They don't care about customers which came straight from Stevens mouth. They will cancel your orders illegally if you complain. The guy in charge basically told me my order means nothing because he has so much money. Stay away they are a scam. They have over 300 complaints with the better business bureau!
This is my second time buying from Coleman and I'm sure my son is going to love it
I received furniture with a TERRIBLE PAINT JOB. It was not delivered at the time scheduled,, so when out of no where we get a call that it is on the way in the delivery truck I had to call my family member to let them in the house to deliver and set up. Two days later when we called to report the problem we were told that because it was not noticed at the time of delivery we are stuck with it! We got ripped off!
Coleman offer products that they don't have in stock! They cancel my order the two times that I try to get something. When I call the costumer service was rude. Never will try again
I purchased furniture from them twice, and both times, they were damaged. Second time I purchased a chest, I spent a few months trying to have them replace or repair it, but they never did by telling me that once I received the furniture by signing the piece of paper with the trucking company, Coleman Furniture became free from any liability associated with the purchase. I am stuck with the furniture I cannot even use. They are by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I should have reviewed BBB website before buying from them. There are lot of claims filed against them. I also filed claim to Consumer Protection Agency.
Coleman holds customer responsible for inaccurate item descriptions and photos. (Check out this item Laurel Garden Soft White Wood Entertainment Wall. After viewing, image the item being Yellow.) Coleman charges 15% restocking plus $200 fee for returning item, which total 25% for the item I purchased. I ordered a full entertainment wall center. Item was described as 'white' and photo was depicted is 'white' in color. The item delivered was yellow. I asked the the Coleman delivery drivers what color would they describe the item... Both stated "Yellow". I purchased over a 'chat' with Coleman Customer Rep. No disclosure for the 'disclaimers' at the time of purchase. No disclosures of 'disclaimers' when receipt email was sent.
Claimed they couldn't fit furniture through doors before even attempting. Did not attempt to maneuver or unpack to see if they could fit it in. After giving up on the delivery team, I had to return all 4 items and was way over charged for shipping ($450) and their 15% restocking fee. (Give me a break $800 just to set it back on your shelves.) Never buy from this company.
I was pleasantly surprised with Coleman Furniture. As most, I was nervous about buying furniture online but since we had found the same exact couch at a store near us for double the price we took a chance.
The delivery team was excellent. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes and careful with walls and personal items. We did not have problems with the order so I cannot comment on the customer service but so far, we are very happy with our purchase.

Order arrived damaged: July 16th
Technician arrived with incorrect directions: August 11th
If you're still reading, I'll give some background. When my furniture arrived both the delivery man and I wrote on the form to describe the damages. I sent pictures of the delivery form and damages to Coleman Furniture where I received terrible service from a Jamie J. Of course, she did not make any note of the defects before sending over a technician to only fix one piece. Now, he is incapable of fixing anything because those were not his orders.
Save yourself the trouble and 4 months of emailing a brick wall, just don't buy your furniture from here.
Easy process! Love it
Good Experience turned Bad! We bought a sectional couch from Coleman Furniture on June 19th, and at first everything went great. We found a couch we liked at a good price. The couch came July 5th, but the couch was severely damaged. We immediately notified the delivery people while they were still there. They made some calls and took some photos, and left saying we should hear from Coleman shortly. We did not, so we had to call Coleman ourselves. It took multiple phone calls over multiple days to get a resolution in place. However they insisted that they could not order a replacement piece until the damaged piece was picked up. This resulted in us having a broken couch sitting in our house for almost THREE WEEKS. So finally on July 25th the broken couch was picked up. However we still do not have the replacement sofa, leaving us with half of a sectional and still waiting for delivery. We have made multiple calls since then asking when we would receive our replacement piece with no definitive answer. Not only have we had to deal with having a broken/damaged couch sit in our house for 3 weeks, and now a half sectional for 2 more, but we have had to take off work 2, and now 3 times to allow for the multiple deliveries and pickup of our furniture. As I am writing this, I am still without our couch, and still without any idea of when my furniture will come. I understand that things happen, however Coleman has not done anything to try to resolve the issue or offer us any discount for our troubles. Calling did not work, so I am hoping their social media representatives are more responsive.
