Legit furniture. Affordable price. Cannot beat quality for price it is. I was nervous would not beat what I was expecting but it is durable.

Obviously the price is excellent. What you don't know is that the gentlemen that delivered the bed were on time, gave plenty of notice - including a final phone call 20 minutes before arrival. The whole experience from ordering, to verifying the size, to delivery were top notch. I will buy from Coleman Furniture again.
We had an unexpected renovation to our home due to a structural problem and I was able to easily find bedroom and dining room furniture that was unique, high quality and quickly shipped with expert handling and set up. My review on my Canopy Bed is amazing and the structure is outstanding. I color is grey with and stone finished design that fit my style. The size of the bed is king size and it looks bigger in person than it original look online. I am pleased with this product and I will order again in the near future.

I AGREE WITH OTHERS. WE ARE CURRENTLY BEING SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY. I DIDN'T SIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS BUT DISCOVER CARD SAYS THEY CAN'T HELP ME BECAUSE THERE WERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOU CAN'T RETURN DAMAGED FURNITURE WITHOUT THEM TRYING TO "FIX" IT, THEN PAYING VERY HIGH "RESTOCKING" FEE (AS THOUGH THEY ARE THEN GOING TO RESELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE) AND FREIGHT CHARGES. THEY TOLD US WE'D HAVE THE DESK IN TEN DAYS, THAT WAS IN JANUARY. NOW APRIL 10,2019 I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMAGED THEN REPAIRED DESK. ACTUALLY HAVING NIGHTMARES DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Beware customer service and return policy! You must be 100% sure the item will work for you, and hope that it does not arrive damaged in any way! In my case, I ordered a velvet bench which arrived with scratched and discolored velvet. I provided all necessary pictures and information. Rather than stand behind the product, Coleman Furniture sent the pics on to the Chinese manufacturer, who claimed the scratches and discoloration were natural characteristics to the velvet, and to spot clean. I must pay return shipping and hope for a full refund after inspection. With so many online retailers offering exceptional customer service, I'm sorry I chose Coleman Furniture for my purchase. I will not make that mistake again, and advise you to look shop elsewhere!
This site claims that they will deliver in 2-4 weeks, but they were not able to deliver my order of in-stock items for over 9 weeks from order date. The company did not make any efforts to improve this date. They offered me a 5% discount for the inconvenience after multiple emails and phone calls, but when I said I couldn't wait that long and needed to cancel because of their fraudulent claim of a 2-4 week delivery, they charged a cancellation fee!
I ordered 4 counter chair in May of 2018. They told my I would receive them by late June/early July. When they had not arrived by the end of August, and I not received a call or email, I called them. They said they were on back order and would be in soon. By late fall, I still had not received the chairs or any information, so I called again. They said I would get them by January. January came, and I did not receive them, so I called again. They said they would come by March and could send me email updates. Finally I got an email stating that "Great news! Your furniture order has progressed and is one step closer to shipping out to you. As of the latest manufacturer update, the items listed below are currently on order, with an expected ship date of 04.02.2019." Guess what, they never shipped. Instead, I got this email: "We're sorry the manufacturer has advised us the following products have been discontinued." Really? I wait a year for stools (and am told throughout the year they are coming), and they cancel them without even a phone call? My suggestion--If you see something you like on the Coleman website, find it elsewhere. Customer service is abhorrent.
So I was contacted back from Coleman's and I was advised that they would replace the damaged piece that was delivered to me. As of today I still haven't received any email on expected delivery but was assured I'd be getting a new piece. Upon delivery of what I actually paid for then I'd say Coleman's fulfilled their obligation and gave me what I paid for. I always say that people or companies in this world are not perfect and mistakes are made all the time, but it's how people or companies respond to those mistakes that really count. Another update will follow if Coleman's comes through.
Bought a tv console with 2 end pieces, one end unit had a broken shelf, badly broken. Delivery company even said to not accept it. Couple days later the same piece came back, half put together but still looking horrible. Colemans said we reserve the right to return it to 100% as per the terms and agreement and send it back. I sent them pics showing how bad it still was and it wasn't anywhere near 100% fixed. Lori Crawn of Colemans, who couldn't have been nastier or care less, showed no concern. I told her to just take the whole thing back that I wasn't paying for new and getting broken, she said well we'll charge you a fee to take it back. Still waiting on their response but I'd stay away. Furniture was nice but I'd never risk doing business with them again.
I purchased a beautiful navy console table from Coleman Furniture. Customer service is amazing and shipping was fast well. The package arrived ahead of scheduled time and was packed very well. I would definitely purchase again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
