I purchased our bedroom, living room, dining, and patio set for MORE than half of what the local store quoted us. The experience was great, the furniture was beautiful. And the customer service team is responsive and on top of any actions needed after the fact. The delivery service of white glove did amazing, fast and efficient. I recommend this purchase experience to all.
What a night mare! Don't ever deal with this company! Terrible. Experience. Worst. Costumer service! We Try to cancel order. They still charge the credit company for the full amount for something we never receive 2.100.00 $ for something you don't have Now try to talk to a person, so they can make the REFUND to the Credit company. I ordered white bedroom set for my daughter's bedroom and it was delivered in YELLOW & DARK beige color. We paid $1433 for this JUNK that they shipped to us. I tried to call them and waited for an hour and no-one pick up the phone. I have call many times already. This is a VERY BAD company. I chat with them and the people on chat keep refer me to their phone, but no-one answer the phone. After only a few seconds of chat, the chat person then quickly flash up that chat isn't available anymore... they have done that twice to me for both times I tried to talk to them. DON'T buy anything from this website, I got duped buying from them. The bedroom set they delivered to me isn't looking close to the pictures I saw on their website, totally 2 different bedroom set. And the WORST IS I CAN'T EVEN TALK TO THEM, they won't answer my call or chat...
Would not let me make m purchase using paypal...Unacceptable.
We ordered a Buffet with Hutch from Coleman furniture and found a scratch on the glass from some shart knife(utility I guess), we reached out to them the second day of delivery and they declined to repair glasses when we noticed during cleaning, we ordered full furniture from them but were disappointed by there response for damage (after 10+ calls they refunded little amount to get new furniture repaired by someone)
I will not recommend buying from them

1. Late shipping, almost 2 months for the first order
2. No support if item arrive damaged ( recommend to inspect for 20 minutes + in detail and clean glasses to see the scratch on them in front of the delivery truck)
Ordered from this company. They are internet based and I do not believe they are located in the USA. The delivery dates online when I ordered were not based in reality, subsequent emails kept moving delivery dates all over the place and eventually the 2 huge packages, which were supposed to have white glove delivery service were just left on my porch with no warning. I wasn't ready for them yet (remodel) so had to leave in my living room for a couple of weeks. When I finally opened them, one of the items was damaged. Coleman only allows 5 days to report an item damaged, which is definitely not in line with competitors. They finally offered $50 off a $450 item which is damaged on the front where clearly visible due to packaging being terrible. I would not order from this place again. Go with a more reliable furniture shipper with better customer service like Wayfair.
Don't make the same mistake I made. I bought a dining room set with chairs and a china cabinet from Coleman. Pieces of the furniture were delivered damaged and weeks later, I'm still trying to get pieces that aren't damaged. Their customer service is horrible as I have made call after call about the set. The brand new table I have looks like someone put white out in all the crevasse's. I will NEVER EVER BUY another item from them again. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
I ordered a leather sofa & love seat that I saw at Ashley on line in August 21 and I got a call from them stating the furniture was out of stock and manufacturer will not be making any tell late Sept or early Oct on Aug 24 so I told them to cancel the order. They took the money out of my account and then returned it so I thought that the ordered was cancelled. So I get a e-mail stating that the furniture was on it's way. On Oct 1 I get a phone call from the delivery person stating he had the furniture on his truck and was here in Springfield to deliver it. I told the driver that order was cancelled and I had already purchase furniture some where else. Which I had called the office when I got their email but they were closed for a Jewish holiday. Then they took the money out of my account again. I feel it was their fault and I should not have to pay for the restocking fee with them not calling me back after 3 days to say that merchandise is out of stock. Especially they say you have 24 hrs to cancel. I am still waiting over dispute.
We bought a living room set in july, delivery was great, but thats it, they do not stand by there warranty, our furniture is creaking like there is something wrong with the frame, we have left several messages, no return just one email that said we have to pay out of pocket, then be reimbursed, please dont do business with this company, we found out a great deal means aggravation and disappointment, they should be ashamed all three pieces of our living room set, the frame is weak, as far as we are concerned it should all be replaced, you should be ashamed coleman furniture, especially when people dont have a lot of money to spend and when they find a good deal, it winds up being crap
We purchased a $6,400.00 new dining room set which was delivered on 10/6. The first item brought into our home was a chair. I sat on the chair and noticed the legs were not leveled. I asked the delivery guy if this could be fixed and was told, "unfortunately, it could not be". They then brought in the dining table which had 2 leaves that did not line up properly with the table. The delivery guy stated this was a manufacturer defect and could return the table. Needless to say, we had them return the dining set. I had the delivery people notate the defects on their documents. I also contacted Coleman Furniture to inform them of the issue. I reached a voice mail and followed up with them again on 10/8. I have been going back and forth all week with managers to no avail. As of today, 10/12, I received a call back from a manager stating they have a technician from the delivery company that stated they can "restore" the table and chairs. I asked if this was the same delivery company whom informed me the chair could not be leveled? I stated to the manager that we purchased a "new dining set" not refurbished and requested a new set or an exchange. The manager refused both and insisted we agreed to allow them the opportunity to fix the issue. However, their website states they sell new and undamaged furniture. (Which is not the case) This has been a horrible experience dealing with Coleman Furniture. They are not interested in customer service nor customer satisfaction. I wish I had read all of the negative reviews before purchasing. Anyone considering purchasing from Coleman Furniture, read ALL of the negative reviews. I have never seen a company that penalizes the consumer for their mistake. If you decide to cancel your order there is 15% restocking fees + shipping charges. If I cancel the order, I was told the total shipping fees will be $675.00, and the 15% restocking fee will be $970.95. It will cost me $1,645.95 for a set I don't have or I will have to except the refurbished set. Horrible company! Horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and think twice before going with this company.
I ordered a bed. It looked beautiful online. I had an emergency and had to leave town. I tried to get them not ship it yet but they said no. My neighbors let them in. When came back home weeks later. I discovered the head board was damaged. I contacted them. I was told because I did get back to them in 24 hrs. It is a warranty issue. Then I was told the manufacturer would do nothing about it. It is very noticeable! Now it's a pass the buck deal! I would never do business with them again.
Ordered a Magnolia Entertainment Center by Liberty. I am very happy with the quality and construction of the furniture. It has a solid backing, not he particle or paper board that you get from other companies.

