We purchased a TV console for $1000. Upon delivery, I pointed out the there was a problems with the rolling barn doors on the front. The delivery man notated it on the form and tried to mess with it. He claimed it was because it was cold outside and that when the unit warmed up, it would be fine. I verbally struggled with him trying to make him take it back with him but he talked me into calling the company and that would make good in it. So of course when it warmed up in my house, the issue did not stop. I called the very next morning. They stated that I'd have to fill out a warranty claim. I explained that I just yesterday had this delivered. My husband discovered that the problem was that the grooves for the barn door to slide back and forth were not carved out large enough to allow the door to move. If you tried to push the door it would scrap the finish off over time. They tried to say they would send out new doors, but the doors were not the issue. After taking pictures and a video, the company said they would reimburse me $100!. But the catch was, I needed to have a repair man either come out to my house or haul the 72 inch console to an establishment to fix it, pay for it, and then send Coleman a receipt showing I had paid for it. I was not able to find anyone willing to drive to my rural home to fix it for $100. I was laughed at. The cost to rent a small truck would eat up more than half of the allotment. I called the company back and explained what I had been told. I explained that my husband could fix it, but I thought we should get some kind of compensation if my husband has to fix a brand new piece of furniture that we had to wait over six weeks to get. The were unwilling to do anything more. I will never buy anything from this company again. I have told as many people that i know to do the same. It is so disappointing when a company has proof there's a problem with their product, but are unwilling to go to the lengths to resolve an obvious issue. Never again Coleman.
We love our new couch. The ordering process was great and the couch was a great price! The couch fit great and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a couch!
I absolutely love my new Torjin counter height table and bar stools. The wood is beautiful and it was easily assembled. Fits perfectly behind my couch as extra seating for people to hang and watch football. The ordering process was clear and simple and arrived as stated. Highly recommend!

I found 7 pieces dining room set and buffet on another site and fell in live with it. Accidentally found the same set on Coleman and... was absolutely astonished with the price! Immediately bought and very happy that I had done it with Coleman. Furniture was delivered within 2 hours window as promised. It was assembled very quick and accurate.

I ordered a livingroom furniture set, dining room set, and TV table. Once you order and they immediately take your money there is no way of knowing how long it will take to get your furniture. The website said 1 thru 2 weeks. That is false. I received half my order, but the most important... The couch and dining table would have taken another month. It was sitting here in the local warehouse so I had to hire a mover to go pick it up which cost 300 extra dollars. The furniture is beautiful but the service is not worth it. You get the run around and it felt hopeless. I waited 6 weeks for everything and I had to sit on the floor because I anticipated 2 weeks because that's what they told me. Horrible!

I like that I was alerted well ahead of delivery and the truck arrived when they said. They were professional and caring about the setup and I now feel like I'm living in a new house. There would be no question of me doing business with Coleman again as I am extremely happy with my new furniture.
The furniture piece I ordered arrived on time and was very well packed. There was no hassle in online order and tracking was provided to follow. I would def shop more here n hope to get the same service in future as well.
They offer a great variety of product, at much better prices than other companies. Shopping online was very easy and customer service was more than willing to help with any questions. We even changed up some items in our order after we initially placed it and they made those accommodations without any problems. Prices were much more of a bargain than I could find the same furniture anywhere else. I will use them for future furniture purchases and have recommended them to others.
Bought a chair set and one of the pieces was defected and did not align properly when I was assembling the chair. I was planning on returning the items but their return policy is probably the worst in the business - they wanted pictures of all the items and shipping labels, packaging (which I did take pics and sent them) it was absurd and you as a are customer basically responsible for all shipping charges. You can't put your customers through this ordeal when a defected item needs to be return. It was my first time ordering furniture from this business - never again.

I would not recommend this company. I called prior to ordering two pieces of furniture and was told the items would arrive within a week. Three weeks later I receive the items but one of them is clearly not new based on the packaging and broken. They will not send a replacement item until they can arrange pick up for the broken item but that doesn't happen for several days so it take over a week for the new item to be ordered and another week for it to ship out. Customer service is not friendly and offered minimal resolutions. From the time I placed the original order as well as with the replacement item, I had to call several times to receive any information about the shipping, etc. Quality of the furniture was also poor. Will definitely not order from this company again.
Honestly one star is wayyy too generous! This company is a Joke! The products they sell are delivered in poor quality and damaged which the company does very little to resolve. VERY BAD customer service! I looked them up at the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and there rating is a C! And they have 375 complaints which clearly they could careless about! Also BEWARE this company also goes by RENEGADE FURNITURE! Save yourself a headache, time and your MONEY and shop somewhere else.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
