IN MY OPINION... AVOID... AVOID... AVOID... YOU STAND A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING QUALITY FURNITURE AT YOUR LOCAL GOODWILL. CROOKED CHAIR AFTER 15DAYS
Very good selection and easily navigable website.
Excellent affordable prices, fast delivery, and great quality purchase. Got the last piece i needed for my bedroom, Juararo night stand, appreciate the quality most of all it was complete assembled, just had to put handles on, no big deal.
Shopping at coleman online was easy as it could get. Great pricing on Ashley furniture compared to my local store prices. Shipping time was reasonable although I would have preferred getting them much sooner.
Very easy
At first, I thought there is no way this furniture company is this cheap and provide the product ordered, but yes they do! I took a risk because who buys furniture online?!? Well, received the product ordered undamaged and it works!
It did take 2 weeks for delivery but they kept me informed about where my product was and when it was coming. I wasn't in a rush anyways because I bought it because it was such a great deal! I tried to upload a pic but I couldn't.

I was trying to take my 1990's bathroom to look like a bathroom of 1925 when my house was built which was a typical American Standard fixtures and white subway tile. I didn't want to spend the money to replace the entire bathroom so I tried to make the attempt of capturing the feel of 1925 design. I converted an old oak dresser to a vanity and needed a mirror to go above it. I did a search on line of wooden carved frame mirrors and found this mirror on the Coleman Furniture website. I made the purchase immediately and they were out of stock at the time. The manufacturer had to produce more stock and Coleman Furniture kept me informed of the progress throughout my wait time. I was very pleased with the quality when the mirror arrived and I installed it immediately. Now when I sit on my throne, I look around and think to myself, I have a $#*! house for a showcase.
Had to enter phone number multiple times.
I ordered a grey recliner sectional online. My deliver date never posted in my account or email and nobody called to set up a delivery date as the email said they would. So I called and was told the sectional I ordered was out of stock and they don't know when it will be in stock. There was no manager to speak to and the lady was not helpful. They took the money out of my account for a sofa they didn't have. I have still have not received a refund. This place should be put out of business. They ruined my whole day.
From the beginning I was thinking I had a great deal. When I got my furniture the delivery guys were amazing. Upon inspection I noticed the electronics on the powered sofa were not working properly so it was written on the invoice. I looked for major defects such as tears and scratches during delivery, I didn't go thru with a microscope cause delivery guy told me I had five days to go through furniture and report it. On the third day I noticed some minor imperfections such as a part of the leather couch that looked like it had older leather than the rest of the couch and one crack on chest of bedroom set and a few areas of discoloration and few scratches. So I contacted Customer service to report issue and they said leather looked normal and wanted to
Give me a $100 credit to find my own repair person to fix all these issues. They stated I should have had this written during delivery. Well let's see we are human and when we get something new we get excited and may overlook a few things. So I went to Ashley and showed them the pics and they said the leather wasn't normal and should be replaced or repaired. Thinking that Coleman furniture would stand by their products I guess I was wrong. Most horrible customer service ever. They are leaving me in the dark to fend for myself. I truly believe they sell refurbished or Defective furniture. Cause if it were new like they claim it to be I wouldn't have old looking leather on my couch and the electronics on my power leather sofa would be working properly. When I have bought furniture from rooms to
Go they would stand by their products and keep the customer happy. Unfortunately Coleman furniture doesn't not. I spent $5000 and I'm being treated like I bought from the 99 cent store. I will never buy at Coleman furniture ever again. I would rather spend a little more to get treated like a human being not like a dog. Funny I just read several reviews that people had the same issues as me. Stand by your product send your own technicians to repair issues just like rooms to go, Ashley and many other REAL FURNITURE stores would. Next I'm rating on BBB. I called several times and no one seems to want to help the right way.
Buying made easy
Like others, I was cautious of buying online but fell in love with the Magnolia Manor sets. I bought one end table to make sure it was what I wanted and couldn't be more pleased. I will ordering more to complete my living room!
I bought from this company a few pieces of furniture (indoor and outdoor). They have the best prices and services. The quality was high. I recommended it to my family and friends.
Thank you!
I purchased an Ashley brand sectional from them. Everything was fine with delivery, but after 7 months of having the sectional it did not hold up. The sofa looked lumpy, the cushions covers were moving out of place. The padding on the arm of the sofa shifted and you hit your arm on the hard frame now if not careful. I reached out to their aftercare department and it took multiple phone calls to get to the right department needed. After letting them know the condition of the sectional, they told me to send in pictures and serial numbers on all of the pieces so a decision could be made on what needed to be done. After waiting a few weeks, I reached out to them again, and they told me that they would have to send the photos on to the manufacturer b/c the warranty I bought wouldn't cover the "wear and tear" on the furniture. (mind you, the furniture is only 7 months old and there are only 3 of us living in the home). So after waiting another week, they finally said that the manufacturer would only agree to paying $100 to have me find someone to redo the sofa cushions and there would be nothing more they could/would do. I was (still am) furious. So I said that was absolutely unacceptable and they told me that they would request the manufacturer send me replacement parts so I could have them redone by a furniture professional. After waiting for 2 months for them to send me all the replacement pieces 1 by 1, I reached out to a local furniture repair shop and it's costing me over $1K to have the sofa cushions and arm redone... why? Well because the "replacements" they sent are of the same POOR & CHEAP quality, and I would be right back to square 1 in another 6 months. Coleman has turned the other cheek, and refuses to help any further. They have brushed this off as a manufacturing issue, but do not hold themselves accountable for selling the cheap furniture in the first place. I DO NOT recommend purchasing furniture from them. Save yourself the trouble and buy local!
Hi Karen,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We completely understand where you're coming from, and want to reassure you that Coleman Furniture did everything in its power to resolve this case. We processed the warranty form with Ashley Furniture - the manufacturer - which was denied by them due to the item being up to their standards.
We then countered Ashley Furniture's conclusion on your behalf and sent replacement cushion to you at no additional cost. This was done as a gesture of goodwill as we wanted to make this situation right for you. Additionally, we've reimbursed you as promised by our customer service team.

