I ordered 2 night stands & the matching dressing from Coleman furniture, because their price beat all the others carrying the same brand. AND they offered white glove delivery to room of choice with set up & inspection! I spoke with the company twice before I ordered & was able to take advantage of discounts. Very satisfied with their service, delivery, and most of all, the impeccable quality of the matching pieces I purchased!

I ordered a 4 piece wall unit December 23rd. Promised 2- 4 weeks delivery by "expert professional" and quality control inspections along the way! NOT. 9 weeks later... in February a pair of non English speaking workers in a moving truck delivered my wall unit. 2 pieces were boxed and appeared new. 2 pieces were wrapped in moving quilts...? The "professional" installation was a joke. I had to show them a picture of what it was supposed to look like. Although I had 4 small children in the house... they did NOT install anchors. But this was hard to communicate... remember... they did not speak English. One portion of the unit was broken and mismatched, color wise. It took another month to receive properly matching, and not broken pieces and many hours on the phone. I will never order again. They are just a broker... matching orders with vendors, and making false claims while collecting big fees. If possible... go direct to the manufacturer. They pose as the manufacturer... but are just a middleman. Total dishonesty.

The first time we ordered a couch on Coleman Furniture, it took them up to 3 weeks to ready the couch pieces - and when the time came, they notified us that there weren't enough "pieces" to make the couch. Extremely frustrating since we should've known it ahead of time rather than the last minute.

Okay, we gave it another go and ordered another couch. When the movers tried to get the couch to our apartment, the couch wouldn't fit through our apartment, so the movers guaranteed us refunds if we signed a waiver to refuse the order. Turns out, Coleman furniture charged us 150 bucks for shipping (that's suppose to be free) as well as a 15% fee.

After several months shopping locally for new furniture for our master bedroom, we decided to look on-line and found Coleman Furniture. Product selection is great, with numerous styles and features found at local furniture stores. We upgraded our MRB furniture with the Proximity Heights Smoke Anthracite King Upholstered Storage Bed, Closed Drawer Nightstands, and Drawer Chest. In order to make our best decision, the customer service representatives went out of their way to answer all our questions, so we had the correct information to make the right choice. The furniture is well made, solid, and beautiful. Delivery was easy, with frequent email updates. The delivery personnel were fast, efficient, and professional. Best of all, prices are competitive and Coleman Furniture offers discount coupons.

Unfortunately, the bed arrived missing the center support slat and screws for the cross slats. The Aftercare service department promptly contacted the manufacturer and the missing parts were delivered within one week. We are very pleased with the new furniture and on-line shopping experience with Coleman Furniture.

This is actual real wood high-quality furniture at an incredible value. So far my purchases have arrived in perfect condition and is exactly as described and shown on the site.

Our experience with Coleman Furniture was fantastic. We were informed via email every step of the way from the online purchase to Coleman ordering the furniture to the final mile delivery. They were easy to work. Not only did we receive our couch for a much lower price, there were no taxes and delivery was free! I have already recommended the company to others shopping for new furniture. We checked out the Dunwell Steel reclining sofa at Ashley Furniture and purchased it online at Coleman's instead.

On time delivery and to my specification. Customer service was excellent too. Gave me excellent service when inquiring about the status of my order.

This was requested by my husband and rocking reclining loveseat. Not only did we find what we wanted but it is the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house. My husband and I love this chair. Coleman did as they promised and they continued to update us as the order was manufactured and shipped. We were happy and will definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture in the future. Highly recommend this business, great customer service.
