To say my wife is picky is an understatement, but she absolutely loves these bar stools. This is exactly what she was looking for and the quality is awesome. Very few makers have this type of saddle seat and all want significantly more $$ for them. We will remember Coleman in the future when other furniture needs come up. Lastly, both stools shipped out promptly and arrived with no damage. They were individually packed in strong boxes with a good amount of padding for protection. We didn't expect to have them around for this Christmas when we ordered, but are thrilled that they are. Thanks!

Quick. The delivery staff did an excellent job. They were on time, placed the furniture where I needed it and gave me instructions on how to set it up. It was a gift for my daughter who lives in another city. The furniture was simply beautiful. It is exactly as the description says and the picture shows. Thank you.
We love entertainment center. We wanted something that we thought might be hard to find, but I searched Coleman and found it in less than a minute. It was exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered and set-up. It was perfect.
I had two sofa tables shipped to me Both came damaged Coleman offered me $50 to just keep them. I paid over $500 for each table You don't spend that kind of money and get $25 off each to have a damaged product.
So I had to spend the time packing them up and waiting for the FedEx guy to come. The good news is Coleman did do a good job getting new tables out to me quickly.
However now both of these tables have came damaged... I'm not sure you can trust ordering furniture online. It is a complete pain to have to pack these back up and take a day off of work to be there when the Fed ex guy comes. I would expect a lot more after paying this much!
This sectional is beautiful, modern, well-made, and is large enough to comfortably seat a family of five. We also received great service by the company. This set was ordered online and I had not ever viewed it in person. I had also never ordered from this company before. Great experience from beginning to end. I love the furniture set and encountered absolutely no issues with the company.
Estimated arrival of couch in 2-3 weeks, we received it in 10 days. It's the couch is comfortable, roomy, and a perfect fit for a big family. We love and choice this because of good reviews and the price was unbeatable. We will purchase again, when we have the money for a chair and coffee table. Thank you

We love this furniture for its rounded edges and rustic look. They are nice large dressers and are made very well. We love the way the drawers close.
I'd recommend Coleman Furniture to anyone. I ordered a kitchen table from them for about 50% of the MSRP. I was skeptical, but the delivery was super fast and the product looked great - well worth the money spent! I thank you, Coleman Furniture!
I am so pleased with our beautiful new bedroom set. Great look, quality. Better than I expected. The delivery was also exceptional. You do wait a bit from the time of order but definitely worth it.
We purchased a dining room set from Coleman because we had very good service on our previous purchase of living room furniture. It was delivered and setup in the time frame we were advised. However, we had to wait 11 weeks for the second purchase of furniture to be delivered. It was scheduled and rescheduled 5 times. Each time their delivery company would cancel the day before the scheduled delivery. Calls to Coleman and emails did no good to get our furniture. We will never purchase from Coleman again.
Wow, what a nice surprise to have my lift chair delivered and setup just 2 weeks after ordering it online and in time for the Holidays. The furniture quality was great and the delivery crew was friendly. We'll definitely look to Coleman for our next furniture purchase.
Don't shop their very bad to do business with, cheap furniture. Bought a recliner and wood frame was broken inside the chair. Wing on chair not on correctly. Got no satisfaction when I called. Them. Never again and they told me to get someone to fit it how impossible is that unsewn the chair. Are they crazy or what you can not fix the frame you have to take the leather off the chair, It would never look the same. Belive me. Never again.
I was leery on receiving something that I could not touch or see but was pleasantly surprised with the sofa look. Its not as comfortable as it looks but I'm thinking with use the new feel will be replaced with a comfy great looking piece of furniture.
A lot bigger than we thought it would be, but we love it. Customer service was very good. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner.
Delivery guys lee and wes were awesome did great very well mannered and was a quick set up! Would definitely recommend the company we purchased from and would request for the same delivery guys!
I ordered a sectional couch on the 21st of September and didn't get it till mid November. When it arrived it was COVERED in saw dust. I vacuumed it for over an hour and the next day more SAW DUST had came to the surface of the couch. I have an infant and I can't let him on the couch without a blanket on it. I'm scared he will inhale the wood dust. Couch came with a strong woody odor too. I'm going to try baking soda to try to alieve some of the smell. The couch is very static's! Otherwise the couch is pretty comfortable but if I knew that it would be like this I would have spent more money and bought it somewhere else.
Buyer beware! I ordered a living room set and a bed and waited 5 weeks without receiving any updates. I called to find out where my shipment was 4 times without receiving an answer only the promise of a email with an update which I never received. I spoke with a manager and told him I wanted to have my future for the holidays so if they couldn't tell me when I would receive it I wanted to cancel and he stated there would be a 15% fee to cancel. Are you kidding me?

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
