I bought a $3000+ leather sofa set. One sofa arrived ripped, pictures were taken and claim was filed. I called to ask for a replacement. They said I would call me back with next steps. After chasing them, they sent a technician to patch the sofa. I said I am not ok with a patched sofa, as I bought a totally new, good sofa. They said I have no way to return because I missed the 5 day written notice to file a return. I missed the timing as I was misled to believe they were contacting me to close the issue. Then the rude customer service Manager sends me pictures and tells me the patched sofa is up to manufacturer standards and that they are not liable. She sends me pictures taken at distance and with an angle that you can't tell. I send her the pictures showing the patch and she says, nothing I can do... we consider it to be good and we are not liable. Stay away from this company. I am filing legal action as this is unacceptable. They have no customer service focus, their Customer Service Manager is rude and has no focus on customer satisfaction. The WORST COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY. You need to have a supplier that can hold to high service standards, and this is not it.

Easy pezey
I love my new Sofa and love seat. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. This is the second time I've purchased from Coleman and will order again. The prices and free shipping are an added plus. The delivery and set up was quick and the workers were professional.

Cannot recommend. We ordered a bedroom furniture set for over $2,000. When it arrived the guys didn't take off that paper warning sign that was attached to the dresser. So we obviously signed off that it arrived in good shape. When we wanted to take off that warning sign, that was just supposed to hang on the dresser, we realized that it got stuck to the dresser probably due to putting it on while the color was still wet so when we wanted to remove it, it ripped off some of the color. I called Coleman but they said there is nothing they can do. Never going to buy with them again. That dresser was over $650 itself and there is nothing they will do. Really, really bad and rude customer service.

We ordered a recliner chair and we are very happy with our experience with Coleman. They informed us when it was shipped and approximate delivery time and what to expect. Our recliner arrirved in excellent condition and we had a very nice driver & set up person from the company. We would not hesitate to order from them again... Thank you Coleman. We are very pleased with our chair!
First of all, I waited for 3 months to get delivered after I placed the order. And they don't assemble the furniture for me because I have an old furniture took in place. I bought furniture from other companys too, I've never seen anything like this. I would pay them extra 100$ if they set up it for me, but they just don't. Then I called the customer service, they transfer my call to the manager, and her attitude was terrible. Never bring your anger to your customer, don't you know it? Damn it.
Horrible horrible experience thus far. The ordering was simple enough but the delivery company is really make me think of cancelling this whole order at the moment. They only delivered 2 of my 3 pieces of couch and assembled it the wrong orientation due to that. The delivery man spoke 0 English so couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him so he returned the piece. Come to find out he had to 3rd piece on the truck but whoops never brought it in. He knew just enough English to curse multiple times.
I called and complained and guess what it went together correctly at their wear house since they then realized they had all 3 pieces. I got a call back from coleman not with an apology BUT telling me i had to pay 150 extra for redelivery. Which I said no and that they would have to resend the same delivery man who was cursing me out. Very upset at the moment. Not good customer resolution at all.
We purchased a table for our company back in November, being told it would only take a couple weeks, only to find out that it is still pending arrival/shipment! Honestly, they were not going to do anything and it would still be pending if it weren't for us reaching out to their customer service reps everyday. This is crazy. We purchase furniture for our business on a monthly basis and will never use Coleman again. Very disappointed in their professionalism. Will leave an updated post on the quality of the product, if it ever arrives.
I purchased a dining table and a sectional sofa from Coleman furniture online on Nov. 27th, 2018. The sofa arrived in local distribution center around Dec. 20th, 2018. I requested them to deliver the Sofa to my new home before Chrsitmas. They told me they need to wait for the dining table together, which will arrive on Dec. 26th, 2018. Actually, the table arrived in local distribution center around Jan 15th, 2018.
When the dinning table and sofa were delivered on Jan 22nd, it was observed there was a clear crack on one the table corner. The delivery man also noticed it and took photo. But when we feedback to them, they firstly said it's normal; Later asked me to look for a certified furniture technician to repair it; Finally told me that they would confirm with manufacture and confirmed it was standard "crack". What a $#*!ing response!
If I want to return, I need to pay around $300, around 30% of the table cost! Terrible experience!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
