I ordered an end table from Coleman Furniture. It arrived in less time than posted when I made the purchase. It was well wrapped for shipping and arrived in good condition. The experience met my expectations.

Placed an order over the phone and received email confirmation. Called back and was told the chairs were a stock photo, but the correct chairs (had the same name) would be shipped. The shipping process took twice as long as quoted and I was given excuse after excuse as to what the delay was. Paid for white glove delivery... what I got was furniture in crates( why was it delivered with known flaws?) with no hardware delivered from a third party delivery company that has never worked with Coleman before. Delivery team said they would return once the hardware was received. They left crates and trash where it was in the middle of my floor. Chairs are not correct and rather than taking them back, they want to send replacement parts (I refuse to fix broken chairs). I will never do business with this company again. Furniture from what I can tell looks beautiful and well constructed... will know for sure if it ever gets assembled...
I was able to find the Ashley Furniture console table and stools I wanted through Coleman Furniture and I saved almost $200 off the manufacturer's price! Ordering was easy and I received my order in a timely fashion and it arrived in perfect condition. I was so happy with my purchase, I even ordered two more stools the very next week and they arrived in two days! I would definitely use Coleman Furniture again!
The top of my dining room table has small, randomly placed pen marks all over. I need to figure out what I need to do to get those erased without damaging the exterior. Every time I had a question about my order status, I did an online chat rather than calling. They were helpful and professional. The delivery guys were friendly and prompt. I would've given it full five stars had it not been for those pen marks.
The Furniture was beautiful! Made very well, very sturdy. Delivery was very professional. Did take longer than originally promised, but we were in no rush so that wasn't a problem for us!
I ordered sectional sofa set by Ashley Furniture. Shopping online was easy and best price. We were informed about the stages in shipping and provided with estimated shipping time. The only thing I would love to improve is faster shipping time.
All was great with my Coleman experience. I ordered a couch and loveseat first then ordered a dining room table. The only issue I had with both orders is the amount of time it took to receive them. If you're not in a hurry for your furniture, this is the way to go!

I received damaged merchandise and now 2 months later it is still not resolved! Pathetic! Save yourself the headache and anguish and spend the extra money elsewhere... your sanity is well worth it!
I bought a cocktail table + end tables recently. Since the website is displayed as "Coleman Furniture - Official | Free In Home Delivery & Setup", I made a bad assumption thinking that this applied to all purchases. This is not the case. The 3 items were delivered outside my door. The packages weighed 100 lbs for the cocktail table and 65 lbs for each end table. I am a small 70-year old female, and I do not have the strength to handle this type of package any more. I would never have placed this order if I had known it would not be at least delivered inside my door. Worse yet, one of the boxes was damaged. We opened the carton and I was relieved to see all of the additional protection in the box, but it was not enough. I didn't find all of the dings and one really large place where the top surface was completely gone until after we had disposed of the packaging. We did this in order to have room in my small condo to assemble the other pieces. Long story short, buyer beware and make sure you know exactly what services you are getting. Check their return policy before opening anything. I really like the furniture and it fits great in my small living room. I would have given them a 5 if I could have replaced the table and made sure the delivery would be to inside my home. And I am really sorry that I won't be able to shop here for some of the other pieces I still need.
I ordered a Realyn Bench from Coleman and I love it! Super easy to put together. Looks exactly like picture yet better! The price was great! Many places sell this bench but Coleman was the lowest price out there! Finally it arrived a week early which was a pleasant surprise!

This was my first time ordering from Colemans furniture what a wonderful experience. We received our furniture earlier than we expected and it is beautiful. Colemans has wonderful communication and they kept us up-to-date on every step of the way until delivery and even after Just checking in with us to make sure that everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs and I would definitely do business with them again.
