Continued delays and not easy to do business with. Had to place a new order to get new lower price potentially risking my place in line. I have already been waiting three months for my sectional and the delivery leadtime continues to be pushed out.
I have had my two couch and single recliner set for 1.5 years now. Everything continues to work perfectly. No need on my part to ask for warranty work. I have noticed that if you put very much pressure on the arm rests when you get up out of the chair that the plywood is very thin and cracks, so the rule is, DON'T PUT EXCESSIVE PRESSURE ON THE ARM RESTS WHEN YOU GET UP FROM YOU SEAT. Be gentle and you won't cause the cracked wood in your arm rest. Hope this helps you!
I will definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again. I bought a $3,000 set which was a great price, quick delivery (like 10-days instead of 4-5 weeks), great customer service (which I did use because I wanted two sofa's instead of 1-sofa and 1-loveseat), great product, great delivery and setup services. It was an all around wonder experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ordered a king size Canopy bed from them back in August that ran me a little over a 1,000 dollars. I got the protection insurance like most people would do with brand new furniture. 2 months later the side panel of my bed broke due to the delivery men not properly screwing and properly securing it. I followed procedures that was required and it was confirmed that it was the delivery guys fault. Now being that my warranty has not expired yet you would think that I was covered... Instead I was told that they can fix the problem with a fee of $275! I asked why do I need to pay $275 when I have insurance as well as a warranty that has not expired yet? Nonetheless that this is not my fault? They gave me some BS excuse that still don't make no sense until this day... I paid the $275 because my bed was such an eye sore and still till this day am not satisfied with the work... I would strongly suggest that you weigh your options when considering this company

I would rather give this company less than a star... worst customer service ever. I ordered from here and received an email that it was ON ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER & would take 4 weeks... so I decided it was too long and I wanted to cancel. What should have been an easy process, because according to my status update from the company it was not shipped. But now 4 days later they want to tell me it was shipped the day after I placed the order and they have to charge me a restocking fee of $159 dollars! I have no record of a shipment, I wan never even charged for the piece of furniture but they were quick to charge me the restocking fee 5 minutes later, even though I spoke to 3 different people, also when I requested to cancel I was never told it was already shipped or that I would be charged a restocking fee... anyway very very poor customer service, poor communication, seems like this is the place you'll never get your furniture or no one will tell you what's going on as I have read in some other reviews.
The site was easy to use. We saved money on our new sectional compared to the local store. The delivery company was fast. They kept in contact with us. They were professional, quick and clean. I love our new sectional!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STAY AWAY! I ordered a dining room table and six chairs and the set was delivered. The delivery company installed the table, put the chairs around the table and went out the door. The last delivery man asked for my signature on a receipt. He said it verified that they were there to deliver and install and all pieces were accounted for. I approved and they were gone. I was unaware I needed to inspect the pieces in detail for damage. They did not bring in any packaging or boxes, just the pieces uncovered. Several hours later, I discovered there were two large, deep cracks on the side of the wooden table (underneath a lip of the table top). One crack was vertical, the other crack was longer and horizontal. I contacted the Coleman Furniture customer service phone number that same day. Clearly this type damage did not occur after the delivery so I thought the resolution would be self-explanatory and simple. I received an email response from a customer service rep *. She requested photos of the damage. I emailed her the photos and she responded with since the proof of delivery was signed indicating no damage, there is no resolution they could provide. She offered a credit allowance in the amount of $100.00 towards a technician that I would have to hire to repair the damage. Ridiculous. I have never been able to talk to someone from customer service over the phone. I no longer receive email responses back. I have called over 30 times and left over 5 voice mail messages. I also tried to reach out on social media and they DELETED MY COMMENTS because they looked bad!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