We bought two bedroom sets both are broken and they won't take Returns. If you have to return they charge you restocking fee. Don't fall for free 5 year guardian warranty they provide on purchases for free. As they sell broken and ripped furniture guardian also don't provide furniture that come broken. This is a fraudulent company. Customer service is the worst. I highly recommend people not to buy from them.

If you decide to cancel your order there is 15% restocking fees + shipping charges. You're practically paying for their mistakes. Terrible experience.
I waited for two months for my order and when it was finally delivered, there was a horrible damage on the bottom of the mantel and stains on the frame. I didn't even accept the delivery and asked the drivers take it back to the shipping facility. The quality control is totally absent, although Coleman promised that my order would be inspected for damages and covered with extra material before delivery. Non of that was done. Super upset. And now have to deal with the refund and all that customer service crap.
We order a bed and a lamp. They first said bed would be delivered in 3 weeks. Then it was 5 weeks and after 5 weeks they said 10 more! We ordered in July and it was supposed to be delivered until mid October! We also ordered a lamp at the same time. It came promptly several days later. The neck was bent and the shade was broken. We requested a replacement in early Aug. Coleman said the manufacturer would replace the shade but not the lamp. It is now the last week in Sept and we don't have the shade. Just keep getting emails manufacturer will be shipping. The next to last said they were shipping by the end of last week. On Sunday, they emailed they had ordered the shade. We still have the bent lamp, no shade and they won't return my money. Be very aware before you do business with this company!
It was easy peasy and satisfying
We waited about eight weeks for our order and when it was finally delivered, there were several broken glass doors, a broken latch, and several scratches on some of the other glasses. The delivery services did not completely unpacked the shelves and left crates in the middle of the living room because there were so many problems with the glass doors. They refused to take it back and suggested that we speak with their customer representative. This is when things got even worse. They refuse the pick it up unless we pay them additional charges. They are rude, have no quality control and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
