through email. When I asked to speak to a manager they stated they do not have managers there and that they are all their own bosses. After going back and forth with them for several months I filed a complaint with the BBB on 04/16/2018. In May 2018, they agreed to send me replacement parts at no charge to me and I accepted their response. I never heard back from anyone at Coleman Furniture so I called their office in September to get an update and was hung up on. I re-opened my claim with the BBB and they again stated they would send me replacement parts. When I asked for a time frame since they did not honor their first agreement through the BBB process, they never responded which led to the BBB closing the claim due to no response from the business. If you are looking to buy furniture that is great or even good quality and want to buy from a company who values their customers do not buy anything from Coleman Furniture!

We ordered a very high end dining set (table and chairs) from Coleman in early November. It was expected that the table would take some time to be delivered. November 30th was expected date. That got changed to December 11th. By mid-December, the local delivery company still had not received the table. Long story short: we were told after multiple phone calls and different stories, that the table was "lost" somewhere during shipment (at the hub or wherever). After going up Coleman's chain-of-command and dealing with a Lori Crawn in upper-management, we were abruptly emailed saying they were re-funding us for the table as they would be "unable to fulfill" the order! The table is currently (at the time of this review) still being offered for sale on Coleman's website. Perhaps they didn't want to ship another one to us at the reduced sale price ($1727 marked down from $2424)? Perhaps they didn't want to incur the cost of shipping another table from Art Furniture from California (found out the North Carolina center was waiting on more of these tables to come in; only in stock in California). Pretty $#*!ty thing to do to a customer to cancel the order at sale price when the table is still being offered at full price on their site! We ended up ordering the table from a different company at same price and will be disputing the remaining charges from Coleman for selling us an incomplete dining set!

I purchased a dining set on 12/2/18 and the purchase amount was pending in my bank account ever since. On 12/13/18 I looked at my account and Coleman's charged me the exact same amount AGAIN. I contacted them all day long even showing them my transaction history from my bank. One person said that it is NORMAL for them to do this and the additional charge would fall off that day- which it didn't. Another person said that it will probably take 5-15 days for the additional charge to "fall off." The majority of people I dealt with insisted that they only show that they have charged me one time so there's nothing they can do- even though I shared the proof with them. So now I have paid $4271. 44 for a dining set that I don't even have yet and my receipt and all beginning emails verify the cost was $2135. 72. Since the refuse to help me in any way, I now have to wait for my bank to dispute the additional charge which could take months since Coleman's isn't complying at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wanted to give them a chance even though I had read many many bad reviews, but what they are doing to me is far worse than any of the complaints I have read.
I received a couch (the Stonenesse Sectional) 4 days ago from this company. The movers were very polite but did take much longer than explained to assemble this very simple couch. At the end of this service, which I had to stay up most of the day to receive, I had to work 12 hour shifts every night until this morning which is when I had time to see it and admire the new couch. It was then that I noticed a 4 inch rip in one corner and multiple small stains across the couch as well as the seat backs wiggling loose and bending backwards despite the fact that this is not a recliner (I should clarify, I do not have children and the only other human interaction it has had is my husband, who sat in it once). This is not my issue, I get that problems occur, especially with couches that are mass produced and cheaply made like this one is (which I was aware of when purchasing a $800 couch). My problem is with two things; how the movers failed to document these VERY obvious damages that could not be missed by two people who took almost 2 hours to assemble this click-into-place couch (unless they were caused by said people) when I was clearly struggling to even stay awake long enough to show them out the door (I feel taken advantage of, which I'm sure you all know how crappy that feels) as well as how I was treated when approaching the company about a return on this defective couch. I was handled poorly and without compassion or respect by the manager, Lori or Gloria (She was not able to clearly state her name after dealing with a very distraught customer and refused to give her full name after being asked repeatedly) and was told that there was no option to return, that I would have to keep the defective couch or pay for a warranty to get a new one but that there would be no returns either way. After being asked to send me to someone higher up to talk to, I was refused saying that there was no one else to speak with about it and that my option was clear. After being dealt with so rudely, I wanted nothing to do with this company so any thoughts of exchanging it went right out the window. I will not be shopping with this company again due to their lack of morality of staff, accountability towards their damaged products, and their abominable customer service. So far, I'm out $1000 dollars after delivery fees and taxes on a broken couch sold through an irresponsible company. This couch is available from other dealers with more integrity (like overstock) for a small amount more than from here and believe me, it's worth it.

Very bad. Furniture took 2 weeks to ship, then arrived damaged, now company won't accept it back and instead wants me to wait 2 more weeks for replacement parts to ship and expects me to disassemble the product and replace the damaged parts myself!

I made a order from this company on November 3 with a statement from them that I would have the order in 2 weeks,
Before Thanksgiving. I was sent a email saying that my furniture would be deliver December 3,2018.
On this date I called company and was told it is in the same status it was in 2 weeks ago. They could not provide a delivery date.
I told them to cancel the order, I was them threaten with a Restocking fee on a order that was never delivered. I paid with through a
Company Affirm that they use for financing. I have not made any payments to this company yet, because I had no payments due. I advise Affirm,
That my order was never delivered, and was canceled. Therefore the loan was not needed. Affirm told me that they had already paid Coleman and I needed to call them and tell them to refund Affirm their money.
I never heard of this type of practice. I refuse to pay a restocking fee for something I never received. This sounds like a SCAM. After being connected to 3 people and being put on hold each time, and having to repeat the same thing each time. I finally get a supervisor (Melissa) who had a problem that I was upset and did not allow her to talk over me, She hung up. This was the 3rd purchased I made from them with basically the same problems.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
