This is the second set of chairs we purchased. They take a little long to ship but the price was good and the chairs were easy to assemble.
I ORDERED FURNITURE TWO MONTHS AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING. I WAS JUST TOLD THAT THEY RECEIVED THE WRONG FURNITURE FROM THE FACTORY AND NOW I MAY HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO MONTHS FOR A NEW PIECE TO BE BUILT. THE ONLY OPTION THEY OFFER FOR CANCELLATION IS FOR ME TO PAY OVER $300 FOR A "RESTOCKING FEE." PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM COLEMAN.
Easy to order. Very good information relating to purchasing furniture online. Delivery was sooner than expected. The set up was perfect and the furniture was absolutely beautiful. I would have no qualms about ordering from your company again. From start to finish, the process was very easy and the product was well worth the price.

This was my first time ordering from Coleman. I had an awesome experience. They offered the same furniture I would buy in the store for much less money. The delivery was free and the warranty was longer than what the store would offer. You can't beat this company! I highly recommend Coleman!
My overpriced dinning table arrive "damaged" months after the promised date. No costumer services skills. Still waiting for the table, they don't reply to your emails and request and the most rude unprofessional person on the phone. Avoid nightmares and don't buy anything from them
Me and my boyfriend ordered pieces of a sectional reclining couch. They quoted us 5 weeks for shipping but came in 2 weeks. They came in and delivered it on the 2nd floor very quickly. We will be ordering more from them very soon.
It took over 8 weeks to get my order! My furniture sat in a local warehouse nearly 3 weeks "being inspected" to ensure nothing was damaged. I called numerous times to ask why it was taking 3 weeks to inspect a headboard footboard side rails and two nightstands?! Always the same lame excuse, it hasn't been checked into the warehouse computer system. Finally (after 3 weeks) they called to schedule delivery! Truck arrived and first thing they unpack- because obviously nothing had been inspected- was the footboard which was cracked and broken. I called Coleman furniture while the delivery truck was here and they said I needed to send back the footboard so THEY could inspect it and decide if it needed replace or not. I asked to just cancel my
Order and receive a refund which the man said he would do minus a 20% fee, which was OVER $300! So now I sit with a headboard which I can not use until they decide if the footboard should be replaced or not. I am furious! Tired of waiting, tired of not being able to hardly understand what is being said because of the strong accents of everyone I speak with, tired of poor customer service! The delivery driver said he delivers a lot for Coleman and 8 out of 10 deliveries are damaged! He said he feels bad for these people buying from them. I am still waiting for an answer and it has been 3 days! With no estimation on how long it will be according to Coleman furniture. Be smart shop elsewhere! No refunds without them keeping a big chunk of your money! And you have to pay shipping costs bask to them zero stars to this jerk company!
I actually used to work for a competitor website to Coleman Furniture. We used to do competitor price comparison, web traffic comparison, kept tabs on their feature changes, updates to policy, etc. So after I left that company and had to buy new furniture. (I bought the Stanwood Brown Leather Sofa by Amax), I KNEW Coleman was giving me a great price and would deliver the product in perfect condition within an expected time frame for something being white gloved from across the country.
Overall the experience was great. The product dimensions on site matched exactly, so delivery was easy to coordinate. I was able to get updates from Customer Service on shipping progress in a timely manner. Everything went smooth and hassle free. Couldn't ask for more.
I found the sectional I wanted on other sites but saved over $500 at Coleman! They sent email updates. Delivery people were very friendly and professional also. Would definitely recommend!

Took much longer than initially expected (8 weeks) but saved almost 30% compared to what Ashley was charging for their set (which is the same set Coleman sold me). Delivery was smooth and on time and the delivery men installed the items very well. Would certainly purchase again.
This was my first purchase with Coleman Furniture. I didn't know it takes 4 -6 weeks to get delivery but it was worth the wait. The sofa & loveseat are big in my small space but beautiful and well made.

I ordered a six piece sectional that I had seen in a local furniture store. Saved over $1000 dollars and it was delivered around the same time the local furniture stores could deliver. The whole process was seamless. The only slight negative aspect was the delivery company ASSIGNED me a delivery time which I didn't have much say in and was a little difficult to work around. However, I think that was more on the fulfillment center. Overall would recommend and definitely will shop here again!
I have purchased furniture many times in my life, and I have never been as impressed as I have been with the quality and value offered by Coleman Furniture. The online experience was easy, yet thorough. I purchased an office suite and a bedroom suite, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Although the bedroom furniture took some time to manufacture, upon delivery their "white glove" service resulted in the bedroom being complete and packaging removed - all in less than an hour. (The office furniture was DIY assembly, but I enjoy doing that when the quality is this good.) I will certainly purchase from them again!
When I ordered my new sectional it stated 4 weeks for delivery. It was delivered in 2.5 weeks. Delivery was on a Saturday morning and was placed in my living room as requested and ensured all power recliners worked properly. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new sectional and the customer service by Coleman Furniture.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
