Chairs look nice in the picture, weigh over 100 lbs. and you'll break them. I'm not saying all of Coleman's furniture is like this, but if a customer is saying they are not satisfied with their purchase, the company should return it as part of their policy - no excuses. Leaving customers to pay for returns when unhappy is not professional. These chairs were not defective, just poor quality.
These chairs are beautifully designed, very sturdy with very firm seating.

My entire experience with Coleman was great from beginning to end. Originally, my sectional was supposed to arrive in about 8 weeks, but it actually came in about 4 weeks. Not only was I updated via the site under my account but also by email and phone. A few days before my sofa was set to arrive, I received a courtesy call to confirm delivery. On the delivery day, the movers arrived promptly, set up everything quickly and I didn't have to lift a finger, which was great. I love, love my sofa. It looks great, it's comfortable and changed the entire look of my living room. I would definitely recommend Coleman.

Horrible way of doing business. The site say estimate 2-4 weeks delivery. Estimate time of delivery is false. It's more like 4-8weeks. Also beware that if you cancel you're order there's a restocking fee of 10% even though they're the one who didn't fulfill there end of the bargain. The delivery company that they sub contract "Renagade" is a joke! They called to let me know that they're going to deliver my furniture in 45 minutes, then called 30 minutes later and said that the driver notice that my furniture is damage. The first time they cancel my delivery, Coleman didn't even know they cancel my delivery. If you can order them directly from the manufacturer, you better off that way. It will get to you faster that this people would. The same price anyways if not cheaper.
I ordered this dark floral ottoman and was not disappointed. The colors are rich and saturated, the ottoman itself is sturdy, and the gold base is elegant. This piece looks very elegant and makes a bold statement despite being a small piece of furniture. Wonderful craftsmanship!
I was able to find the mid-century bed and dresser that matched the style of the furniture in my son's apartment. He was displaced by a crane accident, but was able to receive these pieces within the 4 weeks promised at lower prices than other furniture sites. The white glove delivery was a much needed bonus!

I never write reviews. I ordered the eris ii dining set on May 24th and I still haven't received it. Called the beginning of July and was told August 9th. Called today twice and my number was blocked. Called from a diff number and the rep said we just recd notification that the date is now in October. Asked for mgr and she transferred me to another rep. Aside from that the reps were very polite. Finally spoke to a manager and she supposedly called the manufacturer who said they are not even sure they could meet the October date. I don't know if it's Coleman or the manufacturer. I cancelled the order. Very disappointed.
Bought a sectional sofa by Ashley that was much better priced on Coleman than on Ashley itself. The customer service was very responsive and quick to respond to additional questions.

I ordered a bedroom set May 5, they proceeded it May 12. Delivery was scheduled Wednesday August 7, the only deliver to our area one day a week. Tuesday afternoon I received an email the bed rails didn't pass inspection. They were ordering a new bed from the manufacturer. Tuesday morning we had the old furniture taken away (thinking we were in the clear waiting till a day before), I took a day off work and lost a full days pay, and now our son has an empty room, and I have no idea how long it'll take. Either way, I'll lose another days pay. Beyond frustrated that I already waited months, and now have to wait who knows how long. I can't cancel without being charged, and all I've received from them is an apology.

This was my first purchase from Coleman Furniture and I am definitely a satisfied customer!
I purchased a beautiful, solid-wood dining table with 8 chairs made by Kincaid Furniture. I checked the price for this set at a local furniture store (they priced it at 25% off suggested retail price + an additional 10% off) and Coleman Furniture's price was $508.50 less.
I ordered the table plus 8 chairs, not realizing that Coleman also sold this as a seven-piece set (table with 6 chairs). I found the set the day after placing my order and saw that I should have purchased the set and two additional chairs for a reduced price and still would have ended up with exactly the same order, just a different item name for the set. I called Coleman's Customer Service and explained what I had done and, even though the mistake in the order was entirely my fault, they cheerfully said they understood and credited my credit card with the price difference in ordering the table and chairs separately vs as a set, which was an additional savings of $438. This made my purchase from Coleman Furniture $946.50 less than buying it from the local furniture store. I actually believe strongly in supporting local merchants in my own community, but saving almost $1000 as a retiree is a substantial savings that I had to take.
You cannot beat the Customer Service at Coleman Furniture and furniture made by Kincaid is nationally recognized as very high quality!
Delivery was about 3 weeks earlier than expected and that was a great surprise. Our dining set came with free In-home White Glove Delivery and Set-up. The delivery company for our order was out of Little Rock, Arkansas and they were excellent. They did a great job assembling all 8 chairs and the table, checking thoroughly to be sure that there was no damage to the furniture, that all pieces fit together properly, and that all packaging was removed. The two-man team was very professional.
Everything about this shopping experience was wonderful and I will certainly turn to Coleman Furniture for any future furniture needs. They deserve a 10 Star rating in my book!
Oh, one more thing...
Coleman Furniture included a free Five Year Guardian Protection valued at $199. That was not included by the local Furniture store. So, instead of saving $946.50, my total value difference was $1145. 50.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