I ordered a dining set on January 10th. Freight shipping takes time, so the first scheduled delivery was roughly six weeks later. The base of the table arrived shattered in pieces, so they took it back. They had to go through some kind of verification process that this in pieces base could not be repaired instead of replaced. About two months later, I was rescheduled delivery to finally receive my table. When it arrived, there were no legs for the chairs and the table top was damaged to the point that it could not be assembled. Again, the set was returned and this time repaired. The delivery company took all hardware with them (for some reason), and I contacted both the shipper and Coleman's that I had no hardware to put the set together. I was told by Colemans that they would "overnight" the hardware to the shipping company so they had it before my next scheduled delivery which was now SIX MONTHS after the initial order. When the freight company arrived, naturally they did not have the hardware. I called Coleman's right then and was told that they said they would ship it to me, not the freight shippers. That was absolutely NOT what I was told. I was told it would be overnighted to the shippers so they had it. Anyway, no hardware. The hardware did arrive about a week later and I put it together myself. I guess that constitutes "white glove service" at Coleman's. At no point in this six month process did anyone from Coleman's offer an apology or any other concession for such horrendous customer service. Buyer beware.(order #*******)

The delivery and assembly was very fast and smooth. At first I was unsure about the fabric, but Ive grown to like it. Its very comfortable! Though the chaise is a bit short and Im 53. Also, it does come with A LOT of throw pillows.
I waited three weeks for my furniture to arrive. When it did, it was missing one of the legs of the bed so it couldn't even be assembled. I called the number they gave me, which ended up being the wrong number to call. They then transferred me to another number and I was helped by someone who placed the order, however, there was no other info given. No estimated time of shipment. No info on if I'd have to wait another three weeks to put a bed together while my son sleeps on the floor. Nothing. I get that they have to get info from the manufacturer, but can't they make one little phone call to try and get me some additional information. I asked about a discount for my inconvenience and time waiting and they wouldn't do that either. I love the furniture, but there were other companies I could have bought it through that were the same price. It's not like Coleman has an exclusive. Maybe I would have been better off with another company. I don't think I'd buy through them again.
I bought 4 pieces of furniture from Coleman in March, 2 of which arrived damaged when they were finally delivered in June. I brought the damages to Coleman's attention the same day the furniture was delivered. I was told I would have to go through their warranty department, even though the items arrived like this. After being forced to jump through multiple hoops by being told I had to take and retake pictures that involved picking up the couches, the warranty technician finally came out in July. Instead of repairing the problems, he actually made everything worse before telling us that the problems were simply not repairable. I have been left with 4 inch hole in my sofa and a 6 inch area of completely scraped off leather on my loveseat. Coleman refuses to replace the items even though the warranty company has stated these items are unable to be repaired and that a replacement is necessary. Horrible company who does not care about the consumer. Please do not do business with them.
Everything was so easy
Ordered furniture for $3200, and it did not show up even after 31 days of charging the credit card. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing in this company or delivery agency.
As of right now, I should have purchased from a local retailer. Took 7 weeks to receive a 2500 dollar leather sectional, (it sat in a local shipping warehouse for almost a month). The furniture was never inspected prior to delivery, maybe where it was manufactured but never after that. One piece arrived damaged and nonfunctional, and customer service is not being helpful or providing a replacement and giving me the runaround.
As of right now, this has been one of the worst company experiences I have ever dealt with.
We are now at week 10 and I have been told by customer service that a repair technician is going to disassemble the power chaise to replace the fabric inside the cushion. Customer service has yet to address the non functional power head rest and the fabric damage that was discovered minutes after delivery.
Had a replacement chaise been sent immediately for the damaged one,...
I will be contacting both the BBB and the manufacturer directly to find a solution. Who operates this company and allows this to escalate to this?
I ordered a dining set, coffee table set, and a TV stand. Everything arrived as scheduled. The TV stand and dining set was delivered by a company that also set it up at the time of delivery. I inspected the furniture after, no scratches, etc. No issues at all, I was happy with the service! Lastly, the prices with Coleman Furniture are very competitive, if not the cheapest out there, compared to other online furniture sites.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