My experience buying from Home Gallery Stores was less than ideal. The free installation is not worth it - I bought from them because they offered free installation, but I wish I had just paid the $50 and gone somewhere else. When the bed was delivered, the box was in complete shambles. I should have turned it away but we had waited months for it and at a first glance it seemed undamaged. The delivery guys had no idea that we were supposed to get assembly but thankfully they were super nice and assembled it for us anyway (I think they are a third party, so if you do buy from here, be prepared for your delivery guys to be unaware of the "free" delivery). I was asked to sign for the delivery by being presented with a cell phone with a signature line, no contract, no explanation of the conditions of the delivery. This ended up being a huge problem, because when we did discover some damage a day later, Coleman insisted that because I had signed that the delivery was in "good condition" they couldn't do anything except offer me $100 to have a local contractor come out and repair it since I was a "valued customer." Considering that part of the damage was a chip in the stone insert piece, I find it unlikely that anyone outside of the manufacturer could fix that. Also, in order to get the $100, I had to pay up front, then send them an invoice with the amount, date of service, and the *logo* of the company.
In my opinion, good customer service would have at least offered to refund me a portion of the purchase price if they weren't going to offer to replace the piece that was damaged. If you are willing to put up with long wait times for the product, boxes arriving in complete disarray, delivery guys who have no idea that assembly is included, and a no-exceptions customer service policy, sure, buy from Home Gallery Stores Otherwise, spend your money and get this bed from literally anywhere else - it might not be better, but it couldn't be worse.

Thank you!
My experience with Coleman Furniture was pretty simple with a little bit of an issue in manufacturing. Overall, it was easy, I ordered my product, on sale; even though it was a bit expensive in the first place, it shipped a few days later and I received it 2 days later. Perfect, right? Well, I read a few reviews saying the product arrived damaged or the box was wet and damaged. For me, the box was in tact without damage even the packaging was perfect. However, one of the nightstands has a drawer that was backless with a broken back and the piece of wood holding the drawers track was broken in half. It was so strange, it looked as if it had been burned in half. I've never experienced anything like this before and with the look of the damages I would assume it was a manufacturing issue. I'm actually really disappointed because I was so excited for these nightstands, they're very heavy and I don't want new ones. I was able to fix the issues after a trip to the hardware store, but with what I spent on the pieces I shouldn't have had to do so. My overall experience wasn't bad at all but it ended pretty poorly. I'm extremely disappointed.
So good

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture
Answer: A: Hi Eleni! Shipping times depend on item availability and shipping location. Please feel free to call a helpful customer service agent at (800) 974-5255 or chat with us online at www.colemanfurniture.com for an ETA to you. We're standing by ready to assist! The Coleman Furniture team
Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

Hello Emilio,
Thanks for sharing your feedback and for being a valued customer! As discussed with our support team, the manufacturer confirmed that the leather has its natural characteristics which is due to the item being made from 100% genuine top-grain leather throughout the seating area and armrests. We are addressing the mechanical issues you reported during delivery by sending a professional furniture technician to your home to correct it.
As all other concerns were unmentioned on the delivery paperwork, we understand things happen and you might have overlooked it but we can not hold the delivery company or manufacturer liable for an issue that was not reported. This is why as a gesture of goodwill, and because we value you as a customer, we provided you with a credit allowance to locate a local technician to resolve the issues.
