Honestly, I've never been more disappointed with a service/product in my entire life. I'll spare you all the gory details but long story short, we're 3 months in to the Coleman saga and I eventually just threw my hands up and am done fighting with them. It took almost 2 months to get the furniture in (and that was after relentless calls and emails to them to follow up). When it was delivered, it was flawed (mind you, it was an order of well over $2,000).
Coleman customer service was passive, insulting, and condescending.
Honestly, don't waste your time.
I was skeptical in ordering furniture online, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service as well as the quality of the furniture. I absolutely love the furniture! The delivery went smooth and the guys set it up completely and right where I wanted it. I could not have had a better experience!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bookshelf from Coleman Furniture about 2 months ago. Point2point company delivered the bookshelf on behalf of Coleman. When they brought it to my home, the bookshelf nearly fell due to an abnormal angle (due to having a short depth and having carpet). Next, the siding was uneven. The base was uneven and the entire thing was flimsy. The delivery crew even agreed it was not worth $435. I refused the delivery on the spot and had the Point2point call Coleman furniture and take pictures of the unsatisfactory product. Weeks later, * responded by saying it was up to standards and are trying to redeliver the product. I have spent a couple thousand dollars with this company, and this is the first issue I've had. Nowhere on the website does it state the bookshelf needs to be on hardwood floors. Not to mention the build quality is poor and they are trying to redeliver it. After getting American Express involved; they claim that they will only give me half a refund since they need to charge me for "redelivery and restock" fees. I will never do business with this company again and I advise everyone to be cautious on what they purchase from this company considering you will only get half your money back if they bring you a crappy product.

Our cocktail table came damaged and missing screws due to the manufacturer, not Coleman, but they gave a quick and satisfactory resolution to the issues
This is the first time I have bought furniture online. I was very hesitant but they put those concerns to rest.My Kincaid Plank Road cocktail table arrived in perfect shape. Arrived on time too. Couldn't be happier.
We went to a lot of different sites to find the perfect bedroom set for my 8 y/o daughter. We were looking for something in between ages, not for little ones but what she could also used until she became a teenager. This white bed set came in great quality for the price. The details were very nice although the bed was a tad longer than what we anticipated even after getting the measurement. In our opinion, it just fit perfectly in her room. It was free shipping and assembly included. Although the delivery guys assembled the bed wrong (they installed the wood brackets on the lower part of the bed instead of the first top part making it look like it needs a box spring), it was not a big deal and my husband and I just fixed it ourselves. Don't get me wrong, very nice guys, I guess they just overlooked at the manual or something. Anyways, main point is very nice quality for the price we paid.
I had never bought furniture online before. This was a pleasant experience. I bought an Ashley (Tulen) couch and loveseat. My furniture was delivered much quicker than expected... I ordered on 06/03, and it was delivered 06/12. It was delivered by a semi-local (2 hours away) moving company that I assume Coleman contracted with. This is not top of the line furniture, but I knew that going in (considering the price). I just needed something that will last me the 5 or so years that I will have kids in the house, and hopefully this set will do that. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Coleman Furniture again. It was great to shop online (only drawback, you don't get to test it first... I had to depend on the reviews) and not have to deal with a clingy salesman following me all over a furniture store.
Our couch is great appearance wise but the cushions are not all the same size from the love seat to the couch side. Two of the recliners hit each other when they are both out so that design was not well thought out. The return policy makes it hard for us to find a different option so now we have a couch that is only alright but a great look to it.
I was kind of hesitant about ordering furniture online without seeing it in person first, but I was not disappointed once it arrived. I just wish I could have gotten it sooner.
My table top narrow table from Ashley, offered by Coleman was an excellent value for the item. It arrived quickly and undamaged.
I bought 2 items from Coleman Furniture: sofa and love seat. Hole formed and padding moved out place within 1 year of using. Furniture has only 1 year warranty. They did not want to stand by there's name or quality. I was provided free 5 years Guardian Protection Plan that is specifically does not cover issues with padding. Very poor quality, do not buy from them.
I don't ever write reviews but I feel obligated to do so. I placed an order in April and until now, I have not gotten my order five weeks later. I started paying for this furniture and to my disappointment, I still do not have it. I've reached out to the horrible customer service and only gotten a run around. I cannot get a straight answer regarding the status of my order. All I want to know is if it's still coming, is it damaged, etc. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have never bought it through Coleman. I figured since their marketing is all about their customers and that it's family owned, they would understand most especially for people such as myself that's never bought a big piece of furniture online. I highly suggest going to another company if you are thinking about buying a furniture online. Pay the extra bucks! You'll be glad you did. For the Coleman furniture owners! I'm deeply disappointed with your service and how your employees handle their customers as well as the lack of knowledge and information on their accounts. Your account managers should know what is going on with their accounts at all times and return their customers queries when they say they would. It's a rough competition out there especially online and I doubt you can keep up!
Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Customer service is a joke, responses are robotic and they don't want to take responsibility for selling damaged/defective goods. Locking mechanisms within the sectional was defective and did not work at all. Was offered credit only if I were to hire my own repair person to have the item repaired, must send in invoice to Coleman's to actually get the credit, unfortunately the credit wouldn't even cover a quarter of the repair. They'll basically tell you you're SOL and that they provided you a solution. I wouldn't have this problem if I weren't sold a problematic item and now it's inconvenienced me for weeks with the back and forth emails. Would certainly stay away from this company. If you're lucky to receive a product with no problems, that's great, but if you experience an issue, customer will not help you. I was also told they wouldn't accept a return or exchange because I signed off on the product, but they have a returns and exchange policy, I thought customer satisfaction was their top priority? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
Coleman furniture is a scam! Be careful with any purchase you make on their website. I ordered a set of two chairs in cherry finish and what I received was yellowish color with black edges and black spots from improper staining. The quality of items and services are poor and is a hazard to return the items. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice.
Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase.
Waited.
Waited.
Waited.
Nearly two months.
Furniture arrives, fully assembled.
Will not fit through staircase.
Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave.
Email customer service, I'm told to call.
Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me.
Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns.
Worst service ever.

I ordered an end table from Coleman Furniture. It arrived in less time than posted when I made the purchase. It was well wrapped for shipping and arrived in good condition. The experience met my expectations.
I ordered a mattress, ( first time on the internet)So easy to search, order, and receive, first time costumer, would recommend it to everyone. Better price than all of the other websites.
Placed an order over the phone and received email confirmation. Called back and was told the chairs were a stock photo, but the correct chairs (had the same name) would be shipped. The shipping process took twice as long as quoted and I was given excuse after excuse as to what the delay was. Paid for white glove delivery... what I got was furniture in crates( why was it delivered with known flaws?) with no hardware delivered from a third party delivery company that has never worked with Coleman before. Delivery team said they would return once the hardware was received. They left crates and trash where it was in the middle of my floor. Chairs are not correct and rather than taking them back, they want to send replacement parts (I refuse to fix broken chairs). I will never do business with this company again. Furniture from what I can tell looks beautiful and well constructed... will know for sure if it ever gets assembled...

Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
