My wife found this on-line and loved the desk. It has a hidden keyboard tray and fits her very comfortable. I loved her desk so much that I went out and purchased another one to match our home office. Really nice quality wood and very easy to assemble! I can't wait to set up my new desk.

My wife is happy. That keeps me happy. It is hard these to shop online but the sleeper sofa is beautiful. The mattress in sofa is actually comfortable. So, if the wife is happy then I do not need to sleep on the sofa!

As a first time customer quickly turned into one for life, I was impressed with their online selling yeara of experience, wonderful selection, great prices but most importantly, they delivered my order within 4 weeks when all other stores had double the estimated timeframe. Ordered a desk for my niece's room March 14th, kept getting updated emails. The emails make no sense and nothing from the company to inform me there would be a long long delay. I have had other issues in our house so I had enough to coordinate,
July 15 called the company for a update, was told they are waiting for the manufacture. Something about that company being sold. I canceled the order, a phone call say about two months ago would have gone a long way. Proactive shows you care!
Worst company ever they won't give refund lied and said it wasn't damaged parts weren't even painted.

I recently purchased a beautiful cocktail table from Coleman Furniture and am extremely happy with the quality of the table and the customer service I received.
I placed 3 orders on June 29th for my company, today is July 23rd and still not one items arrived from my orders. I keep receiving these order updates with no details. Now, I have one that says 10 weeks before items are delivered. Seriously! I am right here in Virginia and you have warehouse sites all around me. The items said available on your site when I purchased. If l knew it would take that long l would have just go to a local store for my items. Very unhappy customer so far, l doubt l will come back since delivery is a quarterly thing for you guys. Shame! Order #: *******

I ordered an Ashley dresser which was just as pretty as the picture. White glove delivery allowed for the item to be brought to my apartment and assembled quickly. I only wish the delivery was quicker otherwise great experience.
If you're considering buying from Coleman Furniture (or dealing with their parent organization Renegade Furniture)... do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE! Like any experience, it isn't so much about when things go to plan. The true test is when something goes wrong. And I can tell you that I've now seen the true ugliness behind Coleman's glitzy marketing and website. They will leave you out to dry and treat you to some of the most unethical business practices I've ever seen!
We ordered an expensive bedroom set from them in early December 2018. Their estimated "6-8 week" delivery lead time meant that we were hoping to time this with the move into our brand new home. It's took close to 24 weeks (almost 6 months) before we were able to put this behind us! That's not to say we got all our furniture... or that they graciously agreed to refund us for items we didn't receive. If you want the detail... read on.
It all started with early emails from Coleman (after my order was placed and they took my money) that kept pushing out the estimated delivery date. After the third such email, I called to cancel our order and ask for a refund. At first they said it was ok to process a refund since the goods hadn't shipped yet. But I received a cold email from their customer service manager the very next day saying that (almost magically!) our furniture was on its way and that we would incur a penalty if we cancelled our order. This was 3 months ago! In fact, our first real delivery of the bedroom furniture didn't happen until several weeks later (something about the first "shipment update" going to the wrong delivery depot).
In that first delivery, the "white glove delivery" (that they tout on their website) couldn't put together our bed because it was missing key components. Worst still, our dresser arrived seriously damaged and had to be taken back. So much for their commitment to undertake "thorough inspections at the delivery company to ensure everything is in order PRIOR to delivering to the customer."
By this time, we'd already had several weeks of frustrating email exchanges and phone calls. Their "customer service/support" team seriously lags in 2 key areas (in my opinion): a) they do not understand what "customer service" means given their absolute lack of empathy. And b) they are not empowered to help overcome Coleman's fundamental operational loopholes.
None of their promises to "escalate" our issues or "prioritize" our delivery materialized to anything. Worst still they kept refusing to cancel my order for products not delivered.
Needless to say, I will have NOTHING to do with Coleman Furniture or any of their associated companies... EVER AGAIN! I hope this helps others avoid being treated by Coleman Furniture or Renegade Furniture like we have.
This table is very sturdy, attractive and exactly as pictured. Such quality for the price and very easy to assemble.
I paid $1000 for an Italian leather chair and it arrived with a tear in the fabric, I notified Coleman furniture within minutes of the delivery, they literally told me this is my problem and they can't do anything about it. We didn't initially see the tear because it was behind one of the nail heads. I sent photos literally within minutes of the delivery and still was told this is my problem. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Love my furniture! The order process was great. However, I had an issue with the delivery and customer service after the delivery was poor. Coleman should handle all problems in house instead of outsourcing to another country. Treated poorly over a very small issue can only image how I would be treated if it were a bigger problem.
I ordered my Furniture On June 6th it is now July 17th and still no furniture. I have been communicating with them weekly and no positive response. No where on their website does it say it will take more than six weeks to get your items. When I ask about some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. They responded we don't compensate for delayed deliveries. They could care less how much their delays cost you. I have ordered way more furniture from other companies and it never took this long nor was I treated like I don't matter after they received my money. Got an email the other day stating it will be another 2 weeks. I'll let you know if that happens. As of today August 6th still no furniture. If you need your furniture soon do not order from this company. The delivery company is worst.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
